I did protein treatment and colored my strands and let me tell you ayham did an amazing job! I really loved how the treatment has fixed the damage of my hair. Literally its so smooth and nice now. I also asked for this color and it perfectly turned out just like the color I asked for! Thank you!❤️

I experienced gelish mani pedi, morrocan bath, massage and blowdry, the salon offers everything to make you feel like brand new, the staff is so friendly and on top they prepare excellent turkish coffee))) totally recommend!

Where will your 450 AED take you?! How will you thank yourself? I’d say come over here at this salon and be relaxed from head to toes! I took the Package 3- Moroccan bath, 45 mins massage and hot oil treatment. Best pamper day ever! They started me with bikini wax (I added extra for this), Melissa was gentle with my waxing and made sure I’m comfortable, then off to the chair for my hot oil treatment (I was serviced by the beautiful owner and her assistant). Good head massage. Then off for Moroccan bath and OMG-Arabiya, my girl, took care of me like a baby! I was cleansed and spoilt! It was a new experience for me and I came out of that room with soft skin! Then to the massage table we went, still with Arabiya. I fell asleep because I was sooo relaxed with her massage! I woke up when it’s done feeling rejuvenated. They then blow dried and styled my hair. I opted for pedicure and Joy was so gentle in cleaning my nails.If you’re reading this and in the financial area, don’t hesitate to visit them. Good price and good service. You wont regret!

The staff is amazing. They fixed my hair, which were totally spoiled by another salon. I was very happy with my new hair colour and the haircut.

I came in for several treatments for a “pamper day”. The Moroccan bath was a great experience! Very relaxing and my skin feels amazing! Followed by a facial, lash extensions, gel manicure, eyebrow waxing and blow dry. In total I had 3 therapists who were are specialists in their beauty area.The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. Very calm! The staff are super friendly and polite.Would 100% recommend!

The ladies doing my nails were fabulous and can’t fault them. However I wanted to remove my previous nails with the machine as it causes less damage. The owner came over and INSISTED the ladies file my gelish off and my nails have been so weak ever since.The owner scolded the workers in front of me and they were only doing as I asked (and what’s healthiest for the nails)While the ladies were lovely I won’t be returning as my nails have been so weak.

The salon changes price every time you book an appointment and only tell you after completing services. They WhatsApp you their price list and then deny them every appointment. This has happened with me at every appointment and I was very patient multiple times but now I am sure this is a way to charge more money once the service is done. I will be going to the salon in the adjacent tower for more professional service.

I love my experience at this salon. Very professional staff, kind and very welcoming. Calm, cosy and peaceful atmosphere. Not my first visit and it wont be the last and thats due to the consistent quality service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended it. You wont regret.

It’s extremely rare to find a salon where the entire staff make you feel sooooo relaxed and welcomed and don’t rush any of your services.Free women salon is a hidden gem in dubai.The owner Jameela is passionate about her salon and it shows in her staff as each one of them is spectacular!Had my hair cut and colored with Hadeeya she was attentive and patient with my requests and perfected the cut and color , her blow drying skills are amazing.Then there is Arbiya oh my!!!! Bless her soul she gave me the best Moroccan bath of my life that I had to back after 2 weeks to experience it again.Had a manicure and pedicure with both Sonia and Somia which was great they are through with the cleaning and don’t rush you off.Somia did a great job with my eyebrows too.Prices are extremely reasonable given the level of service and cleanliness.Bonus they have reserved parking, let the security downstairs know and they will let you in to park for free(huge relief given that funding parking in that area is difficult)Thank you ladies for an amazing time and pampering I will visit you for sure once I am back in Dubai👌❤️

A Disastrous Experience: Avoid This Dubai Parlour at All Costs!I recently had the misfortune of visiting a parlour in Dubai that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. As a visitor to Dubai from the UK, I came across what seemed like a great deal on Cobone and decided to give this parlour a try. Little did I know that it would turn out to be a complete nightmare.First and foremost, the parlours address on the vouchers was poorly mentioned, causing me to arrive late. When I reached out to the staff for assistance in locating the place, they failed to communicate the tower name clearly due to their limited English proficiency. This initial hurdle set a negative tone for the entire experience.Upon my arrival, I was informed that I was late and my appointment had been rescheduled without any prior notification. It was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, several services that were promised in the package on Cobone couldnt be booked concurrently, forcing me to choose random services which I was not interested in. This lack of coordination and clarity was extremely inconvenient.Despite the disappointing start, I decided to give the parlour another chance and booked a second appointment. I arrived on time and the staff prepared me for the services, only to be shocked when the physcic and mental owner of the parlour suddenly called the staff and instructed them not to provide any services to me. This abrupt cancellation not only wasted my valuable vacation time but also left me with a terrible impression of Dubai.The unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers time and commitments displayed by this parlour were absolutely appalling. Its disheartening to think that a business would treat its customers with such disregard, especially when they are tourists visiting from abroad. This experience has not only soured my opinion of this specific establishment but has also left a negative impression of Dubai as a whole.To add insult to injury, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and frustration to the owner, she callously stated that she didnt care about online reviews and was not concerned if I decided to involve the authorities. Such a dismissive and confrontational attitude towards customer feedback is simply outrageous.I strongly advise against anyone, whether local or visiting, to consider this parlour for any of their services. Even if they were to offer their services for free, I wouldnt recommend wasting your time or energy on an establishment that clearly has no regard for customer satisfaction or professionalism. There are undoubtedly many other reputable parlours in Dubai that will provide a far more enjoyable and stress-free experience.Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by steering clear of this parlour. Your vacation time is too valuable to be wasted on such a subpar establishment.

I loved the salon very much and their services are excellent. I tried the Moroccan bath very much. I loved it. It worked for me very well and gave me a lot of Moroccan herbs. I loved it. It softens the skin a lot and makes your skin feel better. I came back baby and I advise you to try it.I also made a lot of decor, which I loved, and the staff is very nicereally loved the salon, and their services are excellent!I tried the Moroccan bath and absolutely loved it.The staff member who worked for me was amazing and used a special Moroccan herb that I really liked—it makes the skin super soft and leaves you feeling like your skin is baby-soft again. I highly recommend trying it!I also got a manicure and pedicure, and I absolutely loved the results.
