I finally found a hairdresser who can do exactly what I asked for. The result exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a well-experienced hairdresser, I highly recommend Ms. Neri. The materials she uses are mild, good for people who has sensitive skin like mine.I am very satisfied in general as all the staff were so accomodating. The price of the services are reasonable (cheap actually) for the exceptional result.I will get back soon for sure 👌

DO NOT GO FOR LASHES. This is literally the worst lash extensions I have ever seen. I got some extensions for an event and they didn’t even last one day. They started falling 3 hours after the appointment. It was horrible and when I complained they said they will not give me a refund even though I showed them proof of all my lashes falling. They just started ignoring me after that. It was horrible and I didn’t even have time to go for another lash appointment to get it fixed so they ruined my plans for the event. DO NOT go here. All the lashes you’re seeing in the attached picture fell in a span of 5 minutes TOTAL. Lol. Awful.

Never had such terrible experience even in salons in Karama. The girls are sweet but clumsy and all over the place. I got my gelish done and it 2 of them fell of the very next day, application was horrible and I had to go to another salon to remove it and got another one the third day.. I am not a fussy person, but this was Bad as if applied by kids

If I can give minus five as a review for this salon I will do I lost my trust on this place for not dealing with the customers on a good way . After doing a big mistake for my nails I tried to give a complain for wasting 3 hours and result each hand doesnt match other for length and width when I said that the technician the owner herself she got nervous and told me I tried to do my best this happened with no focus or caring not recommended and the way you replied to me reflects quality of speech to people as I said before if Im looking for free service she wont say that she did mistake and you gave another useless appointment to fix what experienced technician did and drawa the way you dropped this comment for a complain as you know there is mistake Im not creating and see photos of how beautiful nails I got never mind none recommended this place for me and I just saw now there is no follower on your page so it is bad choosing from my side

Very poor service,I had my acrylic nails extention done and all have come off after 4 days only,when I called them to complain they didnt take it into consideration,dont waste your money there ,it was frustrating experience ever.

Ladies were polite and friendly. However, I didn’t like the quality of the gelish nail polish as it started peeling off sooner than it should, in like 2-3 days

I went there only yesterday for the first time even if I hesitated at first due to the recent reviews i have read here in Google but, I will give this a recommendation. First, I was scheduled at 4pm but due to not being familiar with the location, I couldn’t go but then they called me back and gave a new schedule and proper instructions. 2ndly, my nails we’re done perfectly by the staffs. ALL the staffs are helpful and friendly and very professional. 3rd, the hairdresser Ms. Anita, she did very well on my hair color, keratin and haircut was done in a very professional manner.Look, the salon is not like other salons i have been. They care to their customers. Even if we finished at 12:30 midnight. the owners did not frown, they waited and they we’re really nice.Best salon in Dubai i have been. 👌🏻

Very friendly owner and staff. Owner looks into details of the services and personally supervises. I was very satisfied with the results of all the services. I did manicure and pedicure with gellish and also hair color and highlights. Very welcoming place where they offer you water and coffee frequently. Products used are good quality and also the facility is well done. I would definitely come back here. Thank you all for your services today which I really appreciated.

I had the most relaxing experience. Very professional, friendly and so talented. Marisa and Sunita took so good care of me and made me feel welcome and looked after.It was very difficult for me to find a nail salon which is professional and did nails to my liking. I did my lashes with them, very friendly place. I had my 6month old there and the staff was very supportive until I was finished with the service. The next day I needed some touch up and they were very warm and helped me with it. I’m very happy with their work, it’s really satisfactory. It is called The NEST Salon now, but i wrote this when it was called Glowmore Ladies Beauty Salon.Went to do the classic manicure and pedicure , and they did it perfectly without any injuries to my nails since I am a type 1 diabetese person.I love how they really care about the tiniest details, and how professional they treat their customers.I would always go back there for sure.Thanks to all of the team, specially toMarissa & Angel who did my nails , they were so friendly and professional.

I had hair cut and full coloring appointment with the saloon, it was first time experience. I really recommend their masters. They are so much accomodating and taking care of each an every customer. I didn’t see any customer is sitting and waiting, but same time all of their masters are busy, they are managing the time such a way, one customer is leaving another one is coming, impressed honestly. And sure I’ll try other services

One of the worst saloon ever. How unprofessional and rude the saloon Manager Doha. She sent messages with the wrong price information for hair treatment + coloring. I even confirmed twice in the message as well as before starting my treatment the price, still they charge me more and did not complete my service properly. I am not satisfied with the result of my hair color, they did keratin first and hair color twice with the bleach which shows lacking of skills and took 7 hours to do, imagine. I paid what she asked for though that is not the price she sent in the message. She is the one who informed me the price at the end for the services I have done and i paid for it,, As it was very late I went after paying, the next day again she called me saying that she forgot to collect for the pedicure and manicure, Then I informed her everything what u all did to me was not acceptable and money is not a matter. Really upset so i did not go back.

I visited the salon for the first time today for nail extensions. Marisa did my nails and I am extremely happy with the work and the service. Doha the manager was very nice and courteous. I left Glowmore a very happy customer and will definitely be back soon.

They did such an AMAZING job! Definitely going back again. Added this salon to my regular salons list. The staff is friendly, kind and professional. My nails looks so nice, I got so many good random compliments! I 100% recommend this salon!😍

I would like to say how wonderful this salone is. From the main reception, Doha is very warm and welcoming !Marissa the nail technician is amazing . Very professional and fast ! She puts a smile on my face every time. Very clean also .

I made my haircut and coloring there with one Syrian lady named Julnar. She made it very good. Definitely I will come back to her.But gelish manicure should be improved much, even though it’s cheap. It’s painful and nail polish isn’t applied evenly. Mediocre work.

It was one of the worst experiences ever . I waited a total of an hour of an half . I had booked for a session , but I came and they told me I have to wait 30 mins , and I agreed because I came all this way , but once 30 mins was done they told me 10 mins , then 10 mins more , then 10 mins more , then 10 mins more , until an extra hour passed and I was fed up because if they had told me from the beginning it would take an hour and a half they knew I would have gone , instead lied , because they didn’t want to loose a customer . After all was done I went to remove my eyelash extensions to do them again , but after I removed them I didn’t even do them because I hated their service and attitude. Like my time is not even worthy to consider . I left and still they had the audacity to tell me to pay for the lash removal . This is such a lack of respect from the salon in losing the customers time . Absolutely horrible attitude .

Emesha is excellent and professional. I got a hair trim and highlights done recently. I love my hair. Most importantly Emesha takes care of your hair and would not recommend any service that will damage your hair. This was my first visit to the salon. Glowmore is very clean and spacious and has a positive energy. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely go to the salon for other services soon.

The staff is polite and welcoming. Not all nail technicians are good ! Nail polish colors are not that great quality , even in Essie and OPI classic colors are either empty bottles or not available.Make sure you book with good nail technicians and ask if your nail polish colour is available!

I did my hair botox and a cut with Emesha (Daisy). She was extremely professional but warm and friendly and told me exactly what would suit me. She also provided extra information on how to style and look after it in economical ways. The quality of her work was exceptional and i highly recommend her services. My friend has done highlights with her and they look amazing and Im looking forward to that next.

I’ve been seeing Emesha (the hair stylist) here for my hair colors and cuts. No matter where I move in the city, I still go to her. She is an absolute star and the best hairdresser i ever met. She is fantastic and truly blessed with her skills. Highly recommended.

The Salon is in a building yet to be fully occupied. The location pin directs you to the rear of the building which is still under construction so Id say parking is best for now in the paid on-road spaces along the main road. The salon is on the 1st floor with the entrance being a white gate at the side of the pink fronted cafe facing Beach Rd. Take the lift up. Salon is bright, airy, clean and quiet while I was there. The staff very nice and do a great job for the offer prices currently on Groupon.

It seems the owner wants to gather money by any means regardless he/she will loose a customer or no. Its not the matter of 10 or 20 dirhams its the matter of how you deal with a customer coming to the place specially in 2 days driving long distance to get a service with a higher cost than other places. The receptionist was soo stiff and stubborn even on the first day she wanted to make me pay higher value although i got the lower value service. Definitely will not visit that salon again.My reply to the owner: By the way I didn’t ask for a discount for a discounted service. The service value is 159 AED and i paid 180 AED. All what i asked for it to pay your service price which is the 159. But it seems you make customers pay more for correcting their mistakes at your place. I came twice to manage an issue, not that you make me pay more for coming just the next day !!!!!

The worst salon Ive ever been to. I used a gelish manicure, it didnt last even a day, not professional and rude master, very very bad service. She wasnt even familiar with basic manicure techniques.DONT RECOMMEND

Do not use the cobone voucher to avail services in this saloon. The information listed in inaccurate and the staff are not accommodating to your requests.I have never encountered a ridiculous scenario in my life. I called the salon and booked an appointment for 5pm today and informed them that I was coming from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for their offer.The offer was :Wash, Hair cut, blow dry, full hair colour for 149.The lady on the phone told me I just needed to present the screenshot of the voucher and could directly pay in person instead of through Cobone. My intention was to buy the Cobone in person.All well and good.I reach the saloon, I asked about the specific hair colour that I liked she told me it’s not included in the voucher. But where does it say it? The terms and conditions listed on the app do not mention anything about the full hair colour ONLY INCLUDES DARK. COLOURS. My hair is dark already, what more dark colour do you want to put? So I drove for over an hour for her to tell me “sorry this is not included”??She proceeded to tell me that the terms are set by Cobone themselves. Well, in that scenario, Cobone mentions NOTHING about what colours are included so where do they come up with this fine print?Worst experience ever.Will not recommend Cobone or the saloon to anybody.

I never regret trying the services they offered, I always do my eyelash extension, gel polish, hair extension and root color and they never failed. The staff and the place is a plus factor! I will definitely coming back ;)

👎👎Not Recommended! I visited on several ocassions and ladies were good even though their gelish is not of good quality. My most recent experience when trying to reach them was horrible. I assume its the new receptionist who is not professional at all. She did not reply to my messages even though they were read and I tried to call twice. Avoid this place by any means.

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with marissa and mj. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambiance was very pretty and elegant.

My experience at glowmore salon was absolutely AMAZING!!! The salon is beautiful. Most importantly, each station was clean & tidy! Its so hard to find a good and clean salon nowadays.

The gellish pedicure looks nice, holds up well. But the nail extensions were too thick and clumsy looking. Had them removed in 4 days.

Sana did my lashes, my lashes are very stubborn and before that I had to do it twice on a different salon to be well lifted , but when I did here with Sana she did an amazing job, they’re beautifully lifted and didn’t go multi directions, all my lashes went beautifully up forward:) she also did my eye brows which I didn’t want to do because I didn’t want it to get thinner, but also she did them perfectly:)

Worse place ever. My lashes have been hurting it’s been 3 days now. The lash tech was very unprofessional.

I am just coming out of the salon as I type… One of the hair stylist (as she calls herself) cut my mom’s hair in layers… and did a blow dry 🤦🏼‍♀️ It was so awful and sad to see! What a shame honestly, and what’s worse is the owner talked to me after I requested to speak with him, but he wasn’t ready to come up with a solution we both agreed on 🤦🏼‍♀️

I have tried eyelashe extension and it was a very unsuccessful experience, in addition to the eyelashes falling out from the first day and I feel sore in my eyelids, I do not recommend eyelash extension in this place at all.👎👎👎

So badly managed. The staff are totally out of control and do not listen to the customers requests. Quite a scary place as when you go in you have no idea what will happen …. Bound to be some serious mistakes made.
