Verily, I have neer been so profoundly aggrieved in mine entire life! I didst enter this so-called inclusive barbershop, expecting a modest trim, but alas, what I received was naught but a grievous travesty. I did beseech the barber, a fair lesbian, for a simple cut. How difficult could such a task be? Apparently, forsooth, it was an endeavor beyond her ken.Firstly, her demeanor! She bore herself as though she didst bestow upon me a grand favor by deigning to touch my locks. Throughout the ordeal, she was more engrossed in parley with her beloved on the infernal device than attending to the task at hand. I should have perceived doom when she did grasp the wrong clippers not once, but twice!As for the cut itself, to term it a calamity would scarce suffice. My tresses now resemble those besieged by a most vicious scythe. Uneven lines, errant bald patches, and a complete disregard for any semblance of style or symmetry. It is as though she vented her unresolved sorrows upon my hapless head.To compound mine indignation, she did demand full recompense for this abomination! When I did express my discontent, she merely shrugged and quoth, It shall grow back. Oh, shall it? By the time it doth, I shall have missed every significant event this month, for I am too mortified to venture forth!Heed my words and avoid this establishment as thou wouldst a plague. Unless, perchance, thou delightest in appearing as a misbegotten experiment of nature. Never again shall I darken their doorstep!

I’ve been coming to Hair Lounge since 2009 and it’s our family go-to for all the gents’ haircuts. Always super professional, always perfect haircuts and lovely staff. Mahmoud cuts my 82 year old dad’s hair cut as nicely as he does my 15 year nephews. Very attentive and polite and efficient.

Love this place! Omar and his team are the best!! I have to say, I am an extremely picky guy when it comes to letting people touch my beautiful locks, so much so that when I first moved here in Dubai 15 years ago, I would wait to fly home to Canada to get a haircut, no word of a lie 😅…I have to say that I am extremely happy that I have Omar now. Receptionist kindly enquired if I was fasting as it was Ramadan, perhaps to offer me something to drink.I honestly forget the name of the guy who have me a nice shave and trimmed my beard ( Name starts with an R ) . He couldnt speak English but his colleagues sorted that out. And did an excellent job. Im guessing after years of looking around for a proper salon in DIP, this one will be a permanent one for me. Great job. Highly recommend.

Bad shop with workers that don’t listen to what you want. I went in to get a simple low fade on the sides and a little cut on the top, 20 minutes later I walk out with my hair cut very short on all sides/lengths even though I instructed the barber to leave my hair long on top. Additionally, the fade I received on the sides was not even close to what I had showed and explained to the man cutting my hair. Very disappointed as other Barbers in Dubai have always down a good job. Not this barber unfortunately.

Found Hair Lounge Gents Salon when I used to work in Dubai, they were my regular barber for a couple of years. They always did a great job no matter who I was booked in with. I was always offered a drink every visit and each barber found a happy medium of doing a quick haircut, to spending good time and making sure it was perfect. I now go back whenever I am in the area and always purchase their own Hair products which they recommended, I dont use anything else now. Best barbers in Dubai.

Darren/Darwin has been cutting my sons hair since he was 2 years old. He will be 8 this year. He LOVES going to get his hair cut. All the staff know us and greet my son when he arrives. We even pop in their sometimes as my son enjoys talking to Darren about his day at school or what he did at the weekend. Very Professional staff, well mannered and highly skilled. the place is always clean and the tools used are from high brands and well taken care of.To reach the place you have to go inside the compound.The place is a bit over priced, hair and beard could cost you around 136 dhs including VAT.Some people look for certain nationalities when it comes to barbers, so from what i saw there are Syrians, I think one Moroccan and one Filipino guy with long curly hair.They are all well trained and have the skill. thats my opinion at least.

Honestly the best team you can event expect

Sad. Having a 5 year experienced staff isnt enough it should show in the service.1. If you are doing my hair I want you to give me suggestions or get my requirements done.2. If you drop a comb you clean it before using it on my head. 2 times is a sign.3. When handling long hair you dont put your hand inside and rub to dry it. I told him dont do it and use the comb he still continued and asked me before using the comb you want me to do it like this like if its something new to him.4. When you offer coffee and dont ask how much sugar and give almost a sugarless coffee that spoils the whole point of the offer. And when you report it and say no for a replacement that means you dont need it no point continuosly asking if you want another one and then saying its free what sir take it try saying this dialogue before offering and see the response of the customer.5.hair wash before haircut but not after wow awesome. I asked him if the service is over just in case . He said its over. Great. M6. I did tell the manager about this he said pls telle I will fix things after I was done talking . its bad what happened is not the answer I was expecting to hear. And a smiling receptionist is not somthing what was needed while I was speaking.7. I have never seen a beard done so casually and lethargically.8. To top it all off selling your product to me isnt the way to go. Anyways never gonna go back or would recommend people to visit the place.Note to the owner : This is what one employee can do to your saloon reputation. And idk why is this place is in the building where great market place like choithrams is there.

Pricey! A bit on the pricey side for kids haircut. Our son needed just a trim, yet we we were asked to pay the full price of 55 AED Overall the place is clean, has entertainment for kids while they are getting a haircut and stylist seemed professional and friendly to calm our son who was nervous.
