Comparatively to other barber shops, the barbers in hair plaza take the times to understand the requirements and make proactive suggestions. Great experience.Came in with an appointment. Got seated right away, they listened to what I requested and had recommendations, and gave a few tips on beard cutting as well, and washed my hair.Would come back again.

Very nice neighbourhood hair salon. I have been there many times, all staff is very professional.Today barber was Shampi, excelent service for haircut and beard detailing. I was very satisfied with the service, and Shampi is a very talkative and funny guy.

Nice place but only two barbers. Especially Ahmed Ramy is good. The only problem they have first not enough staff so waiting is longer secondly they didnt respect the waiting que. Someone comes who is either their friend or good customer they let him go ahead of other waiting people. Which is very bad. The Barber himself decides who to take first. They should have respected but unfortunately the receptionist couldnt control it.No matter, how much I wanted to use the saloon but unfortunately had to walk out. Its a clear disrespect. They need to work on it because I have seen saloon failing just because of this issue.They need to add more staff and improve on their customer service. In that area there are around 20 good saloons so the only who have good and service will survive.Pricing wise they are not cheap, quality is good. Less staffThe parking is another challenge especially for their saloon and there arent many parking place around.The survival would be good quality service and looking after the customers and not treating them unfairly like they did with me.I might consider giving them another chance to see if that help and if they are serious in improving the services. Purely because the guy Ramy is good and will try him out.Dubai is overloaded with good saloon. Especially in Barsha area, there are saloon literally next to each other. Now there are lots of Turkish Barbers.

The saloon is good, however, it is overpriced. They charged me 360 Dirhams for a haircut, beard trimming and facial scrub without informing me of the price or giving me the chance to choose between the packages which sounds unprofessional. I don’t recommend.
