Amazing experience with attention to every bit of detail. I’m glad I have found the perfect barber shop with special mention to Issam for making my haircut experience outstanding. Best barbershop in Dubai and would recommend to everyone.

Sarah was a great therapist. The massage she did was very relaxing and in the places where there was tension she used good pressure as needed. I would recommend the Swedish massage that I had to anyone wanting to destress and loosen up.

We are regular customer of Jazz Lounge, because we appreciate extra service what these guys provide.Salon is spacious, next customer chair is far from you or you can even be placed in a separate room.And major feature what I personally like is detox water with lemon and cucumber (instead of regular water from plastic cup as it is usually in salons).

Enjoyed a pedicure and manicure treatment at Jazz Lounge this afternoon. Thanks Johanna and Marife for taking care of my hands and feet. I know we guys don’t take the time to pamper our selves.... But it is needed every now and then. I strongly recommend this place and treatment.

Excellent spa and highly recommended for massage and haircut and manicure and pedicure. The staff is so nice and welcoming, the therapist and stylist are great, I will be coming back definitely.Book before you come, its better to not wait. I did my hair twice there, once with Bassel and once with Ola, both are very good.

Omar is a fantastic barber who actually really cares how you look. He is amazing and style and beard styling also I will not use anyone else again I highly recommend him. Anna is also a very helpful and attentive receptionist who is always polite and courteous.

Hassan is a fantastic barber and the only one I would ever use in Dubai. Understands down to the detail what haircut you like and always delivers a brilliant service.Have never used anyone else since moving to dubai 1 year ago!

Exceptional place and treatmentI usually bite my nails and when I go to any place to do them and smoothen them to stop hurting, they usually bleed.But when I visited Jazz lounge they made them perfect without hurting and perfectly made.Super clean, super friendly environment and staff.Also did a full body massage, went inside the room with some cramps from my work out and stiff neck. Left feeling like I am a new person and more mobile.Thank you Jazz Lounge please keep this amazing service and staff.

I have visited recently jazz spa in palms for hair cut and beard, done the service with Essa and he was super nice and totally changed my prior experience with the spa. Did his job in details and took the time to ensure that everything is great. I would strongly suggest Essa for such service. Keep it up

Ahmed has been cutting my kids and my hair for a while now. He is very good and has an eye for what suits the face cut. He is very good with the kids as well and funny. Overall experience with the place and him is very very good. Highly recommend him and the spot for a good haircut.

I’ve been coming to the Jazz Lounge for the past two years and the service has always been fantastic.Hasan cuts my hair every time. Not only is he a very friendly and professional guy, he always cuts my hair just as requested.

Anna the receptionist is very welcoming, friendly and friendly. Amy always do my pedicure. She is a genius. Ive had many pedicures in Dubai and Amy is by far the best. She even fixed my ingrown toenail with minimum pain. Faiz always cuts my hair. He is very good and knows exactly what I want, even though I only told him once the very first time. Ive hopped around Dubai for a hairdresser and a pedicure and Im glad I finally found the Jazz Lounge. I will definitely be back every three weeks and I highly recommend it to any guy. All services are done with great attention to detail which is difficult to get elsewhere. Going there since a few years now. Highly recommended.

Jazz spa on golden mile is a refreshing change from other men’s spas in Dubai. All of the staff are extremely polite, knowledgeable and above all friendly and relaxed. From the super efficient ladies on the front desk to the therapists and barbers, I honestly can’t fault anyone in this business.My favorite part is they have online booking where you can choose the services, choose your favorite therapist/barber and choose a time to suit you. I have booked many times and not once did I have the Dubai norm whereby a “walk in” took my appointment/therapist.This is how service should be; well done Team Jazz Lounge Palm :)

Today, I finally did myself justice by getting a massage from the Jazz Lounge. The Therapist whom was super amazing and knew exactly what she was doing is named Ina, I had never received a better massage anywhere that Ive been. I was as flexible as a brick going in and came out like I could tackle the world. Even though she is super tiny dont let her size fool you. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Jazz lounge spa for the best staff and service. The lounge is always kept with high standards and online booking using my phone is just brilliant, saving me time to ensure I can book an appointment at my fingertips when I want.Most importantly I want to recognise Ahmed who is by far the best barber in Dubai I have met. He consistently delivers a professional service and a customised hair style which makes you look great. His work is brilliant and I would travel anywhere in Dubai to ensure he cuts my hair. Pleas keep up the great work and service.

Some of my worst experiences:- “premium” 325 dhm haircut done in 10 min- barber sprayed my hair all over so I had to sit like a dripping dog- trying to show the mastery of working with scissors pulled out my hair- burned my head with a fan- started washing my hair after with ice-cold water (!!!)Summary - saloon is trying to look fancy, but people working there are absolute novice and don’t know how to do their job at all!!! Not worth the money at all

Average quality/OverpricedI’m new to Jazz Lounge, and went for haircut/beard styling. Probably it was bad luck, and I had a newbie barber, but I had a negative experience. Quality of haircut and beard was low, and the process was not pleasant too. For such a service, the price is too high.

Fayez cuts hair with style and class! A high quality stylist who knows how to cut your hair. He listens and offers sensible advice and delivers! The saloon is well appointed and the reception staff are very efficient and pleasant to deal with. 10/10.

Very disappointing experience. Ive been bringing my son here for a year and today I brought him and he was crying before we started the haircut. We were asked to leave because a massage was going on at the time. Tip to the salon - rethink scheduling junior haircuts when you have massages so you dont have to ask paying customers to leave. A very poor experience and I will never go back. Rethink taking your child here.

It is always difficult to find good hairdresser. I was lucky to find Luay in Dubai when I first arrive. Honestly, I have tried some other shop before him but after his first cut, I realised he is right artist indeed. He creates very modrn style for my hair every time. He is one of the best for sure. Very unprofessional staff and poor service . All they do is keep apologizing and dont even try to fix the situation. I had booked a massage for 3pm and they call me at 1:30pm saying that the massage cannot be reserved and I will have to book again(after paying for the massage) . Firstly I had left already and was already half way there . They were so rude and adamant about the whole situation .So rude that they even told me not to enter the lounge ,thats ridiculous . I wouldnt recommend anyone to even use their service . Big time fakers .Kindly read all the critical reviews before you go use their services .

Amazing staff and facilities. I normally go 2-3 times per month for different services and after 7 years in Dubai and trying different places, I can say I have finally found a place I can comfortably go for grooming/massage etc. Keep it up guys!

This is a great male spa. Friendly service and great location. I visit every 3 weeks and I recommend having a shave, haircut ( I recommend Ahmed) and top it off with an hour massage.

Great new gents spa open on the Palm, it opened fairly recently back in Feb. All the usual mens grooming services available, hair, beard cut, wet shave, and massage. Very friendly and professional staff. I recommend Fayez for a wet shave or beard trim.

Bad place, never go here unless you want your hair to be made fun of. Barbers are bad and don’t understand what you’re trying to tell them, whilst also being quite loud, is it really a “lounge” then?Don’t recommend it.
