Very professional set up.Marissa and Lyka did fantastic with manicure pedicure and facial care.Sophia was simply amazing with massaging, especially my shoulder pain, which subsided instantly. The front desk was also very helpful with product choices.Great place to go for skin care and relaxation while in Dubai.

I booked a 6 PM appointment for a 15-minute service and arrived on time out of respect for their schedule. However, I waited over 20 minutes without being serviced. I was informed that the previous client requested additional services, which caused the delay. While I understand unforeseen delays can happen, prioritizing unbooked requests from other clients at the expense of my scheduled time is unacceptable. This demonstrates a lack of respect for my time. Frustrated, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such poor time management here, but it will certainly be the last. They’ve lost me as a customer.

I always come to Marissa for pedicures and Im very satisfied! After an hour I have baby feet. If there was a foot competition before and after, I would have a good chance of winning the Dubai finest foot award.

I had a haircut and beard done by hosam it was one of the nicest Ive had since a while very professional to the point and a very welcoming individual. Then i had a full body massage with lucky it was so helpful for my shoulder pain and shes really an expert in what she does. While I was getting a Brazilian wax, a female employee opened the door without knocking and exposed all of my intimate areas. The manager apologized, but I dont understand how such a privacy-conscious establishment could do this without knocking and Im so disappointed.

Jazz Lounge is my choice when comes to Spa. Very friendly and professional staff. Honestly speaking the branch in Abu Dhabi is nicer with the interior and general atmosphere but still felt very welcomed in this one.

I’ve been visiting this spa for a few years now and it never fails to impress. I mostly go for massage treatments and once I did the mani and pedi with my father. The massages are extremely professional and it is so nice to have a proper massage where the therapist actually knows what they are doing. That comes with proper training and experience which these therapists have. I would love to go more often but I can’t. However I will be back again for sure.

I had facial & body massage @ Jazz Lounge & it was one of the best places I have had! Best customer service! Staff were amazing and one of the thing I had observed during my visit today was the manager Murtada who is making sure the customer well taken care of and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction! Was very done and professional.The most unique thing i observed is the board of silence and no phones in that area. I simply hate noise in any salon, but here, their standard rule gave me a great pleasure to be in silence, i enjoyed the availed treatment along with complimentary coffee.Parking can do in the RTA area there are plenty and less than a minute away from salon.

I had pain in my lower back due to lifting heavyweights.. I chose Mighty muscles treatment massage which is 4-1 massage types..I left the door and the pain was already gone! Extremely clean and professional masseuse.

Amazing Welcoming stuff very professional a very clean environment very well explained menu and details. Went for a manicure and pedicure and a deep tissue massage. Professional staff manicure and pedicure was good as massage was also very good and relaxing. Wanted a male to male massage and was offered a male masseuse. Would for sure visit again.Second visit and massuse was Tinni very professional and was talkative also which was good.

A very good place for mens nails services

Ive been going to Jazz Lounge regularly for pedicures for almost 5 years now, and its always great service. I have to take care with where I get pedicures because I have an ingrown toenail problem, and the first time I went was soon after a surgery to fix it. I told them about the problem and they were very understanding and professional.I still go there often, and Annape always gives me a great pedicure.

Terrible experience and bad service. We fequently do Spa and book massage in Dubai and elsewhere. On this occasion, we booked two days before, two Moroccan baths and two Massages with two therapists, specifically requesting both service at at the same time (which was confirmed). When we arrived, we reminded them that we had booked for two baths and two massages and they confirmed that this was booked at the same time.We were surprised that the Moroccan bath was actually made by one only therapist, with both in the same room, which is a facility for only one person. Surprising but fine. The therapist tried his best, however he did both morrocan baths alternating the service to me and my friend. This was odd, the waiting time whilst having a morrocan bath is very uncommon but to make it worse, there was no more steam and it was cold by the time he started doing the second scrub.By the time, I finished the moroccan bath, my friend had already started his massage. They asked me several times to wait 2 minutes the time to prepare the massage room, which is absolutely fine. Then, they came again and asked for 5 minutes and this situation went on and on for over 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, and understanding they were taking me for a ride, I lost interest, was disapointed, I dressed up and ended up not having a massage.This is totally unacceptable. If they knew that a client was late or didnt have a second therapist for the massage (and even for the morrocan bath), they should have told us in advance so we could decide what to do. At the very least, they could have told me when I finished my morrocan bath instead of asking me several times to keep waiting. Disapointing experience overall. They are not very serious people, the facilities is just ok and truly there are no reasons to recommend this spa to anyone.

Good service in both locations, generally. I did not like the fact that I was charged quite heavily by a hair dresser for some services he offered to my son without explaining how much it costs. A 16yr old got a full shave, scalp treatment and ear wax...

This was my second visit, and apart from the Moroccan Bath, I added a padi and manicure to my visit. Christian helped me with the bath, which was excellent and Jema & Annape who did my padi & manicure, they both did an excellent job and i came out refreshed. Went to Jazz Spa to try a 90 min Swedish massage. My therapist was Rachel. One of the best massages I have had in a long time. The ambience from entering the door till I exited was very good. Highly recommend them.

Attended Jazz Lounge this afternoon for an authentic Traditional Thai Massage .. I was impressed by the professionalism extended to me. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage. In Australia it took me quite a few visits to find a great practitioner for authentic Thai massage .. Was very fortunate to discover a great one first time here in Dubai. Highly recommended.

Always impressed with the quality of service on offer here. Had a deep tissue massage with Queen, she is one of the best at what she does! She makes sure you are comfortable during the therapy and is always making sure you are comfortable. Time management needed badly!! Today was my 4th time going there. Had an appointment at 10:30am for hair cut, beard trimming, manicure & pedicure. Had to wait for 15min to start with the haircut, which was ok although had a plane to catch. Finished haircut and beard at 11:15, and I was surprised with the receptionist telling me that my manicure is supposed to start at 11:45, and I have to wait for 30min to start! I left disappointed and would never come again. Posting this for the management to fix these issues. It’s not acceptable booking an appointment and being treated that way…it’s good to have your schedule full, but if you don’t manage it right, you will soon have a lot of spare time to fill…already lost one customer. I visited many Places worldwide, so my review and critics are pretty serious.- Royal Moroccan Bath ( with the Moroccan Therapist, was excellent, (9 out of 10)- Relaxing 90 min Massage (with a Turkish Therapist 10 out of 10 good )- Mani n Pedicure ( also 10 out of 10 QUality)Now i am a regular customer since Jazz Spa offers a fair and nice pricing! Highly recommended place and lovely super friendly service and ambience. They provide you also with tea and detox water. Just excellent.

I usually go to Jazz Lounge for Thai massage as it is definately the best I have received outside of Thailand. I had almost given up finding a good massage in UAE until Jazz Lounge But this time I got a Facial (as at short notice Thai massage was fully booked). Never had a facial before but was extremely amazing. Ask for Supra when booking. I can highly recommend. Im sure I will be going back many times.

Had a tennis elbow injury for long time. Tried medicine, physio & injection but pain remained persistent. I got suggestion from a friend to try some sessions with the therapist Anas, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. After few sessions the pain was gone. 0 stars for giving me a dumb new hairstyle which I even didnt ask for. I asked to trim all a bit shorter and I get a half side shaved head. And then he starts arguing that he thinks it looks good, himself with his hair tied to a knot on his head. Probably not the best reference. Ive tried many gents spas in Dubai but since I started going to Jazz Lounge Spa, it became my one and only destination for Manicure Pedicure, Haircut, Turkish bath and massage. Youll never feel more comfortable as when you step into the place. Everyone will welcome you warmly and whatever service you will book, be sure you will have the best of the staff who will be happy to serve you. I actually got the package of Turkish Bath and Massage and I became and regular customer with Hamza who is the most hard worker and polite person youll ever meet. I dont even need to say which part of my body is causing me pain from workout, he will find out himself and do his best to make you feel a real rebirth feeling. Go for the Turkish Bath and ask Hamza for massage recommendation and you wont be disappointed. The Space itself is super clean, quiet and they kept everything on the high standards. BRAVO everyone!

Nice environment. I have been going for and off for about 2yrs now with mani/pedi that are done professionally and relatively inexpensive. You do however have to be clear that you dont want the full package as they dont always ask and you could either pay 90aed for the basic or up to 300aed for all in. I have also had a Moroccan bath that was plesent, yet could always be better.

Very unprofessional place. Booked rattan massage via the phone a couple of days in advance. When I arrived I was informed by the receptionist that they do not have rattan massage. ?!?!. I asked how come on their website it is advertised and how come no one informed me when I made a booking. She just looked at me and asked if I want different massage ?! I informed her I want what I have booked and I am still confused how come they booked the massage and no one informed me before hand that they do not provide this service anymore. Instead they wasted my time to come to the place and she casually offered something else, no apology for wasting my time. 5 ppl stood in that reception ( I assume manager / owner of the place) and none of them cared to apologise. I am still shocked. Seriously guys do not bother with this place, it’s a joke not service.

I’ve been to many spa’s in Dubai, I would say it’s one of the few best places I’ve been to and I’ve been coming back since 2016. I literally have no preferred barber because they are all great. I would recommend Hamza for massage he is one of their best therapists.

I had the most relaxed spa experience at this spa recently, it was simply amazing. The Spa rep, Chi, had a touch of gold that sends you to another world :). Shes very professional and kind. I will definitely recommend Jazz

I have had many massages in Dubai, even the occasional one at Jazz Lounge Spa, but now that I have had a massage with Hamza, I can honestly say they have the best masseur in Dubai. I have been in Dubai for 4 months, I tried different salons and spas. I would say Jazz is the best till now, starting from lovely Elizabeth going through Radwan the awesome barber.. Oh dont get me start with the body-cure team Maine and the others. They serve u with drinks and they take care of your requests amazingly .. Anyhow, they have offers every now and then as packages .. This should be a paid ad😅😅😅 but no seriously they really deserve the good words🌹🌹🌹

If you want professional care done correctly every single time, go to them. They also give you recommendations for better care! Not just selling a service! Amazing place

The service is good but they dont respect customer appointment. Several tomes had to wait for the technician because she either had an over lapping appointment are busy in a team meeting !!!!

I booked my father into Jazz Lounge on (Friday 11th August 2017)whilst he was visiting Dubai as he wanted to visit a spa.Im pleased to say he thoroughly enjoyed his experience from the moment he walked in.The whole experience was pure joy, from the welcome tea, to the soothing music and essential oils in treatment room. He was attended to by Mohammed and the team and he highly recommends the manicurist and pedicurist who not only gave him an exceptional service, they kept him happy and laughing throughout the service.I booked him in for Moroccan Bath, Mani/Pedi, Callus Treatment adds on and full body massage.The level of professionalism and service was second to none, the ambiance was excellent. Anyway, if you are looking for a unique luxury and self care experience you have to go there.P.s. My father has decided to book in again today before he travels tomorrow.In short, flawless assistance and a truly blissful spa experience. I have been using JLS for the last year or so and ever single time I am surprised with an excellent service. Staff is very welcoming, always with smile on their faces and nothing is too much of the problem for them. Great job and selecting amazing members of the team.I also find pricing very competitive, just 5-10 dirhams more than my local barber shop! For the quality of service it is more than worth it!The only thing I miss recently is the soft Jazz music coming through the speakers. It seem to be taken over by TV screens. Not a massive problem but certainly has taken some of the charm away.Just to summarise, I would like to say that I have been in many mens spa in the city before, but I have never received such attention or seen such customer skills like in the JLS. Well done guys!

It was my first time in Jazz Lounge, and wont be the last, thats for sure.It was an excellent experience, started with great welcome and customer care at the reception.Ive booked online through the website, for moroccan bath. It was great experience. Bathed by Mr. Mohamad.The bath included olive and herbs moroccan soap hot shower. Followed by steem for 15 minutes. Then the body bath scrubbing using moroccan soap and scrubber.Lastly warm water shower with body soap and shampoo for the hair.It costed 200 AED, as mentioned in the website.

What a great spa! I’ve had a Turkish Bath followed by a massage from their therapist Hamza!He is by far one of the best therapists in Dubai! I had a wonderful experience at The Jazz Lounge Spa Al Barsha. Everyone was so professional, thoughtful and helpful. From I entered, I was greeted warmly by Katerina at reception whom then introduced me to Mr. Mohamed, the Manager, who was nice enough to take a photo of me at my now favourite spa.I was scheduled to have two treatments, a manicure and pedicure. Because they were so busy with clients I waited a little bit so Mohammed offered me tea and get this... A complimentary back and neck massage with Made (pronounced Ma-day). She was fantastic, truly magical hands! I was lying on the table as she worked, I felt relaxed but awake, when I heard someone snoring only to realize it was me... Wow!!!Then came the mani/pedi which was done by two ladies who were so thorough, professional and madee feel so comfortable.I walk out renewed with a smile on my face and ready for my weekend.I definitely recommend the Jazz Lounge Spa to all gentlemen... and ladies, get your guy a voucher!

The place is a mazing the staff are sooooo freindly, i did a massage with Hamza i can say he is a doctor he knows how to find the pain without asking, his hand are so perfect and its not normal as other massages, i tried many with my slip desk he made it better than the hospitals also did body care they are so professional and the most important they are very clean and use hands sanitizer every time to avoid and germs and microbe transfe.Thanks a lot for Mr. Mohammad he is amazing guy and he is working with full potential and makes every one happy.

UPDATE/Massage: Hamza - I called yesterday and Spa Jazz said he was NO longer working there. Tooo Bad. He was the best in Dubai. I am a European athlete and know about professional sport massage well. This is too bad. The other guys working there are not worth it.Clean spa and excellent staff starting right when you take your appointment.I had several deep tissue bodyworks with Hamsa and he is excellent. His knowledge of the body and professional skills are absolutely remarkable. Probably one of the best is Dubai. I am European and am used to sport massages and Hamsa is on point for that. I can only highly recommend him.

I have had a life-changing one of a kind experience with Jazz loung spa.I had a complete hair transformation from dry unmanageable tangled hair to smooth straight healthy hair.I would like thank Luay for working his magic, since that time i have never changed my hair stylist and i dont think i will ever. I had been to this place one week before, its very fortunate I got turkish bath and massage from Hamza. He is excellent in giving traditional massage for 90 mins and the day went relaxing and awful.I recommend Hamza to be connected while you come across this spa centre which is specifically for men.

Just had a great Morrocan bath, Mohammed they guy who served us was professional and capable. I would give 5 stars for the hygiene and tidiness. I do think its a bit pricy compared to other places.

I have booked Royal Moroccan bath, Deep tissue massage and foot massage for my husband as a birthday gift, Can’t say how relaxed and happy he was he actually asked me for the same gift next year 😅 thanks to (Jay) the guy who did the massage for him . And a big thanks for the one who helped me with my booking through Instagram your advice is much appreciated .Am rating this as a four star and feeling sorry as it deserves more than 5 starts but it is the Reception part that am not happy with , as I booked my husband the bath first and massage after and he asked them for the same thing, but they said it is better to have the massage first which it wasn’t a good idea.. and second cuz they made him pay extra as a vat and called him back when he left to come and collect it , cuz they were mistaken, I think they should have cheacked first before making him pay and leave and comeback again . - I have been having massages in hotels all over Dubai for around 8 years now but recently tried Jazz and it is definitely my new ‘go-to’ place. I’ve recently re-started training with a PT and have needed some help with tense muscles - I had a massage from Hamza who was fantastic. It’s evident that he knows exactly what he is doing. I have a hectic job and my brain never switches off - but Hamza’s massage really helped me relax and enjoy the experience.I definitely recommend Jazz and Hamza.

Had a wonderful time at Jazz Spa. The ladies (Lorry, Elaine, Madie) were exceptional. Great service, great products, chilled ambience. Great way to treat yourself.

Booked a deep cleansing facial expecting a good deep cleanse with a machine that really clears the pores. Whilst most of the treatment was good, the deep cleanse was a painful manual squeeze of pores, resulting in a really average facial. Not worth the money and primarily focused on upselling the additional facial products.

Been here a couple of times over the years. Staff always go the extra mile to help with booking transport, aligning your appointments for various services etc. Very clean, lovely staff and a top job!

Maybe good service for customers but as I waited at reception for my husband the staff were snobs, the AC was extremely high and the smell inside was horrible!
