Torturing experience, cuticle removal was painful i was bleeding ( 3 fingers ) , the gel has bubbles all over and bumpy uneven layers, the glue is sticking around my nails !! the receptionist asked me to redo them but i refused as the technician didnt know what she was doing

One of the best salon in the area that stuff is very friendly and so professional the prices are very reasonable I highly recommend them special thanks to the owner Madame Eman for her wonderful Welcoming

This was my third visit to the salon, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The first two times, my nails were done perfectly by a Vietnamese or Thai nail technician, but during my recent visit, the service was disappointing. The lady who removed my acrylic nails was rough and didnt consider that I was in pain. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning during the summer made the experience uncomfortable.

I dont usually write bad reviews but they did such a terrible job. The gel on my nails got chipped a few hours after I left and most of my nails broke. I paid a lot and my nails didnt even last for a day. Dissapointing.

Since Kelly left the salon it’s not the same. I went to remove my gel with Tara and she literally rip on part of my nail with the drilling machine. I cancel my manicure straight away and when leaving I still have to pay for the removal. Cero customer service! Run away from this place.

To be honest I wouldn’t even give a star. The lady who did my eyebrows messed them up. One shorter than the other and it’s look awful. Never would I go here again. I’m glad I came back with some eyebrows on my face!
