I recently visited Kenchie Gents Salon and had an outstanding experience! The salon has a modern and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and get pampered. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly, ensuring that you feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in.

Bryan was absolutely amazing with my sons hair, and was very attentive, welcoming and super helpful! The barber did an amazing fade on my sons hair too! Highly recommend this salon, thank you once again Bryan

Pathetic customer service !!!The the so-called manager lady is very rude with poor customer skills. Not a great start to a relaxing experience I had hoped for my husband.I bought some gift vouchers for my husband and they refused to entertain them saying their salon does not accept on weekends whereas the voucher tems and conditions clearly state otherwise- hence the reason I bought this for my busy man in the first place !No wonder salon is empty and they have to resort to vouchers and offers to lure customers, but inturn we get scammed with unusable vouchers when trying to make appointments.I will now try to get a refund from vouchers issuer...

For a business that’s in Jumeirah, the quality of service is bad. I had booked for my husband as a gift for his birthday and he didn’t enjoy the experience at all. Prior to booking, I asked the hairdresser if he was familiar with military style “fade” haircut. He said yes, but he didn’t know it ! Machine used to shave isn’t of good quality, also no hair wash was done! Old methods are used ..

Went in for a quick shave. Barber was super rough and left my neck red with his aggressive handling of the razor. Wouldnt go back for a shave.

Bryan was very friendly and accommodating. He did a fantastic job and I loved the pampering and the conversation. This was the first time I have gotten a Manicure and Pedicure, and I would definitely go back to them in the future.

Had an amazing haircut by Zubair. Best and professional barber. So accurate in beard and hair trimming. Very happy with their service.Bryan did an amazing facial, once of the best and professional, explained each and every step during facial.Will visit again for sure

I had manicure and pedicure for second time , first time was not bad , second time was just really bad , they didn’t scrub feet heels ( they said it’s extra charge ) although first time they have did it , when I asked him why , he said last time I did it for free ???!!!!

One of the best saloons i have used. I did the facial and the results were amazing. Staff was very polite and place was neat. Products used were also of good quality. Definately coming back again here!

Very Rude staff ..I purchase voucher thorough groupon , than i called the salon to booked the appointment , there’s lady very rude ( Bryan ) told me that voucher invalid in weekend , i asked her to booked in Monday and they said we’re not available , i asked Tuesday at 12:00Pm .. they’re said sorry we have appointment at same time , the way they replied very rude to me .. high suggestion DON’T GO THERE

Ive been visiting for Keratin and other services, must say what a VIP experience. Shout out to Brian who leaves no flaw in the services provided. Top level hygiene, products, customer care and all at extremely reasonable prices!

Left the place with a smile and glowing skin. Truly happy with the service. Been coming back for the past couple of months. Look for Bryan. He’s the best! 🤩 i’d give more stars if I can. 🤗

The receptionist of this Gents Salon is very accomodating and professional when it comesto booking the schedule and managing the shop. This shop deserves 10 stars for its cleanliness and professional barbers.Not a crowded shop and very relaxing massage and moroccan bath theyre offering. Will recommend this Salon to others!
