I have been going to Laloge for more than a year. Samia is AMAZING! She brought my hair back to life with a perfect hair color and treatments that she is an expert on. The entire staff of Laloge, from the reception to the junior stylists, helpers, and nail experts, are all super sweet, considerate, and helpful. They truly are very good at their jobs, and their attitudes are 5-star. Highly recommend going there.

I went to fix my hair cut and this is what I left LALOGE with on new years eve!! This is an actual hair cut I paid for, my hair is actually one side longer than the other!! So far, I have called, messaged and even DM-ed them several times to fix this disaster and still NOTHING!!

The worst salon in my life they charge you double price and they didn’t inform you the price before your start and all the staff good but management bad ! To advice you don’t go to this salon in Dubai

WORST HAIR COLOR JOB OF MY LIFE!!!!!Just don’t go there. They’re super aggressive. Kept on hurting my although I mentioned many times the pulling was hurting me. Products smelled horribly and the “highlights”… I mean, just judge by the pictures.Never again and I’ll make sure everybody I know never goes there.

Worst hair cut I ever had. I showed the lady stylist a photo and discussed what I wanted and the stylist did something completely different . Cut was uneven and completely ruined my hair . I went to another another salon to try to have someone competent correct the cut but it was mostly beyond repair . Go somewhere else if you want a professional..

Very disappointed in the customer service received. 😐 I called to book an appointment, literally needed the back of my neck cleaned up and they insisted they were going to charge me 250aed /$69/€61/£52 !!!! Even after I explained its not a full haircut I need, I simply need the barber to clean it up around the edges. I even spoke with him too and he told me he couldnt help me! Im in the industry myself and, will always agree people should be paid what they are worth, however, that was simply not justifiable! Very very disappointing.....

Fateen did not ask me 100 questions to identify my needs but made an expert proposal that was tailored to my ideal version of myself and included me in the creative process! I got an infection both on my fingernails and on my toes after I received a mani pedi from this hair salon. Not to mention, it was a very overpriced mani pedi.I don’t usually write google reviews, but I feel entitled to warn people as I am going through the infection pain around my nails and toes.

Fantastic experience every time I go there, and I go there frequently because of the variety of services they have, from the hairstyling to the othe service manicure and pedicure which when I do it with them it last longer than any other salon I have went to.The quality is too high and you can feel it in the products the use to the work the do.

One of the best saloons in Dubai , amazing staff who will make you feel special and gives you a great grooming all over which will leave a long lasting impression on everyone, dont miss this place if you havent already tried.

Went for mani pedi that took 4h to do and that wasnt much of a problem but paid 750drh 850 with the tips for the girls that were amazing and after 15min they called me to tell me that they forgot to charge me the pedi and they are sorry for the mistake😅funny and tragic at the same time!After 3days half of my nails broke😏whatever!

The place looks elegant and staff are friendly, Specially the staff name Jennifer She made a very satisfied service on my nails.

I asked this girl who was the hairstylist to do my curtain bangs, she cut it so short I was horrified & she tried to put extensions to fix her mistake. Do not recommend anyone this place !

Got my hair done recently from Mahdi/Mehdi.Wanted a nice brown color for my hair. Showed a few reference images. Before we began, he explained everything he was going to do for us to achieve the look. Kept reminding me throughout to trust the process. Once my hair was done, it looked great but was darker than I had asked for but before I could even say anything, he told me it will lighten after a few washes and it literally lightened after the first wash. By the 2nd wash, I had achieved the color I had wanted and hair is still looking great. Thoroughly impressed by his work. Super happy with my hair color. Would highly reccomend Mahdi. 👏🏼The picture on left is the hair I went in with, third picture is what my hair was after it was done. Last picture is my hair currently.

Dirty, overbooked salon, which does not respect the health rules linked to Covid!In addition, its a scam, the price paid is not that indicated, the employees have nothing to do with it but the manager is a thief.I had to pay under pressure 900 Euros for a blow dry and makeup, its a steal!This is not at all good advertising for the Adress hotel, too bad!

Unfortunately, I never get the color right because I am wearing a veil. Sweetie is from the Philippines. She is good, but she doesnt know anything at all, and the owner of the shop doesnt know how to deal with customers.
