Have been coming here for some time. Overall ok. But no respect to client time at all. Booked appointment today at 10am, came at 10 - not only the barber is not there but the shop is closed itself! Waited until 10:10 still nobody came. Previously had appointment with Tarek about month ago. Same - 1 hour waiting. What’s the point to book an appointment then. Just serve clients as first come first served basis and don’t put working hours in google. Won’t come again.

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Level Up is surely my salon of choice for my regular haircuts. The salon is fresh, comfortable and relaxing. The staff always greet me with a coffee or a refreshing water. Hussam always does an amazing job for my haircuts. He is very careful, has a lot of attention to detail and simply always gets it right. And the hair wash and massage is soooooo relaxing!

Tarek cut my hair and Joana and Judy did my mani pedi. The quality of service and attention to detail are very high. They set the bar for what I expect at a salon now. When I stepped in they offered a cold towel while I waited. Before the cut, my hair was shampooed. Tarek did an excellent job at cutting my hair and we had some good conversation. I was then given another shampoo and head massage before Tarek styled my hair. Afterwards Joana and Judy gave me a nice mani pedi and I got advice on what to do in Dubai. Great experience overall. Ill definitely return to this place for the next time I find myself in Dubai.

I came across Level Up through Social Media and wanted to try it out. To be honest, they have set the bar high for any mens salon in Dubai. From entering the staff is genuine friendly and greets you. I opted for the full package, hair and shave was done really well. Would rate it 9, only because it was my first visit. The man grooming and hammam were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Walked in for a haircut there today and got what I wanted. A nice haircut the way I like it. The barber was friendly, professional and meticulous (which I appreciate) and took his time so it didnt feel rushed like some barbers do. Nice clean place too. Ill be back for another haircut soon.

Just moved to AL Sahab so the place is next to it. Atmosphere, design and service overall was on top, but its worthless if barber dont speak English🤣 Very strange decision to hire this guy to this luxury vibe place, unless he isnt someones relative) My attempts to explain what I want was misunderstood and I got horrible haircut. Im pretty easy about my look so Im ok, but dont repeat my mistake)

I have explained to them how I want my cut and they do it very well. They have several other services available and long hours. Yes, I recommend them if you are in the Dubai Marina or JBR area.

Even though the hairdresser had the hairstyle shown, he cut me almost bald and in his own way, I do not recommend it!!!! He had to trim his beard, but I was shaved completely 😡😡
