The best set of acrylic nails I have ever had. I took my aunt and we had Glory and AJ. They were welcoming, friendly, funny and super professional. Such good value for money! I also had a dermalogica facial last week and my skin still feels amazing. Highly recommend.

I got my acrylics done through a very lovely lady, however she caused my nail beds to bleed and took over 2 hours to do french tip. I went back to the nail shop to get a refund to which I got told that refunds can only be done within 3 days which I was not informed of when getting my nails done. The receptionist then was rude toward me when as a 16 year old going back to complain. I was confronted with rude facial expressions, the receptionist continued to laugh in my face when I was expressing my concerns and did not show any remorse toward my complaints. This nail place honestly does not deserve any recognition as I was asking for a simple refund due to a nail falling off within 4 days of having them done. All of my nails were different lengths, shapes, sizes and colors. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had an amazing experience with Naheed. She really gave me a beautiful haircut and colour. I didnt even ask for a blow dry but she did it with such passion.Just a note, please carry cash to tip the girls. Most salons allow you to tip by card but not here. I felt so bad for not having cash.

I always come here for my nails, eyelashes and massages. AJ is fantastic at both acrylics and gels, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Camila is new and an excellent masseuse not to mention my eyelashes always come out perfectly. On top of this, the rest of the staff are super friendly and customer service is excellent. It’s just a bonus that it’s also good value for money!

I visited the salon for a root color touch-up, and I couldnt be happier with the results! Naheed was attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, matching my color perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future treatments. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for professional and personalized service!

I had an amazing experience with AJ the nail technician who did one of the best work I’ve had done on my nails since being in Dubai. She’s fast, a perfectionist and corrected my nails from a previous nail salon which I was so grateful for! I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

Naheed is one my favourite hair expert she always did magic and saved my damaged hair. Its really hard to find someone who understand your requirements and Naheed is one of them she is a hair DOCTOR and I would definitely recommend her !!

Never going back, acrylic nail extensions from here, after many years of getting extensions at other salons I got a nail fungus green nail from here. Very bad customer service, rude and aggressive . 2022 and still no qualified people to take simple and proper bookings and cannot manage complaints and sort mistakes from their side. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I always go to Mad Lillies to do my hair and my nails. I only trust Porscha with my hair, and she does her magic every time!!😍 All the ladies there are so nice, polite and professional.

Do not go there!Although the ladies who did my nail polish were amazing and super friendly with my little daughter.*Kenzy* on the other hand who told me she is in charge of the salon was the worst staff member I have ever seen. She was rude and disrespectful she makes up her own rules regarding when entertainer finishes. Told me that I cant use entertainer and even thougg i was told i can over the phone and when I told her that she got upset and started rolling her eyes.The salon over books people and its too crowded!I wouldnt recommend this salonUnless they change the management (although I doubt that Kenzy is even management) I dont think theyll ever be professional.I have attached a photo of my 8 year old daughters nails which is had to pay extra for each nail (nail art+ french tips)I was charged 215 for my daughter 135 for mani Pedi plus 80 dirhams

I got acrylic gel extensions done yesterday and am posting my before and after pictures below. My experience was perfect the nail artist Mary is very talented and placed actual flower petals in a gorgeous setting on my nail which Im in love with. And did not force me to get gelish polish gave me excellent cover with normal polish.Very happy will be returning for other services.

I recommend all the ladies with frizzy hair to go to mad lilies salon and get the protein hair treatment done. I just did it 2 weeks back and the results are amazing. Was really confused between keratin and protein as I have done keratin before but I wanted my hair to look more natural. I am so happy with protein treatment and they recommended the shampoo and conditioner as well. The staff is so polite and helpful. Thankyou team.

Unprofessional! Rather than owning up the salon charges you for their mistakes. They did a chemical laden keratin on my hair although I had asked for chemical free one. It’s been over 24 hrs and my head is still hurting. They are the worst! Please stay away from this place.

This was my first time doing balayage and it was done fantastically by Poshia. I was very nervous as it was my first time dying my hair, but she was very careful and listened to everything I wanted. She gave me a very subtle look as I wanted. She also didnt use any bleach to reduce hair damage. Hair cut and blow dry was also excellent. Overall great experience and excellent service. Highly recommended

Nahid and the other one i forgot name was good . Not perfect as 5 star salons but good . We did root color and blow dry. The price for using and not using entertainer is different that is so strange caz i m using entertainer for around 3 years and this happen here for the first time . Even i use it in palm salons and premiem the price is same even you use entertainer or not . For root 199 aed and blow dry that is so normal and not styling and not proffesional is 155 aed that much more many salons . I dont suggest go there and it is not the place where i want go again for sure .

Went to Mad Lillie’s the other day to get my hair cut and highlighted (about 3 weeks ago- I always leave reviews for hair places a bit later to see how my hair changes over time). I was so impressed by MLs- that cut and coloured my hair exactly as I wanted it and the price was extremely reasonable too! They are really lovely in there too- really sweet and friendly.I had had a really bad experience at Ivy Beauty and Bubbles last year, which had genuinely quite upset me and I was anxious about having my hair done in Dubai again. But I feel a lot better after visiting ML.Will definitely be going back!

I came here to fix up my hair since it was in pretty bad condition in terms of hair color, and I was not disappointed at all. I had my hair done by Poshia and she was just amazing. She had done my hair so perfectly I am in love with the results. She was quick, delicate and professional. I have been dyeing my hair for a decade now and she’s been the best so far. I had 3 different colors in my hair and she bleached it with no damage, then applied a dye all over. The color is beautiful. Amazing job by an amazing woman. And to top it off, the price was better than any other salon I’ve visited.

None of their services are good or done properly.. Besides their poor and rude attitude in handling their customers!The acrylic was poorly done, separated from my nails in less than a week (as if it is done by someone with no experience or practice), and when I asked them to fix it they replied in an impolite manner that I will HAVE TO pay to fix it. The Keratin as well was done poorly, my hair and my daughters hair got back to curly after 1 wash!Eyelash extensions took all my natural lashes and fell off!Above all of that, the receptionist is very unprofessional with improper attitude and not keen on providing a good customer experience or reslove any of my issues.

First of all, the saloon is so stinky... technicians are unprofessional... they dont even know how to apply nail polish... the nail polish quality is very poor.. needs ages to get dry... when i called the reception to complain theyve never even offered me to come back to fix my nails. Very rude receptionist.Wont go there again never.

Butchered by the hairdresser. Couldn’t do a simple trim. Cut the front short and the back was long with a completely uneven cut all round: I demanded a refund and will never ever go back. Don’t go there. EVER! A child could have done a better job.And to add insult to injury, I emailed them and got an extremely aggressive reply from the owner who refused to cover the cost of fixing my hair at another salon. I’m guessing lookingAt the state of their salon and the district lack of luxury and heavily discounted prices, and offers they extend, that it’s a failing business and I should have taken note of this before using them.Be warned. This is anything but a professional outfit.

I had a great experience from beginning till end even after. Samantha did my eyelashes and shes amazing. I had my eyebrow threading done and she was great too. The staff were polite and very friendly and prompt. They are also reasonably priced in comparison to others.I would definitely use them again.

I got my Hair Keratin and highlights done by Posha. She is really amazing!I have got my keratin and Brazilian blowout done by her 3 times, always get the best results . I have tried other salons as well but nothing suited my hair. I’m really thankful to Posha for helping me out with my hair problems and giving me a new look.

I had my acrylic nails done by an African Lady that works there. She was super friendly but the nails were terribly done. The gel polish started chipping after 3 days, and the nails started coming off after a week. People actually commented that it looked like a beginner had done the job. Would not recommend.

Whilst my acrylics are nice my overall experience was not the best. I used an offer at the time for acrylics only to find midway that a manicure was not included (which is usually done prior to any nail design) and had to pay extra if i wanted it. I also requested only gelish removal however as the nail tech had already done a ‘scrub’ (very quickly in cold water) and that I still had to pay as the scrub alone was supposedly 30 dhs - which seems excessive. This is my second time at the salon and my first experience was not positive so I thought i would give it a second chance. However, nothing seems to have changed.

Hidden charges on top of the nail packages! Overall experience was fine, but at the end of service I was charged 2x extra charges. I found this upsetting, paid and just left.I have been to the salon before for the same package and my nails took longer (ombré tip extensions), but yet I was charged extra for tips and a pedicure - which last time was included. The nail tech doing my feet even commented that I had no need for a pedicure (I’d been doing at home) but still charged additional for a pedicure (apparently it’s now only polish included), so why was this charged if I didn’t need it?I left a tip, but mostly I left feeling the salon was a bit dishonest, especially when I enquired before coming about the package.

I was pretty excited to try a new place as the place was highly recommended by a friend. The girls who did my nails were lovely and helpful and chatty which was really nice.However, when I took a closer look at my pedicure once I reached home I noticed darker and thicker patches of nail polish on some parts of my nails. My manicure seemed beautiful too when I left but taking a closer look there are air bubbles underneath the gelish!I came and I tried but wont be coming back unfortunately.

Extremely disappointed with my nails 💅, I did my nails with them, they were extremely bad “too thick”.. on the same day as I got home I texted the receptionist and told her that I don’t like my nails they are braking and they are too thick she ignored my text and didn’t reply until now.The nails kept breaking and even Broke my own nails.. even the cheapest salon in deira is better than them 😡😡☹️will never go again.

I just got my hair highlights and haircut in this salon with posha (pakistaní lady) and I ask her what I want.. and she made it! She is just amazing and Her work too! Im just super happy with my hair! Very professional 👍 totally recommended!

This is the first time Ive ever not tipped a salon. I used to visit Mad Lillies for lash extensions and thought they were decent for the price, however I went back a week ago and theyve mostly fallen out and look terrible. The lady doing my pedicure didnt speak to me once, didnt look at me and argued when I asked her not to cut my cuticles, at the end she got up and walked away and said nothing, the tools had visible stains and marks on them so were obviously used and not fresh or sanitary. Would not recommend.

Warning ⚠️ I had one of the worst hair cut experience in my life at this saloon. I had long hair till my hips when I entered the saloon. I had requested for step cut with the ends to be in a v shape. The lady also suggested for curtain bangs. This had to be my worst nightmare to come true. The bangs were so short and the hair dresses addressed she messed up. The ends of my is no at close to v it’s not even U. My length of my hair is almost near my shoulders. The over all haircut is HORRIBLE! I asked the receptionist for the owners number she said she will call me no calls yet. Please save yourself from this nightmarish experience.

After living in dubai 14 years this is the best salon I have encountered, I have very difficult thick hair but everytime I get a perfect blow dry, Dessie and Portia literally provide the best blow dry for my hair and in 2 years I refuse to try another salon. The owner Rosie also helped me with my eyelash’s although they were fully booked she went out of her way to fix them herself for me. I also get my eyelashes done here and they have been long lasting and the best value. Highly recommend

I came here second time for my nail and toes extension Miss AJ and Mrs. HAPPYare amazing Nail technicians. I loved their work.They were fast , gave me perfect nails that I desired and also entertained me throughout .Thankyou ladies.

I went to the salon for Gelish manicure. The staff is very friendly. I didnt have to wait too long for an appointment. The nail technician was chatty during our appointment. However the nails didnt hold 2 weeks, which was a little disappointing.

I visited the salon 2 days ago to get my hair done and nails from the entertainer which is BOGO. The nails were ok but the hair was far far worse. I asked for waves and I ended up getting 80s curls looking so haphazard and bad that I just felt awful. Moreover she used a straightener to curl my hair instead of tongs.I even showed a picture of what I wanted and ended up getting such a bad hairdo. When I expressed my disappointment the lady at the reception argued stating that it looks like what was in my previous picture. She didn’t bother to improve the situation or even try to understand how bad I felt. Instead she charged me more than what a blow dry is. The app said 120 AED but she said it would be 140 as per the stylist and finally charged me 155AED saying that because it’s 50% discounted she should charge more!!!!!?? Go figure!!!? She also said that the styling I required costs 180 AED, to which I retorted saying why wasn’t this communicated to me at the time and why I’m being told something else now. Hence she decided to just charge me 155 despite the hair stylist stating it should be 140. Looks like she just made the number up in her head. At least the other girls at the salon were being more helpful trying to fix the situation, but that didn’t help either, but I do appreciate them for trying.The attitude of the Indian lady at the reception was appalling and left such a bad taste in my mouth that I wouldn’t want to go back for my next service even though it’s free.So so disappointing. We go to a parlour to feel good and be pampered but I was just left with a horrible experience dampening my spirit before the party. I came home and straightened it as much as I could but in vain. Waste of time and money. FYI the waves that wanted was initially styled by Michelle Coelho from Indi Salons and I highly recommend her, excellent salon.

I had a really good experience at Mad Lillies. I had my appointment with Rosie. Right from greeting me into the salon to seeing me off, Rosie gave me 5 star customer service. Despite being the owner, she didnt leave me on my own and made me feel like a valued first time customer. I was very apprehensive about loosing my hair length and my hair was in bad need for a cut due to damaged hair. Its not easy to deal with me at all and every salon I have been, they get on with their job without caring much about customer satisfaction as for them time is money. Rosie on the other hand cared about how I felt. She not only stayed patient with me but also made sure that I was comfortable at every stage by talking me through everything that she was doing. People who live in Dubai know that there is nothing like customer service here. But at Mad Lillies, I was pleasantly surprised to get an excellent customer service. The lady who washed my hair (Prity) gave me a quick but effective back massage after she had finished washing my hair. It felt amazing. The lady who blow dried my hair (Desie) did an awesome job. My big wavy curls lasted 3 days. I would definitely recommend this salon. Very satisfied:-)

Was first and last time to visit this place. It’s dark, crowded with equipment, all looks outdated. Pedicure chairs are so old and uncomfortable-sitting as 90 degree angle for an hour is not easy at all. Basins are not comfortable and your feet are turn out; no stand to put your feet, feels you sliding down. Manicure is done on pillow with towel on your lap or hand in the air- so tiring and frustrating to catch a balance with uv lamp on your laps. Which is not safe to keep on your body.Staff is scorching as sits are not stable and not fit. No proper light to do work. Electric extensions are over water sink.No customer service, no one care if drinks offered, comfortable to sit or anything else. No even bathroom there. Cleaning/washing of floor mop is done right next to clients sitsWas forced to pay even didn’t yet complete the service…cuz they closing though was given reason. Didn’t announce proper service charges as removing gelish is extra charge I get to know even price of it only when pay.In one word-salon needs renovation and proper training with professional arrangements.For now it’s waste of money-regret that went there. My nails looks like I was gardening😢

The worst pedicure ever. The lady was done with me in 15 minutes. Very brief scrubbing and cuticle cleaning done in a minute, and then she applied color without even using a base coat. Once she was done I had a closer look and the nail polish was all over my toenails. Seriously, the worse pedi I ever had. Asked at reception if she was a new staff or trainee, thinking that may be she needs additional training, but no - she is experienced they said)))Update: after 4 days I received a call from angry supervisor/manager of the saloon, demanding to take my review down)) I did not post an update until today when I saw the reply from saloon, claiming they provided service for 45mins. Seriously?? And I dont need your free offer, I paid full price and got bad service.I wont be deleting my review, as it will help a lot of people to get better service elsewhere

First visit: Very bad quality of nail polish! It never dries!Second visit: They used 2 machines for the gelish. My nails in the left hand were very shiny however the right hand nails were very dull and matt!!I don’t recommend the Salon!

For nail extensions horrible… they made mine and my friends nails very quick, the nails design itself isn’t bad, but the way they cure the nails for the gel/acrylic is one of the worst places ive ever seen

This salon is clean and professional the prices are good too. I had a 3D full set eyelash extensions, they still look fabulous days later. The staff are well trained and polite and the place was spotless. I recommend this salon in motor city, not only do they have many services but quality staff.

Bought a Groupon deal for 1-hour Dr. Renaud facial treatment and had it last Friday. I came 1 hour earlier than my appointment (due to tennis match) but was attended by their beautician immediately. DO NOT GO HERE FOR KERATIN!I had my keratin treatment done here less than 2 weeks ago. MY SCALP IS FLAKING OFF. I have had to leave work to see someone and they identified the hairdresser FROM YOUR SALON burnt my scalp with the product.I had extreme itchiness and I knew something was off from the start.Now I am paying 350 aed to have it fixed and I have discomfort and intense scalp flaking!Your fellow hairdresser in other salon said your work is unprofessional I will follow through with DHA

Good dermalogic facial - the therapist was friendly and facial very nicely done. I recommend.However, the hair service is not that good - stylist did exactly what I didnt want; even assuring me not to worry and me keep on saying its not it. While showing her what kind of blow dry style I want, she left. So I continued arranging my hair.Most staff is stone faced; not welcoming. Place is a bit gloomy with all black.If I return it would be for the facial.

I had a 30 minute foot reflexology, 30 minute hair conditioning and a standard manicure all for under 120aed as part of an offer. Priti who did my hair conditioning also gave me an amazing head, shoulder. She had the magic touch! After an exhausting week a reasonably priced pampering session was exactly what I needed. The salon was clean and staff communicated well with, spoke perfect English and I recieved a great service. Nice little gem in Motor City Id recommend

Went to Mad Lillies just now for regular mani, pedi and eyebrow threading. Words cant describe the poor job done, I attach images that can better convey the message.Manicure: the cuticle shape at the bottom is so bad and so poorly done. I mentioned this to the technician after the first layer and she said no worries it will get better with the second layer.. NOT.Pedicure: done ok (by a different technician).Eyebrows: before I went to the salon, they were bushy and at least aligned.. I left with half the hair, no shape and one brow completely messed up (left one). The technician wasnt even able to see the issue until I clearly pointed at how she removed too much hair - she finally admitted the mistake and offered to pay for the service (she is the same technician who did my manicure, unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name but she is the older lady there. Im sorry but I would never feel comfortable to get anything done by this lady again..).This place is affordable but quality of service... forget it. I now have to go and buy a brow pencil to fix the mess!

This gonna be long, Quality is good, customer service has to improveI visited the saloon with entertainer ( i paid online) for eyelash extensions, i called to book the same they didnt get my name, when I visited them she was looking for my name ( she write Kristina instead of TAKWA) SHE called her boss to tell her that i paid for the entertainer her boss was cold with no welcome or customer service telling me next time came straight its same price ( as They do advertising throw and have comission) which is non of my concern.Otherwise she eyelashes are very good quality, Samantha was so lovely and cheerful we had a great conversation.

I had nice experience until I met the owner. Very rude and disrespectful with the clients,myself being one of them. After having an hair treatment she asked me to move out from the seat with my hair half dried explaining to me on a loud voice that I didnt pay for blow dry,just for rough dry which in her opinion this is how I should leave the salon,with my hair half dried. All this happened because they were delayed with the appointments so they had to get rid of me as soon as possible. Otherwise, the stuff is very nice and polite,providing good services. As for the owner..i wont go there anymore just because of her. Nice way of running a business :)) good luck with that!

Stay away from them! They steal personal belongings!!!Went for a facial and forgot to take back my necklace. Called the next day and they found it on the floor and kept it At reception for me.Few days later went to get it and they said they could not find it at reception.They promised to call back.This is going on for months now. They keep lying that owner and manager is out of the country for months, etc etc.

I went to make my nails extensions there with groupon. The cost should be around 150 AED. After they finished they changed me 220 saying that they removed gel polish and it’s chargeable. 70 AED? Come on guys! Anyway they told me that it was misunderstanding and they will give me 45 AED as a voucher for next time. Next time? No way. Other then that the quality of the work was so bad.Fist of all, the lady did not make cleaning, when I asked her for that, she just took scissors from previous client to do that for me. I asked her, what are you doing dear? I had to go to other salon to remove the nails because it was really bad. I add photos to show you. I didn’t have a great experience in this place. I had heard that the owner could be quite unkind mto staff and I saw some of this when I was there yesterday. I needed an urgent pedicure so decided to give it a go.I went for a pedicure and ended up sitting next to the owner herself who was having a pedicure. She was very pre occupied with her phone and didn’t look up other than to bark at the poor manicurist who was doing her toes as a trial interview ( I heard later) . The owner completely ignored me and had zero interest in my own experience. The impact of having the boss so close by meant that all the girls retreated into themselves and were nervous. At one point three manicurists were fussing over the bosses’ toes.I noticed that the owner had a large pillow placed on the foot basin so that she could have somewhere flat to rest her feet while they were being done.Me, the customer, not so lucky. As I was having gel polish, my toes were going into the machine after each application which was resting precariously on the manicurists leg which meant that I had to hold my leg up so that it did not bear too much weight on the poor girl’s leg. It is a terrible system both uncomfortable and ineffective. The girl doing my feet was so nervous , presumably because the boss was nearby that she forgot to do one of my feet properly so I walked out with one foot done well and the other with only one application of gel which I only noticed once I was back at home.When the owner was finally finished next to me she walked away without saying thank you to the manicurists and then as she walked away she turned around and said very shortly “clean up the mess”.Just as I would hate to work in such an atmosphere, I would also never go back there for a treatment.

Booked on a Saturday afternoon for facial.and for massage with my Groupon vouchers. It was all a bit weird. Place was empty on arrival and the 2 staff werent that interested that Id turned up. Treatment room was so small and cluttered. There was no effort made to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Just get on the table and lets get this over with attitude. Facial was to be 1 hour and afterwards I realised it was only 40 minutes. Awful experience so I wont be back.

Pedi was good but extremely disappointed with my manicure. It lasted only for a day & half. Their products seems quite old, nail polishes are too thick.

I was firstly without appointment walk.. receptionist and AJ the nail specialist were really kind to accommodate me in there really tight schedule. AJ is really good at work, sweet to talk and caring towards your request. Hightly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Extremely poor service and overpriced .Staff is dour faced and of substandard training. I booked a Groupon for a massage, foot reflexology and hot oil treatment. I get there and without greeting was escorted to the salon chair where I was told would receive all services. I objected and was told that I should have asked for an in treatment for a room. After pushback, I was taken to the wax room with its hard table and the staff, who hadnt made eye contact nor introduced herself, proceeded to apply cold smelly oil on my head and shoulders. I stopped treatment never to return here and let everyone else know about how they treat customers. There are many many other salons out there that are of much better quality and can justify their prices.

The staff here are lovely. The salon is hygienic, clean and well maintained. Porsha is amazing at eyebrows - everything is always sterilised. Preti was also fantastic at facials - I was sad to learn that she no longer works there. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because of the owner. She is rude, disrespectful to her staff, and extremely arrogant and unprofessional to clients too. Astonishing that someone who owns a salon can exhibit such a shocking level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. It costs nothing to put a smile on your face and treat your staff with respect.

Lovely staff especially alona she is super sweet, she did my mani and pedi as well as hair color and blow dry, amazing work by her.

They don’t give the same price when you reach the salon that was quoted on the phone! I was left waiting for 20 mins for them to contact the owner, no supervisor to make decisions.They simply expected me to pay double, despite one of their team confirming that their colleague ‘forgot’ to tell me the price would be more! The worst service!! No wonder the salon is empty, they have one hair dresser who has the worst attitude, she started arguing with me about my hair length and basically agressive and wants to fight!! She has serious issues, when I asked her replaced by someone they didn’t have any other hairdressers! Horrible service ,first and last time visiting this place .The old lady I believe her name is emelle was absolutely unprofessional she would get mad at me and give me attitude because I told her to fix my uneven nails and at some point gave me the nail file and told me I can do it myself if I don’t like it ?? And after 3+ hours she blamed it on my uneven fingers because she couldn’t fix it and after I pointed it out she told me this is a cheap place you’re only paying 200 dhs if you don’t like it go to another salon. The manager came and did absolutely nothing but watch. Good on you for losing a costumer with your disrepespect.

I went in after a groupon deal, looking to relax. I walked out crying, in pain and humiliated. My fingers got burned by an electric file. I had uneven acryl not only on my nails but over my fingers. Halfway through I asked to leave, as I am happy to pay but don’t wish to continue with the torture. Manager Rosie Khaledi told to “stop crying like a baby as I am a grown woman” and that I am embarrassing them in front of their other customers. When I asked who she was, she asked me what does it matter who she is and said her name is Patricia.I made an appointment, but waited for more than 30minutes to start with my hard gel manicure. While doing my nails, the South African technician bullied me into just a fill up of my acryl as she didn’t want to remove my acryl, even after I offered to pay extra for the removal.

I saw a groupon offer, called them and they readily occupied me and gave me my desired time. I reached on time. The receptionist was friendly and the lady Rukhsana that did my facial was a gem. Such a nice massage that i actually slept while having massage. Will surely visit again. Good luck

The remaining staff are lovely and very talented, Poshia is amazing for hair, prices for most services are competitive, however Anne and Preethi have now left and this is a huge loss as they did the most amazing dermalogica facials. Hair customers can be greeted with a sign saying they can no longer expect their hair to be dried for free- a directive from the management. If Poshia didnt do the most amazing highlights then I wouldnt still come here.

On the phone we got a different price and when we reached the saloon were told a different price. The issue is not the price it’s providing wrong information and moreover the conduct of the owner (the lady in the front desk) was rude and unapologetic l. All she needed to say was sorry. The communication within the company interns was evident it’s not clear.

I did a hair balayage, Poisha is very talented and professional. And the team was very friendly and helpful. Overall very satisfied with the end results and would totally recommend them.

The biggest poison for any business is when the employees do not care about the company they work for.I brought my 4 years old son for a hair cut. One customer was on the chair, another customer was waiting on the couch. One employee was cutting the hair of the customer whereas another employee was sitting with his back towards the entrance and was busy with his mobile phone.I was waiting that someone, greets and tells me to take a seat. For about 2 minutes standing at the door, finally the phone-busy guy makes the effort to turn his head and literally tells me that they are closed.🤨First I thought it is a joke, but obviously he was serious.We used to visit this place on a monthly frequency. Will we visit again? Hell no.
