Very rude people they are not able to work and to follow my request.Unprofessional people around the place and i need to use google translate to communicate with them.Mahmood at least with 0 English he is trying.Very rude Barber with name Baser because he was not able to fix the mistake and he told me .Last 7 months i have spent more than 900AED..Good luck to the owners.

Be careful, I’m a visitor in Dubai I asked for haircuts and beard, Mahmoud told me you have some black spots on your nose do you like I clean it for you? I said yes no problem and after he did full facials and they ask me to pay 480 AED, he wasn’t clear about what he going to do so I would call it stealing, be more honest and clear.

Worst barbershop ever. They push additional services without specifying prices. As a result, a haircut and I want to help you with your facial skin will cost you 500 AED. Scammers

I cut my hair on 14/May/2025. When I arrived the tell to the staff that I will go and change the money and I said I will come back he skip the line and cut other customer. After that the Manager came and cut my hair, he is talking about his story to his staff and cut my hair very fast. He want to show that he is professional or I don’t know but the way he treat me is really bad .I pay 80 Aed and hair style is not meet with my expectations and he didn’t shave properly as well. Worst thing is I ask the price of styling to the reception and he forced me to buy it. He said receptionist lady to put it in my bill and It costs 90 Aed too expensive. Please owner your manager is a big problem.

The service provided at this barber shop was extremely disappointing. The barber, who seemed to be from Algeria or Morocco, was impolite and irritable. Whenever I requested something different, he became frustrated and showed no willingness to accommodate the customers needs. Despite having previously cut my hair, when I asked him to replicate the previous style, he responded with a dismissive remark, claiming he couldnt remember. Instead of apologizing for his forgetfulness, he seemed unapologetic. I have decided not to return to this barber shop and cannot recommend it to others.

I have been to many salons, but this place always blows me away. The staff are amazing and friendly, especially that guy with tattoos who is super welcoming. Highly recommend for everyone visiting the mall or passing by for a haircut.

Scam Alert! Please stay away from this salon! They will fleece you.I went for a hair cut which they told me was 80/- Dhs. While finishing the haircut the barber told me that I had some black heads on my nose and he will remove it. I said ok, after sometime he took a piece of cotton with some cream and started applying it on my nose to remove the blackheads. Then suddenly he started putting the steam machine on my face, then applied some white facial mask. I didnt know what he was doing as I have never done a facial before. He kept the cream on for 15 mins when I realized that he was doing some facial treatment without telling me, it was all over. In the end he charged me a total of 680/- Dhs. I was shocked! I asked him that why he didnt tell me about the cost of the facial before doing it? He said you should have known. Also he was offering to sell me 2 shampoos for 120/- Dhs each, telling me that it will prevent hair fall. I never bought them. These guys are fraudsters, stay away!

I never had a such bad experience in my life, I didn’t 400aed for nothing, incomplete hair cut and beard trimming and 10mins some cream application which they call as facial.I strongly recommend people not to visit this saloon in your life.Waste of money and time.They will force to get their product which is worthless

Fraud Fraud FraudI went for beard trimming which was for 50 dirhams. They started putting creams on my face and hairs.At the end they said your bill is 550 which I first taught was a joke but then 4 people came from there side we did Facial and hair treatment its 550 AED you have to pay.

Over Rated. Over priced. Will never go there again. Staff is not that friendly and rude. When i told them that i would never come again they didnt even care. I dont think this place will stay long. Too bad there was not decent person to talk to there. I will make sure i would tell all my friends about this experience and would never advise any one to go there.

For just mostaque colouring they asked AED75 instead 25 in all other similar saloons in malls. When bargained they ended with 50. Totally unprofessional and not recommended

The sides will always be asymmetrical, and the more they are cut, the shorter they will become. The attitude feels very helpless. I have to say it is difficult to communicate.

Attention !! He scams tourists... You ask to have your hair done and shaved, he starts doing his weird treatments and at the end he asks for 1000aed!!!! A wonderful salon, a courteous team and a wonderful reception. I recommend the barber Bashir. He did his work professionally and artistically and gave me what I wanted. I was very happy and I will continue to go to him.I recommend it

Thief crook be careful ⚠️ this salon and a crook you come for a simple cut without asking your opinion he puts a mask on your scalp because no hair I dont know what the mask is for, he puts products on your face without ask yourself this you agree, it forces you, the treatment lasts 15 minutes on the other hand the note at the end and salty have known to have defrauded with my 2 sons 2500 aed ( 700€) for that thing we didnt ask for and the salon dont know Chanel or Dior or the Burj Khalifa which are much cheaper even in 5 star hotels I dont know the prices it steals from tourists, take this dounia we It will be the day of judgment because I will never forgive you for this theft!!!
