Gladys? I am not sure if I remember her name correctly. But she was the sweetest, the lashes were good but some of them fell off couple of days after, maybe probably because i washed it off right away 😅 she took the time to show me photos of her work and let me chose and I genuinely liked it, natural looking lashes. I had to pee in the middle of her doing my lashes 🤣

I am writing this review after one week of hard Gel removal (simple rose pink hard gel with no decoration at all), as I hesitated at first to write as I wanted to wait and see how damaged my nails are and how bad.I am super annoyed by the results, my nail became like jelly, they are bending and so soft.The specialist used the machine to just take away a bit of the top then used whatever liquid together with foil to “soften” the gel then used the machine again.This liquid with foil did the whole damage.. so bad.I have had gel removals before and with machine only and that preserved my nails, but this… was soo bad.And I always had good strong nails, now I am unsure if they will recover from this.I do not recommend this salon at all.

I always get my full body wax done by Sarita. She is super professional at her work and takes her time to get the job done. I highly recommend her for full body wax as well as for Massage ❤️🌸

This is my second time going for my usual gel mani-pedi and so far I am liking it, the nail polish lasts more than 3 weeks! Uzma is heaven sent, she was so attentive and good at her work. The salon is clean and beautiful. The friend who did my pedicure did it very carefully and did her best. ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻The friend who did my manicure did not care at all.I didnt like the manicure and it was so bad. Frankly, if I go again, I would prefer the other friend. (I thinkshe was Filipino, I forgot to ask her name.)

Unfortunately can not recommend this salon. The gel manicure chipped within three days and has completely peeled off within a week. I was on holiday so had to go without nail polish after they peeled off. The salon did kindly offer to re-do them but I’ve never had such a short-lasting manicure in Dubai so did not return. I feel like it was because so many layers of gel polish were applied so they were thick and lumpy. The nail polish was also flooded on my cuticles on three nails.I was also surprised as the image of the salon looks completely different to that on google - it’s very small and dark, and the chairs and foot stools look worn out. The staff also work on your hands and then your feet one at a time - in other salons, two staff members work on them simultaneously so you can leave quickly.

My first experience here was 5 stars I was assisted by Kathleen, my nails was so nice and I loved it so I decided to comeback by purchasing Groupon voucher. My 2nd visit and I think my last one, I was assisted by a different staff. I notice the way she cleaned my nails and I already think it will have a different outcome and so it did, the photo below is taken 2 days after I got my nails done. My friend had the same experience with the staff and I didnt mind that in our 1st visit but now I experienced it 1st hand.The place has small space and will not recommend to those interested to bring friends with them. This is the second time I am doing my eyelash extension from this salon. Gladys is exceptional in her work and very welcoming.

I got my volume lashes done there by the kenyan lady, quite professional and I loved how they looked. Only reason no 5 star is there is no room for eyelash and you are worked on right where all the mani pedi, hairstyles take place.

They got the best eyelash technician in town! The service was perfect, she made sure every lashes are installed in all the right direction and she was patient to do so! ill definitely use their services again

I purchased gel manicure and pedicure for AED 109 deal in Groupon. It took 3 weeks before I got a weekend schedule. The salon iis quite small and looks like they can only accommodate 2-3 persons at a time. When I arrived, I was greeted and offered drinks by a lady who I think the manager. I was feeling doubtful at first but when Gladys started working on my nails I was very impressed. She has the lightest hands! I didn’t feel any pain when she’s cleaning my nails. She’s so professional and though I have short nails she did a very clean and fantastic job. She’s also very polite, respectful and I love her approach. I’m honestly coming back because so far for the price and service it’s absolutely worth it.

I cannot get my nails done in a different place! The quality of the service is 10/10. The service provided by UZMA is wonderful! she is extremely sweet and ready to make you feel comfortable and pleased with the results! Did Gelish nails, came off within 24 hrs. Reached out to them and got it done again, now its been 5 days, and its all coming off again! it never happened to me before my nails have lasted 2-3 weeks.Pedicure is good, they do scrub your feel so well.

Did a keratine straightening treatment and it was super good. the lady that did it was so nice and the results shocked me cause of how good it was

Got my gelish manicure and pedicure done from here for the second time, and probably the last. Uzma did a great job with my pedicure, but my manicure was done horribly.Nail shape is irregular and not aligned, cuticles are not done properly, nails have been filed so thin they may break anytime, nail paint started peeling off in less than 24 hours. I reached out to the them to fix it, they did. It’s been a week since they fixed it and the nail paint is chipping off from most of my nails already.Sad I wont be visitingthem again. My first appointment with them was great.

Easily the worst appointment nail appointment I have ever had. I went home in tears because my cuticles were bleeding with the nail technician just retorting, its because of your cuticles every time I mentioned that she was causing me pain. My mistake was not leaving half way through the service after telling her the first 3 times that I was in pain. I was charged full price (which I paid) with absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation. Never ever again!

I did gelish manicure and pedicure here but the Filipino lady who did my pedicure did such a filthy job. Nail paint was not put correctly which gave a look that my nail was broken or wrongly shaped. When I asked her that isn’t this looking bad, she justifies saying that your nails are such. She was in a hurry to finish and didn’t do the nails properly. All of it because she had to do her own nails and she was feeling lazy, she told this to the other beautician. Also, 4 days into the pedicure and the polish has already started peeling off.While I acknowledge that I went at a short notice and they accommodated but in any case it doesn’t justify the poor service.

Very dissatisfied experience. I book a service which supposed to cost me 89 AED I end up paying a bill of 138 AED. The nail tech Uzma was not honest when I asked things which were included. The owner should be more careful in teaching the staff to apply the principles of honesty and transparency. My budget went over of expected now not able to buy medicine I need.This was my first time here and my last.Never recommend for new people.

I had my nails painted here and that was fine the manager said she was a hair dresser and could cut colour my daughters hair. She Completly ruined her hair. The colour didn’t come out as she recommended at all and the cut was a mess. We returned to correct the cut and she did cut it again but it was a total waist of time and money my daughter is 15 and this salon didn’t even do a strand test. Don’t get your hair cut or coloured here! As you will be very disappointed.

Visited the place with a friend both for a mani pedi. The gelish started peeling while in the saloon itself and when I complained I was told its my nail issue while I have always been doing gelish on my short nails. In three days all the GELISH which is supposed to last 2 weeks chipped and peeled and didnt even make it to the weekend and my friends manicure was the same. Terrible job done.. dont waste your money because in 2 days you will have to pay somewhere else to do it properly.

The place is not the same as in the photos in Group on, is a fake, This is very small, dirty and mess everywhere! Very disappointed.

I called them for appiontment 3 days prior my appiontment. 2 hrs before my appiontment they called me and asked if i can come late i said no i will be there on my booked timewhen i reached there the lady took other lady for her pedicure and told me to wait . n when i asked her its my appiontment how can u take other coustmer she very convinently said just wait for 40 mins or go roam around the area.if i have to wait 50 mins even after taking appiontment whats the use of callinv prior. very unprofessional behaviour.

My worst nail service and very dirty towels and tools so high risk and the technician file my nails soo thin until i felt pain and gel broken from the next day as very bad quality and my nails so thin broked immediately after gel removed and really hurts as filed till the skin so burns from anything even water

Strongly do NOT recomand! They said it will take 45mins for gelish mani, without removal. it took 90mins🤯. In the end the girl couldn’t even make 2 straight lines for “nail art”( you must pay extra to get them). NEVER COMING AGAIN!

This place is terrible, I booked an appointment for 5 clock and when I got there I was told they had called me to reschedule when I checked my missed calls there were non and I was 100% sure I received no calls, the lady who’s attended me at the reception was trying to convince me she had called and someone else had picked up, and I live alone and this is impossible. They told me to wait and I waited for 45 minutes and I kept getting told that it would be soon. This place wasted my time and the lady’s that work there are lazy

I spent two days trying to call to both numbers informed on website and nobody answered the calls. Really disappointed. I bought before for the manicure and pedicure service, because a friend suggested with a specific girl, but now I cant use the services because nobody answer the calls to book.

The pictures are not the salon’s ones. Nail Blitz is actually a very small place with used furniture! The manucure/pedicure took such a long time as one of the therapists wasn’t doing anything. I’m so upset about my nails, they look like the french was made by a child ! Very disappointing, will not come back again
