Lotty, Julianne and the rest of the Team did great. Theres a new girl I think its Lia and I think shes not giving the same service that the others are giving. She needs to be better with how she treats her colleagues and I understand that not everyday is a good day but she needs to at least put a smile on her face☺️. All in all, everyone did great.

Pathetic, partial behaviour from the staff (Filipino). I’m a regular customer. On 29th November, 6pm, I went for a walk-in appointment. I met the receptionist, who said she could arrange something. She went in and 2 technicians came out to check who it was that wanted an appointment. After they saw me, they outrightly refused me any sort of service, claiming no one was free. I checked the app - there was a 6:40pm slot free, which I had already mentioned I was ready to wait. But I was refused regardless. The receptionist had no say in this. I warn everyone against visiting this extremely unprofessional branch.

I recently got BIAB nails done in the salon. Lotty was very thorough and professional. All the staff were very sweet. Ibn branch is opposite Sephora in India court near the Giant Elephant. Closest parking would be Homes R Us side of the mall. Looking forward to my next appointment.

The application has a huge trick takecare for anyy discounts dont trust them..After they give you the total price of the discount on the application they change it after you finish your service to a lower discount and you get surprised with the bill with a huge difference in price. Waxing at NBAR was a delightful experience, thanks to their exceptional staff Pushpa who was my therapist. Pushpa was incredibly skilled, ensuring a comfortable and efficient session. She was attentive to detail and made sure I was relaxed throughout. The receptionist, Alice and Joy was equally impressive, greeting me warmly and efficiently managing appointments. There was another lady I don’t remember her name, she’s in her mid age I guess she’s from Philippines, continuously checked on me offering tea coffee, overall a top-notch team that is willing to smile humbly with their clients makes every visit enjoyable and comfortable one. Highly recommended!

My wife came for manicure fix, they say yes to everything and then they startbto charge more as you sit in. 2 days after her nail extension broke for no reason, went back for a fix and they wanted to charge you again. No apologies and pushing it on the customer that my wife hit her nail on something.N.Bar you wasted my time twice first time and now.You deserve 0 stars.

The receptionist(African) here takes or charges any amount according to her wish .Even the nail technician here say anything for work done and they are not good at artwork for nails .I went for gel manicure which is 120 AED with 4 nails as french so I was charged 120AED +40 AED(10 AED for each nail ) whereas the charges for French gel polish all fingers is 125AED(120+5 )so with 4 fingers as french how it can be 120 +40 (10 each finger) .Not satisfied with service and specially the charge they are taking is according to their wish ,which is very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.Though Jovie and Nimmy are very good at their work.

Nimmy is amazing at her job, always attentive to my needs and does what is best for the client. The treatments she recommends is always of a good quality.

I had the most wonderful experience at Nail Spa with the amazing girls Jo, Ginalyn, Kit, Betsy, and Anna who did my gel manicure and pedicure. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and professionalism. Jo, Ginalyn, Kit, Betsy, and Annas attention to detail during my manicure and pedicure was truly impressive. They took their time to make sure every nail was perfect, and the results were stunning. The gel polish they used lasted for weeks without chipping, and my nails have never looked better. I cant thank Jo, Ginalyn, Kit, Betsy, and Anna enough for their skill and friendly service. Ill definitely be coming back for more pampering soon!😃

I walked into NBar and requested a classic manicure and they kindly accomodated me without an appointment.Before I went inside, I asked the receptionist if I could pay before my service, she agreed so I paid. However, during the time the receptionist and I were completing the payment, the nail tech, June, was arguing with the receptionist about how it wasnt her turn and that she was busy with another client. Regardless, June did my manicure and I finished in about 30 minutes.As I was leaving, the receptionist stopped me and asked if I paid. I reminded her that I paid in advance, but she couldnt find my payment reciept from the card machine so she doubted me. I checked my bank account to confirm that the money was withdrawn, and I informed her, and she asked if she could see my phone. Then she continued looking for the reciept around her desk, and eventually she found it in the garbage bin.I left and she didnt offer me an apology for inconveniencing me. The reason I wanted to pay ahead was to avoid touching my bag with a fresh manicure and to leave quickly as I was in a rush, but unfortunately it did the exact opposite.The service by June was okay. The service by the receptionist is the reason Im not returning to NBar. Frankly, 100 AED seems much for a basic manicure, and it is awkward how NBar doesnt allow their nail technicians to have manicures on their own hands, while other salons make it essential for all employees to have great nails so show off their work.

I love the service and love the staff they are all very professional and do the work to perfection, I definitely recommend Liz for massage as she does the best massages ever!) and also loved how professional Hani and June are while doing my manicure and pedicure they are definitely recommend you will love the result!! As for eyebrows Pushpa always does an Amazing job she makes sure you leave happy and satisfied.Atte Marie is also so amazing she does the best coffee ever!! Love the whole experience and the services.

Ive tried several nail salons but so far havent found one that beats n bar. Their service is really the best and very professional, never disappointing. My favorite technician is Aicel always doing my manicure, and my nails are always perfectly done especially the French manicure, but in general all the technicians are very good at their work and friendly too. I go every 2-3 weeks for a mani/pedi, head/shoulder massage and eyebrow threading - so basic building maintenance. :)I always have the same ladies who remembered my name which made me feel welcome and well looked after.It is a very clean and spotless environment which being diabetic is very important to me as I get infections easier than others.The ladies even got used to my request of having the massage at the end of all the other treatments which then is like a treat for me for having been so well behaved as I am extremely ticklish and having a pedicure done for me - even though of course I love the outcome - is a bit stressful for me, almost physically painful because I need to concentrate so much all the time during the treatment not to twitch/giggle too much.So I would like to thank all the ladies involved in my bi-weekly beauty experience - You are great, Ladies and I appreciate you and your patient services extremely. See you tomorrow at 2 for another session! I will try NOT to giggle too much, I promise! :)

I’ve been going to Nbar for a while and I have been extremely happy with the services, the receptionists are lovely and helpful, I especially recommend Gita and Shelo for Nails and Pushpa for eyebrows and lash lift.

You’ll always be greeted with a bright smile by the lovely lady at reception and that automatically sets the mood for the rest of the visit. I had a bad experience with the Radiance facial I got done a week back from them. Started noticing some dark patches and outbreaks on my face course of days later and now its appearing all over. I dont recommend them for facial. The foot massage was really good though but not going back!

I was a loyal customer for 3 years and yesterday I discovered that they only care to over charge even their loyal customers who visits them every week. I was really treated badly when it comes to their pocket. They dont care about customers satisfaction as much as they care to get their money. Even the girls have refused giving me a chance to talk to the manager they took an immediate decision. Added to that my nails looks too bad and many times I had to go back to fix my nails and redo it especially when I do acrylic. But really disappointed on how I was treated after being a loyal customer for years. Not worth paying money for such service and treatment.

If anyone can do nails, it’s Hani and Jovie at NBar in Ibn Battuta. In love with my nails every single time I go!

When you pay premium for a service you expect premium service. I specifically asked the technician not to remove from the sides of my nails because when they grow out they will split and break. But never mind my silly request. My nails were cut and filed through the nail bed! There are millions of places that offer similar if not better service for much less

It was really disappointing experience. Almost all staff are not professional and like robots only doing what manager tell without switching on the brain. Several times I came as per booked in advance appointment and they cant find me the specialist free so they started to remove my nail cover by cleaning lady!! But I just asked several times if something wrong I can wait. Arranging only low quality staff whom they will pay peanuts but the skills also of course very much low. To have some creative painting on nail you need to pay 300 aed for manicure and arrange the painting master in advance. Only what I like it is the massage some specialist and products that they are use. I think Nail Bar already forget that a lot of specialist already in UAE who are much more experienced and they can do it for half price.

One of the best nail salons in Dubai. I highly recommend, especially Aicel who does my manicures. I have very sensitive cuticles and Ive tried at least 10-15 places for my nails in Dubai (using Groupons or Cobones) - once I came here, I never went anywhere else, even though they may be a bit more expensive. Been coming here for a year now. They are very skilled, professional, hygienic, excellent selection of colours and the girls are very warm. Even their head massages and threading is good.

My favorite studio due to the lovely team. I just had another wonderful session with Ms. June, Ms. Aicel, Ms. Maricel and the front desk ladies Annjean and Glory - lots of laughter and great nails.

It’s had been an utterly disappointing experience in the nail bar. I truly thought that being in the market for that much time they would be more professionals. I received a gift voucher that you can hardly read what’s on it . Googled for the number to call to find out what does that include ... a lady answered in their head office and this what the dialogWhat does that voucher include ? I don’t know call a branch . Which branch is closed to motor city ? Mirdif 😀 Do you know Dubai because Mirdif is not the closed to motor city ? Call a branch. After me getting irritated i gave her my voucher number and asked her to ask a senior person to call me back so I can get an answer to my question . The next thing I got a call from a marina branch I think ... asking me what I want. I voiced my frustration and told my whole story ... gave the voucher number again so they can check it on the system .... she asks that I give her the contact details of the person who gave me the voucher as a gift 😀😀. I said no ... you should have the details on the your system ... so do your own work and find out . That is plus that fact that the ibn Battuta branch says “closed” on the website .....Anyways after long discussion I made the booking for today . In the morning I received 2 calls maybe 10 minutes apart reminding me of my appointment... and not knowing that I received a call already . The thing that topped all was the facts that the voucher mentioned among other things a 15min X 2 back massage . They decided they will only offer one 15min . When I did you can not do that .... make people pay for a list of services as a gift then decide to cut down later because you changed your prices The manger came in and apologized and said we will give you the other 15 minutes. I said no.. don’t need it ... but I had to make point that at no point in this consumer journey they tried to recover the bad experience they put me through from the beginning... at my level. The general impression they don’t care ...
