Their work is nothing short of perfection, and they create such a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. A special shout-out to Clarisa, who went above and beyond. She is incredibly skilled and her work is flawless. I’m beyond impressed with her attention to detail and the overall experience. I Had a wonderful experience at N Bar in Dubai! Sofia and Fay were absolutely amazing , friendly and professional and made me feel completely relaxed . My manicure and pedicure turned out perfect. The salon has a chic, relaxing vibe and they use top quality products. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great beauty experience in Dubai!

Pros: Very nice and quick service.Clean bright place with comfortable seats.They did my manicure and pedicure in 40 minutes.Prices are decent.Cons:Only thing with manicure it didn’t last for a long, my cuticles start growing 1 day after the procedure.Usually it lasts longer.Also, they kept ordering me different services during the session, which is a bit annoying. I just wanted my nails done and go.

Great service.I truly recommend Azhar/Ajar (sorry, I dont remember how her name is spelled) for Russian manicure. The manicure was really good – my hands are now super smooth – and the shape of the nail with gel also.I am usually an annoying client (picky, tells you do this like this, I prefer that this way, etc.), but this time I didnt say a word – I fully trusted my technician.If you are flexible with your budget, I really recommend (be careful, theres many adds-on; nude is included in the refill, but brighter/specific colours arent).

I have been to Nbar a few times now and this morning I went for a gelish manicure as the previous one I did on Monday started chipping away on the edges. The recovery service was extremely helpful and booked me today so they could fix the nails.I have to say, the experience was amazing.My nail technician, Clarissa was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and patient.Clarissa was attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was impressive, and I really appreciated how she made me feel comfortable throughout the session, resulting in beautiful nails that I’m absolutely in love with!The salon itself was spotless, modern, the manager always welcoming with her beautiful smile! Everyone was so welcoming as always and it’s clear the salon puts a lot of effort into maintaining a high standard.Thank you again for the great service!I will definitely come back again now that I live around the area.

The staff is professional, and the salon is very clean and high-end, which I appreciate. However, the Essie nail polish selection seems outdated, with no new colors being introduced, and the alternative brand offered is not of the same quality. I hope this can be addressed to maintain the salon’s excellent standards.

I did Russian manicure, pedicure & acrylic refill for my nails with sophie and ken. They were both great & professional m. Even the receptionists were helpful & polite. Totally recommend

Best nail place in dubai! They do all kind of extensions! Builder, polygel, acrylic… and so on. Staff is amazing and cleanliness is just perfect. They have multiple branches across Dubai and you can book online and choose the time slot that fits you best! I went in at 4 came out at 7 feeling super refreshed after mani, pedi, wax and massage! Can’t recommend enough! Especially Roshani ❤️❤️❤️

I booked a same-day appointment for my friend and me. We had pedicures, manicures, and BIAB removal.This place is truly nails paradise! Having tried many salons and nail bars, Ive never experienced anything like this!First, the BIAB removal with Fay was incredibly gentle and professional my nails are still strong and healthy.Cha handled my pedicure and was very skilled, especially with ingrown nails, cutting them smoothly and painlessly.The price was worth it for such a great experience! Ill definitely make sure to book a reservation here every time Im in Dubai.

It was a wonderful experience... When I first entered the place, I noticed that it was very clean, and the decor was wonderful and comfortable, and the colors of the decor were all white. The staff were very friendly. I went to do a manicure for my nails and a massage for my back and head. The chair was very comfortable for relaxation, and an employee began. I did my nails and another employee massaged my back and head... I very much enjoyed this experience and I will definitely visit this salon again.

What a beautiful beautiful salon to be at...the staff is extremely sweet and knows their job well. My therapist was Cha and boy was she a delight 😍 I got a hot oil manicure done she explained every step so well and executed the treatment so neatly. I definitely recommend N Bar if youre looking for a place to get your nails done.Oh and the decor is gorgeous ❤️‍🩹🤌

This salon was so clean and the hygiene standards were second to none!They also have 3 treatments chairs which allow you to have multiple treatments at the same time if you are in hurry. You can also enjoy a massage whilst having your nails done. Which is amazing!I visited city walk branch but they have other locations in Waitrose Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi, Uptown Sharjah and City walk.

I went for Russian Nails Gel manicure along with massage and their service, hygiene, everything was top notch. They have multifunctional seats in which you can do manicure, pedicure, waxing, facial and massage all in one sitting

I had a pedicure and it was just okay. The nail tech was not very precise and caused bleeding. She hardly said sorry or also did not clean very well.Also the scrubbing of dead skin wasn’t good. Didn’t see a difference after. Nice to get a coffee and love that they use Essie polish but other than that my experience wasn’t the best

I showed them a picture of a french design and they said ok madame and when she started doing it it was so bad it wasn’t straight n round like i wanted it to be my nails look like duck nails its the worst salon ever and my mom did her nails 1 week ago and its all removed now.

Never come back there 😊Besides the fact the quality of nail services has worsened as a long time customer I experienced the following:Completely unprofessional service at the reception and booking with unapologetic management style who instead of compensating the customer complain on the mistakes her staff did, took time on the call blaming the customer. As a customer I have not received the services I booked and I lost time with them during my evening listening to receptionist’s arguments?They never value any customer even if you are their “many years customer” they will not care about you if they have a customer who books a service and pay more. When it comes to choose between professional services vs customer who pays more, they would prefer the latter one.My service was booked and they just decided to not care about my preferences as they had a customer after me, who probably paid more. I had to cancel my appointment and go from there with big disappointment…

I’ve been coming to this branch (CityWalk) since a year ago and I cannot recommend them enough. From the ladies at the reception, the technicians, everyone is friendly, competent and they set the standard high in this branch. The salon is very clean, the appointments are always on time. I would specifically like to recommend Ken and Marilen! Ken is such a talented, professional nail artist. Very attentive to details. Also Marilen is amazing. She’s always positive and does my ingrowns in the most professional way, she truly does magic.

I’m Dubai for a few days and was in desperate need of some grooming after spending a few weeks traveling. I found N Bar on Google since it was near my hotel in CityWalk and I was able to easily make a same day appointment over the phone. I got an Essential Manicure with polish, and N Bar Signature Pedicure with polish, eye brow & upper lip threading. The service was amazing from the moment you walk in. I felt very relaxed and almost fell asleep! I definitely would come back the next time I visit Dubai. It was a nice way to begin my stay in this city!

I was in the area and decided to go in to see if they had any Walk in appointments, luckily they did! I was seen by Ajar and she did a gellish manicure for me. She took her time helping me decide a colour and did a wonderful job, she was very neat. So happy with the service, such a beautiful and elegant finish.

I would like to share my experience at N Bar at Cuty walk was amazing. Salon is so clean and staffs are so professional. I enjoyed multi service chairs that allow me to enjoy 3 treatments in one sitting, such as combination of manicure, pedicure, and massage. I will definitely try again

Ladies and service were nice and efficient. But the day after I got them done, the chrome powders were peeling off. A bit disappointed as the price points higher here.

If I could zero start, not expected such service with such prestigious and renowned salon in Dubai . Staff not present, asked me to sit on the chair with was dirty from previous appointment, I had to ask them to clean, started my appointment 25 min late, asked me multiple times what was my appointment for , made me sit on a chair because they had to take another client, out of most of the colors of polish , very few options for nail polish, for the price you charge I expect more from Naila Bar

I am very disappointed with my experience. I wanted to have their summer offer, which included a polygel manicure, signature pedicure, and massage. However, when I arrived, they did not have enough staff to provide the full package, so I could only get the polygel manicure. My appointment was at 6:50 PM, but it took over 3 hours, and I didn’t leave until 10 PM. I paid 455 AED, and just 4 days later, one of my nails broke and another is starting to crack. The nail specialist assured me that this was their best long-lasting product. I am extremely disappointed.

My recent visit was extremely disappointing. Despite their 20 years in business, they still don’t know how to do a regular French polish. When I requested this basic service, the staff acted like I was asking for something extravagant and difficult. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the technicians. One kept throwing the job onto another, claiming they didnt know how to do it themselves. This constant passing of responsibility was unprofessional and frustrating. Its disheartening to see such a simple request turned into a big deal. While the salon is clean and the staff is generally friendly, their inability to perform a standard French polish and their lack of professionalism in handling the request have really let me down and wasted my time.

Judging from our experience we are never coming back again,First when we enter the salon it is empty and we are the only client’s there although we are early they only start doing my nails when I ask what about my sisters they reply that they are “busy”. So half an hour later two clients walk in and they start doing their nails although they came late and we came early. We wait one hour then they start doing my grandma’s nails and feet then the manager walks in and asks the lady who is doing my grandma’s nails to leave and start doing another clients nail. Seeing this I am surprised because it is okay to make us wait but not the other clients. Another hour passes and after I complain they start doing my sisters and my grandmas nails.We came to this branch because the other branches of N.Bar have good service.In total we spent 2 and a half hours waiting!Worst experience ever and never coming back again one tar do not recommend. ☹️

It was my first time at NBar (City Walk), via a friends recommendation, and they didnt disappoint. From receiving me the moment I entered the shop until the end of the services, was smooth and Im very happy with the results. Cindy (medi-pedi), Maha (mani) and Annabelle (head-shoulder-back massage), were all pleasant and good at their respective jobs. I felt truly pampered. They carry the Footlogix brand which Im already a big fan of. Ask for their packages for some good value for money pampering. Will definitely come back!

2022 reviewI started waxing since 2018 and still in the midst of trying out different salonsI’m a person who really does her research when it comes to things because I want to be satisfied in what I pay for. After reading the reviews online of Nbar Waxing Service, I chose citywalk since I haven’t been there.Fast forward to me booking online I can only choose from two people, I chose angel since I saw a good review.Take note I have a high pain tolerance but I think I was unlucky this time as I felt Angel pulls slow - which is the first time I experienced from waxing and it hurts moreThe job was done (brazilian waxing) but service was poor, for the price you can get better service in other waxing salons and more expert/experienced in the area.Have yet to go again to check if servicw will be better

My nails were absolutely perfect!! It was very relaxing experience and both my nail specialists were amazing at what they do, I had Ruks do my manicure and Annabel do my pedicure, the detailthese girls work with was outstanding and the special care was very appreciated!! Definitely making this my permanent spot!!

I have been a customer of NBar for the past 15 years, and I must majority of their staff are great. But I have recently tried a new Nail Specialist: Ajar, she is incredibly good, her work is detailed, professional and she really cared for my nails. The passion, patience and attention she kept in was really impressive. Its that extra mile that keeps customers coming back more frequently for sure.

Very disappointed. I made an appointment for manicure/pedicure and my manicure technician was not available although I booked with her. Nobody informed me of this until 35 mins into my appointment so I had already started with the pedicure and couldn’t cancel and come another day to do both. They also tried to switch out my pedicure technician halfway through my treatment so she could go work on someone else.They didn’t even offer me anything to make up for the inconvenience, just charged me for the pedicure and sent me on my way. I will not be coming back but Ken my pedicurist was lovely and very professional.

Been doing elsewhere for some time, but I find they go too deep on my cuticles and Im always left in pain for a few days. Not the case here, my nails were gently handled and I loved the end result. Amazing service and beautiful salon! They even offer you tea and coffee! All staff is sweet and nice and Cha is so professional and patient! She explains everything so well. Strongly recommend this place if you want to have beautiful manicure pedicure.

Horrible service from N.bar citywalk on 2 occassions. I visited the salon on thursday night, i booked my appointment earlier that day and when i arrived to the salon i was seated for 20-25 mins until a nail technician came to start working on me. I had one broken nail that needed to be fixed and I wanted to do french manicure. The lady who was doing my nail was trying to push their nail strengthen on me the whole time, which was really annoying. When the other lady came to fix my broken nail, both of them were talking about me as if i wasnt there “ where is she from? .. etc” which was very disrespectful. When it was time for me to choose a base color I said i wanted a nude shade but she kept pushing a pinkish shade on me , I kept saying that I dont like that but I didnt have a choice since she said they dont have any nude base shades, and the lady laughed and said “no choice haha”. Anyways, halfway through filing my nails the lady said oh this nail is broken, it was broken vertically up until the nail bed. I told her that it wasnt broken before, she kept denying and calling other technicians to agree on what she was saying. Then I said that i dont want her to continue doing my nails and I wanted the other lady who fixed my nail to continue. She went to call her, I think the other lady didnt want to do my nails because i could hear the first one saying “ go go she asked for you, come on she said she wanted you”.Anyways, when it was time to pay they wanted to charge me for the nail “that they broke” and then the manager fixed it and came to tell me that they wont charge for it.Fast forward to 2 days after (sunday morning), i woke up and saw that the nail that they fixed is broken again and all my white french tips have turned yellow (which is something i never experienced this soon after doing french nailpolish).I called to come and fix it and took an appointment, i arrived there and waited for 20 mins and nobody saw me.The whole time there was a fire alarm ringing and calls for evacuation, and everyone was saying it was a false alarm. Even though it was ringing for 10 mins straight.I didnt want to sit through all that again, so I got up and left.I will never visit this salon ever again. Overpriced with mediocre services, no respect for time or clients. Very disappointed.

I travel to Dubai often and I was looking for a salon close to where I was staying.I was able to book with ease online which is the first plus for the salon.I showed up earlier than the appointment time and they were happily able to accommodate. The ladies who took care of me, Annabel and Cris were very friendly and did an an excellent job and made me very comfortable.The full range of services provided by the salon definitely makes me want rely on it whenever I’m back.

Ken made my nails and they came out very beautiful and they weren’t thick at all. Very elegant and clean. Pai made my pedicure and she was very careful and made a very beautiful French. I would 100% recommend and come back again when I’m in Dubai. Service is also top, they’ll take good care of you.

I was unable to get a manicure prior to my visit to Dubai. Thankfully N Bar could fit me in quickly with Maja. I can honestly say she gave me the best manicure I have ever had. My nails were beautifully shaped, painted expertly and I was delighted with the result. Thirteen days later and they are still going strong. I could not recommend N Bar more highly.

This is a very professional salon with lovely ladies who do their work very perfectly and from their hart. I had a padi and mani and the lady’s Cris and Annabel have treated me and they wear great and very friendly. I had a very bad mood as I cancelled my appointment at another salon because of very unprofessional behavior of manager…. Thank you ladies for your great work and will definitely come back!!!!

I’ve been struggling to find a good place in Dubai for gel. Everywhere I’ve done it in the past, it’s peeled off in a few days. I managed to find NBar and Annabel did my nails. She is so good and did a very good job, and it’s lasted. Would definitely recommend.Edit: came back here years later, still amazing and the hew setup is brilliant and relaxing. Also got a pedi by Fay who was brilliant.

Whatever your waxing needs- Angel does an excellent job. She is thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. I have been going to NBAR for almost 2 years for manicures and pedicures. They always do a fantastic job and are very professional. I can recommend first hand Annabelle and Marilen- but everyone is great.

Nbar has been one of my fav nail places for years. However I prefer other locations esp Dip where the service n the overall outlet is exemplary. Unfortunately I cant say the same about the city walk outlet, too many disappointing experiences there including my last one.

I recently visited NBar City Walk for a manicure and pedicure, and I was very happy by the quality of service. Cindy and Ruks were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that I finish even before time as I was on rush.

I visited Nbar expecting the usual from salons but I was completely wrong. From being greeted with smiling faces at the reception, overall hygiene & Marilen - my nail specialist who did an outstanding job with my pedicure. I’ve definitely found my new go to nail salon in Dubai :)Keep it up Marilen & Nbar!+ point - free parking at city walk.

Was visiting during a layover and was lucky to pop in here! Everyone was so nice and accommodating since I just walked in. I was lucky to get Fay and she gave me a fab pedicure!!

My manicure was great. After 2 hours annd 40 minutes for my pedicure and they still did not manage to properly apply the color. I had the same color and polish (even the same bottle) applied to both hands and feet and on my feet it was super streaky and messy looking. They called another technician to apply the polish. After almost three hours, the still had not even started with the scrubbing. The AC was not working in the salon and it was crazy hot, they also made me wait 10 ish minutes before starting my service as they didn’t have an available slot, they wanted to start my service in the waiting area. The first time I visited another branch I waited 25 minutes passed my appointment time even though I showed up early. There is 8 minutes left until closing time and they have not even begun scrubbing for the pedicure

I have been visiting N.bar now for over 1.5 years and was never disappointed. Anne is just a rockstar in what she does. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she deserves every attention for the incredible job she does daily. She listens to your requests carefully and fulfils those efficiently and professionally. My manicure was always top notch! You should definitely book her.In addition, Annabelle always treated me so well whenever I booked a massage with her. She knows exactly which sore points to touch and takes great care of her clients. Annabelle is always in a good mood and her positivity is just enlightening. Both are outstanding specialists and I could not be more satisfied with the treatments they have performed.
