Horrible service! My gelish manicure was done terribly, and when I called the call center to explain, I requested to only pay for the pedicure since I didn’t have another hour to get the nails fixed. However, they insisted I still had to pay for both services and deducted a ridiculous amount! The technician was apologetic, but the response from the call center was unprofessional. Now, I’ll have to spend more time and money at another salon tomorrow to fix this. Respect your customers and value their time!

Just had your wonderful Consultants come to our house again. This time they did manicures and pedicures for my husband, my sister and me. The ladies were so efficient and kind. And very gentle. On Sep 3rd I had a lovely gel extension Manicure. the lady came to my home she was very polite and professional. She had all the materials and was thorough in nail cleaning and very patient with me asking for slight changes in nail shape. I am even booking my refill appointment with them . They were on time, their prices are good, and very quick to get an appointment through their whatsapp. I would prefer if their technician was a little bit more thorough in the nail and cuticle cleaning prior to gel refill, and I am hopeful she will be in my next appointment.

Great experience. I booked body waxing and they were very responsive, quick and professional. They had given me all the information I needed and came to my house the same day! Raquel was my beautician and she was the best, she made me feel very comfortable and done a fabulous job!

On my first time do home service for my cutting hair and keratin its so really good. The hairdresser Nissa a filipina is friendly and very good. Amazing service, had infill done. Made the nails look natural and very nice. Probably one of the best I’ve had.. nothing compared to the U.K where they make the nails look thick and really fake. Also gave me a hand massage. Lovely kind lady.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE RUNNN!I got my lashes lifted and tinted and the women who did my lashes (as nice as she was) lifted them too much so they are too curly and not sitting correctly. They look so awful, completely curled back so it looks like i have no lashes.I understand this sometimes happens and it is something thats fixable. When i contacted them about it they were either ignoring me or blaming the entire situation on me refusing to do anything to help. THE WORST customer service. All they had to do is send someone out to fix it and then i would of been a returning customer and i would of recommended to my friends, but no. They were rude, had no idea about customer service or how to run a company. Huge red flag. Ladies, dont risk it. Go elsewhere where youll be treated properly. I hate my lashes and they look awful and now i have to pay money again to get them fixed else where. Waste of money and time.

I did eyelash uplift. It helped to make my natural eyelashes more visible and curled. Didn’t increase the length but gives a natural look. The technician Maria was very professional and I almost slept through the 45 mins session

Please RUN! It was supposed to be my go to salon for eyelashes extension, but I will never call their service again. I am 3 weeks post full set installation and realized that the tech did a terrible job. She put way too much glue and she totally missed the important rule of the single lash pose!!! Now I have to remove everything but chances are high I will lost my real ones in the process. Shame on you!

Great experience! I use the home services and they are very professional and efficient. They come fully equipped and on time.

If there was an option for 0 star I would’ve selected it. I had the most horrible Gelish application and had a cut on my finger during the manicure process, the products they use are not of a good quality, cause the gelish turned weird on the second day and kept on shrinking day after day. The irony is that when I told them, they showed a very cheap attitude, acting so defensive aggressive and they exhausted my energy with their provoking questions.. bottom line they are capable of all except admitting their issues and solving them! I ended up asking them to send someone to just remove this disaster, they asked that I have to buy a new service so they can send someone cause they don’t want to put a minimum cost to solve the problem, however they did not mind wasting my time, my money and my energy! After long arguments and toxic treatment from them, they have accepted to send someone to remove the gelish and we confirmed the date, a day before this date, they texted me ordering that I remove my feedback on Google review! I answered that this is my right especially that I have wasted my time and money and haven’t received the service I paid for! However, I did remove the Google review thinking that I should maybe give them another chance and see how the removal will happen.. after few minutes, they sent me a message that I couldn’t define other than a blackmail where they said that they are not coming if I don’t remove the review! And they said that I should remove it especially that they are giving me a « complimentary » service of removing the gelish !! They see this as a complimentary service!! and they are in total denial that they have literally scammed me!!I do not recommend this salon at all! I ended up having these people in my home using my own water and electricity and billing me a high price, and now after this level of service and treatment, I m doubting everything!! I wonder if their products are not expired, and their tools are really clean and sanitized, I doubt if they follow any rules!! As of their treatment, I could clearly see the lack of ethics and disrespect towards a customer asking them to just remove what they have caused, and not even asking for a reimbursement!I am definitely raising this to the authorities cause they pushed the limits so far!Be careful and be safe before selecting such services, cause lack of ethics in such businesses can reflect in all their aspects that include hygiene of tools and choices of usable products..And if u have any issue because of this salon, expect being blamed and attacked for it.P.S. just read their answers here to unsatisfied customers reviews and you will understand the attitude I m talking about (aggressive defensiveness and attacks).Note: the pic is on the second day of the application. I have shared it along with a video to the salon, and they called to say that they cannot see the issue!

This home service salon is horrible. I usually get my nails done in other salon so I know what quality I have to get. I am not supposed to make this google review because the lady who did my nails is nice but I have to realizing the amount I paid and poor customer service and unprofessional staff. First I booked for 7:30 and the nail technician came around 8:15 because of the traffic so for me it is okay not a big deal. While the procedure is going on I think it was the booking lady or the driver that keeps on calling the technician in the middle of the service and it is because the driver wants to go home so now i realized why my nails are sloppy , breaking and the gel polish is so bad . I messaged on whatsapp saying my nails were poorly done and the only thing they can tell me is they can’t do anything about it because it has been already 6 days which should not happen if it was nicely done because i dont have this problem before. Knowing they put gel and it is acrylic my nails so it should last longer. I’m surely not going to use your service. For home service this is a rip off! Pls don’t tell me this is not how the nails should look like in less than a week.

Hard Gel nail set. My technician was very precise and determined to make sure I got what I wanted, very happy and would definitely book with her next time.

Absolute shame that their customer service on the phone are impolite, talked over me to brush my comments off and hung up on me during a call today! Its unfortunate considering I previously enjoyed the service. But after todays experience I will never be using the services ever again.

Called their home service for haircut for my 2 boys. Miss did not know how to cut hair. I had asked to fade hair at back and sides. For 1 son she cleared up all the hair at the back for about an inch and the second kids around 3 cms of hair on the side were cleared away.Be aware!!

Got my acrylic nails done 9 days ago and omg I can’t believe how bad they are now. One even fell off! They also don’t look natural, they look very thick. I mentioned to the lady who did my nails to make sure to get the sides and she said “okay”… you can check the pictures and see the results. I have been getting my acrylics done for YEARS but the technician who usually does my nails was on vacation so I decided to book with N boutique, the girls were nice I have to say that on a positive note but definitely definitely not worth 450 AED. I pay 220 usually and it’s a much much better job and lasts more than a month!

Normally I trusted and loved their services but it has definitely dropped with quality!.Whatever I asked for I didnt receive.Nails look as if a 6 year old did it. Foot massage was done with cheap lotion and with no effort and I was told they cant do my eyebrows the way I want. I use N Boutique for my spray tan and nails and they are always super helpful! The nails are really great especially in the comfort of your home but the best is the express spray tan! it has no smell and lasts really long. It looks super natural and I get so many compliments .

The lady Myra is adorable and she did my nails three timesFor some reason the next day this gelish manicure chipped so I called them and asked that they send someone, I followed up for three days and all they keep saying is : the concerned team will get back to you. Again if you use them ask for Myra but customer service i give a solid 2.

Dear NBoutique. Booking a home service was supposed to be a luxurious, relaxing experience but during the service a manager called accusing us of delaying the technicians ruining the experience. Theyre clearly not scheduling enough time for each client. And their employer/employee relationship absolutely needs work. Arguing with their staff in front of the customer is poor taste.And to top it all off 4 of the nails are already broken that I have fixed myself and its not even a week! Ive had stick-on nails that have lasted longer! Scratch that 5 now gone upon update. Pic of latest attached. Im at the point of considering removal of all remaining and just replacing.Cheap materials. Bad customer relations. Questionable treatment of staff. All these are reasons that will make using me their services again highly unlikely.I actually contacted them with my concerns and they have threatened me with legal action if I leave a review.

The technicians from this service are wonderful and professional, the time management of their management is horrendous.The first time they came an hour late, I overlooked it as a possible one-time issue. However, during my second service, it became clear that tardiness is their norm. The first technician was an hour late, and now the second technician is also late. A service that should take 2.5 hours is now dragging on for 4 hours or more. Very disappointing and frustrating.Never again.

Had a spray tan at home by Rachael , she was very professional and quick. The tan was amazing on my skin and lasted longer than others I have tried . The colour was just what I wanted and so handy being done at home.

Was a complete waist of money and time, I have to redo my nails all over again, didn’t know how to do a straight nail, the comor is smudged all over my skin!!!Never again!

Helloo, my wife booked them for a blowdry and a meni pedi!! Everything was perfect. And the best part about it was it was all done at the comfort of our own house! She enjoyed it alot and cant wait to keep get them over again for some other services

I have had good service previously. However, the last set of lashes I got were the worst I’ve ever had. They came off in a matter of days after paying a premium price I was very disappointed by this. They felt very heavy and stiff. I messaged to share my feedback and sent in a picture but unfortunately no one replied. If someone would have gotten back to me I would have understood. For this reason I would not recommend.

The quality of the manicure is truly poor, all the nails have mountains and looks like I did it myself, the eyelashes fell almost all the next day . Not professional at all ! I lost 535 dirhams .

We booked with yourselves had 4 girls come over they were friendly but think they needed more practice doing nails. My sister asked the lady that was doing her hands for nail art and she said she couldn’t as she would run late for her next client my sister said no problem after all the treatments were done they waited 45 mins to get picked up by there driver so she did have time for nail art also the polish doesn’t seem up to quality as our nails are already starting to grow out and we had our treatment done only last week. Not impressed with the services at all.

I have been using nboutique for 7 months now and their services are amazing. They do great blowdry’s which last a long time, manicures and pedicures and the staff are very friendly / professional. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for any at home beauty services

Dont be fooled by the reviews, as they nag and offer 15% discount to put a 5* review, which i unfortunately did.Technicians are good, but costumer service is horrendous, they harass you with calls and msgs til u click the block button.They get late sometimes which I understand to some point but if u want them to be on time just for this time only or to postpone it till another day they will harass you like there’s no tomorrow.Calls msgs and rude msgs.

One of the worst services, the technician cut my cuticles with skin on 4 fingers till they were bleeding. I have complained to the management by attaching photos and they didn’t do anything about!There are much better salons that do take care of their customers and train their staff professionally!Based on your below response, you can tell how much you “do care” about your clients. You just called me and asked me to delete my review instead of apologizing and resolving the issue. The reason of me posting my review now is because I was in contact with DED department since I caught infection on my skin after your cuts. So what, if I had my service in March, since when clients service have expiration date, and what’s your rationale to consider my review as fake (especially since you found me as a costumer on your own database)?

Wss looking online since i did a surgery and i cant go out. Im so gratefull i came across Nboutique. They arrived on time. Very professional and caring technicians. I love my nails. And the massage was really on my neck and shoulders was the cherry on the top.

Horrible horrible service. If I could rate them any lower I would. They sent me 2 technicians that were sick and when I asked them if they’re sick they said no. For 2 hours straight both technicians were coughing. I asked her again she said tickling only that’s why I’m coughing.It is so rude and unprofessional to send sick people to peoples houses. We have elderly people in our house who cannot be exposed to viruses and who can seriously be affected by this negligence.I’ve called the company and reported the matter, they said that we should have kicked the people out of our home immediately… and they threatened us because we posted a bad review.On top of that, the service was horrible they were using cheap manicure none of the known common brands and it was all sticky clearly they put acetone in it so it lasts longer…

I do not recommend this to anyone. Worst experience ever. They are highly unprofessional and very rude. They have no idea how to deal with their customers. Their girls are extremely unprofessional and untrained. They have no idea what theyre doing. They give poor service and then dont even accept that they did something wrong. Please dont trust their 5 star reviews you see here. Its all publicity stunt. They ask their clients to add reviews to get 15% discount on their services. The worst nails service ever and after service is even worst, i called them for my nails refil and facial, first i told that lady on call that i might reach by 7:30 or 8 so better to keep at 8 on safer side but she forced me to keep it at 8, then they came before even 7:30 and she started bugging me with calls and messages every 5 mins, when i sent her picture that i’m in traffic then started asking my cook to call me and ask how much time will i take, i reached by 8 and started and the moment i said i wanna do Ombre technician said I don’t do Ombre, first why you have nails service when u don’t even know how to do it!!! Then that lady on call started forcing me to do no matter what and whatever she can do, I still agreed on French design, but to my surprise my nail broke in less than 24hrs!!!! Nd when i tried connecting them on whatsap and for full day they said we don’t have feedback for your complaint nd no proper response!!!!! I started getting more acne after my facial but I didn’t say anything coz it might be my face but if u have given such bad service for nails you have to fix it but such an horrible experience i had, nd this is the first time this ever happened to me even after paying such premium price for no reason!!!
