Amazing and seamless experience. It was my second visit to this salon, was easy to find and always has parking outside. Therapists are very professional, good skills and speak English well. They understood my requirements and were able to advise. During the second visit, I came in to do my nails only. The pedicure chairs are the most comfortable so far I’ve tried in Dubai and was very easy to work on my laptop at the same time! In the end, I needed up having a massage and a blow dry as well. All were well executed services, will definitely come back again for more regular visits!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Noona. The facial was incredibly relaxing, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The nail art was perfection, so detailed and exactly what I wanted. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The ambiance is serene, and every little detail is taken care of. It was a truly pampering session from start to finish. Ill definitely be returning for more! Highly recommend!

Tina did a fantastic job with my nails. She listened and did exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was meticulous and a lovely personality to match. Aphe was also very friendly and did a lovely job with my hair. Ive been looking for a go-to salon in JVC for a few years and this is the first one where Ive felt genuinely comfortable, had a relaxing experience and left completely happy. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. Their booking process is completely disorganized. They rescheduled my appointment without consulting me, moved it to a different time without notifying me, and even added services I never requested. To make matters worse, after I complained and confirmed my appointment the day before, they called on the day of the appointment to cancel at the last minute without proper notice—despite my prior confirmation. This salon clearly has no respect for their customers’ time. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking reliable or professional service.

Worse experience with my nailsI did 3 times in this salonAll the times gel went out on 3-5 days and they didn’t react at allAfter I went to remove gel and look what they did with my nails they just removed it allNever go there for nails !!!P.S. Lash maker master Serga is great !!

I have been a loyal client of Noona for two years now and am very sad to say that will never ever go, as looks like what happened to my nails within 1.5-2 weeks is completely fine for them.I have been doing gel polish for 4 years now, carried them for months, and they were completely fine, looking like new ones, but never ever had anything like this happen. And funnily enough I dont even do handwork or wash the dishes.If you like zebra stripes and fallen-off parts of your gel, go ahead, they are ready to serve you, but if you want good quality Mani, find another place.You lost 3 loyal clients with me🙏🏻

I just had an incredibly disappointing experience. After a technician who seemed to have zero experience ruined my nails and made me go through so much pain and I had to stop the service and I tried to bring it to the attention of the manager who had just entered the salon (a male manger inside the ladies salon?). Unfortunately, my attempt to address the situation was met with an arrogant and dismissive attitude. The manager didnt seem to care about my concerns at all and it felt like he was more interested in brushing off the issue than solving it. Instaed of trying to understand my issue he asked the cashier for my bill. I couldnt take him serious anymore. I just told him to let her do his nails to understand my issue and I left. It was a waste of time talking to him. I just wanted to pay (someone else would have left without paying and leave) and escape because he was extremely arrogant and rude. He doesnt know how to talk to customers at all.Whats even more frustrating is that the other staff members expressing their frustration with having to constantly fix this technician’s mistakes on customers. It’s clear that the team is fed up with trying to salvage the work of someone who should not be performing certain tasks until properly trained.I truly feel bad for the staff, as it seems they’re caught in a difficult situation. Needless to say, I wont be returning, in first place because of their arrogant manager.

Very nice friendly atmosphere. The girls are professionals in their field, they always will offer new colors and trends. I especially thank for Ella and Alyn as my masters.

Thanks a lot to the master for excellent service and result, but the thing that I wasn’t announced about extra 300 dh for ‘filler’ I felt disappointed, cause I asked for the price, and I didn’t got any answer and I didn’t think it will be these much extra.Btw, it’s second time that is happening with no informing the costumer ( what happened to me) of extra charge.Anyway, ladies there doing great job, but maybe it my fault that I wasn’t giving attention, and they just trying to sell their products.But it’s not nice at the end to be this kind of surprise cause maybe I took only the amount that I only need to pay.Ladies should inform about extra charges before to offer them some services.

This salon has gone downhill. The staff are overworked and exhausted, creating a tense atmosphere. Services are rushed with strict one-hour slots, leaving no time to relax or enjoy. It felt like I was on their schedule, not mine. Very disappointing.

I really enjoyed yhe experience.Have had a haircut 💇‍♀️ by Aphi (not sure how it is spelled) she is really good, details oriented and gentle.The reception was nice also and I especially enjoyed that they were punctual.

I have been going to noona salon before one year i’m an old customer there it was niceee and the work amazingI went before a few days , The receptionists has changed The last two were disrespectful , I’m always applied gel on my hand and regular for feet, this time i told them i will do regular color for my hand , before i do it on my feet and its was goodSo i sat after the application like two hours i felt that he’s not dry well ! Before I go, I told the receptionist that I feel it is old, and you should bring more colors because there’s nothingSo i left to my home I shocked all my feet and hands were scratched, I spoke to her and she said we dont have a second date for the evening , I got very mad and went to them and took my money . Im sorry to see the salon backs down , knowing that the staff working inside are amazing

I usually do my nails here. They are professional nail technicians. You might prefer one more than the othet and thats ok were humans 😁Whats important is there service. They respond fast and if you have any complaints, they take it seriously and make you leave with a smile on your face.Recommended

Won’t come here ever again. The lady was arguing with me that all nails are the same. When I asked her to drew French properly and all nails same she refused saying that she doesn’t see the difference. Not a good service. I do not recommend.

I constantly do a manicure + pedicure combo in this studio, each master does his work as efficiently as possible, today after visiting the studio I want to especially mention Dilnaz and Aylin, who pleased me with the quality of their work😍

Very bad service.The technician worked with me was impolite. She got angry on me.I continued with my gel nail polish anyways that day despite of the technician being rude. Now after 8 days of doing the nails, the gel is peeling out as if it is plastic layers from my nails.Extremely bad experience.1 month ago also I went to do my hair blow dry, the technician has very low experience compared to the other salon that I go to.

I asked for a doll-eye style and specifically requested a volume set. My lash technician lacked training, i had to ask her to go back and fix it a couple times and she just couldn’t get it right. I told her to isolate each lash and make sure to get them all - as I am paying for a VOLUME set. She gave me a HYBRID set, the thickness of the fans were not consistent with what a VOLUME set should be and she didn’t isolate each lash, she was rushing through the whole process. She spent more time talking about how Canada (the country I’m visiting from) has problems, than the actual lash appointment itself. If you want to get political, I don’t care, but at least do my lashes correctly !!!!In the future, please give your technician better training. It was unprofessional, she didn’t care about making my experience good at all. She did the style SHE wanted.not what i wanted. I’ve been getting lashes done for nearly 4 years now so i feel i have some merit to make a comment about it here, i was very patient and nice about it, but this is the worst lash set I’ve received in my life. Retention is also not great.Avoid this place for lashes if you can.

Victoria is the lovely admin that I contact every time I want to book an appointment. Not only is Victoria extremely professional, she is also friendly and helpful. She is a joy to talk to. As for my manicure, I asked for Marina because I love how meticulous she is when shes doing my nails. Even though she does a flawless job, Marina is very quick in her feet and extremely creative. And finally for my pedicure Ruby is the technician I like to work with. She is quick, attentive and so sweet. Ruby has the hands of a healer. Just a minute of her massaging my legs makes feel so relaxed. I would recommend Noona Beauty Salon to anyone who is looking for exceptional service at a very fair price

Great service and very friendly but professional staff. I love how relaxing the ambience is. The prices are pocket friendly and if you’re EK crew they have a discount for you so make sure you ask for that.

I went and got my nails done and the lady cut way too deep that it injured the side of my toe nail and it was bleeding. Got an infection because of that and now will need treatment for my toe. I highly DONT recommend this place to anyone for pedicures. However my hands were done nicely to be fair and square.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, the ambience is very classy and welcoming.Parisa, the make-up artist is a gem! Very happy with her work, she asked all the questions needed to give you the look you want but most of all the make-up that suits you. Her hands were so light, very bubbly and made the overall experience at the salon so great!My hair stylist went a bit different from what I requested but it was all okay in the end.Will be back to try other services.

I had an extremely nice experience, I came in during the afternoon as a walk in and they were able to accommodate my booking so easily! Staff is very friendly, I did my manicure with Aileen (hope I spell her name right), and although she is a junior technician, she was so good! My manicure turned out very beautiful, I am certainly coming back

The girls were really welcoming and friendly, and the salon is clean and really nicely decorated. Ive never had a dry manicure before, and it was great! I tend to prefer darker colours but went for a red, and the lady doing my nails was happy to add another coat for me to make it darker. I live in the same building as the salon so its perfect!

It’s been more than 6months that I am this salon’s regular customer. I tried many services including waxing and blow dry, the best ones I got in Dubai. I really recommend Rabia for both services, she is very nice and efficient. I have a very long hair and she only takes 30-40min to finish the blow dry that lasts for more than 5 days.

The worst service I ever had in Dubai. I asked for a blow dry with added curls. They assigned me someone who looks like a trainee and doesn’t know even how to blow dry. I told her in the middle of the service that my hair ends were not done in a good way, but she said she would redo them after she done. She started using an iron, and I kept asking her to redo each part of my hair. It was really annoying. I could’ve done better than that by myself. The girl at the reception was not supported at all. She apologized and got away with giving a discount for that awful service instead of waiving the whole cost to satisfy the customer. I’m not blaming the hairdresser for her skills. The blame should be on the management, who should take care not to assign someone to train on your hair.

I went to this salon and i did hard gel overlay and gel polish on my natural nails..no extensions ..The UV light inside the machine were not working and i informed the technician 3 times and she said it is fine it will not affect the process..i kept telling her that this is not correct and she didn’t listen..i asked for thick nails and i got extremely thin nails..2 mins after i left i had to go back again to do two of my nails because of the machine..6 days later i went back to fix a nail because the hard gel and the colour completely came off and i showed her that there are others started already to open from the sides and the cuticle side .. 13 days later 8 nails were open from the cuticle as if they were never under the UV light or done by professionals..and when a manager messaged me to know my problem..she was like ooh sorry we only guarantee 7 days on nails..if you want i can book you another appointment..How professional manager can handle a complain from a customer like she did.And for the record, i own a nail salon back home and this is why i know very well the material, the process, and the technic..EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Always a great experience at Noona Salon. Vicky (at the reception) is always very helpful and helps me find the most suitable nail technician for my needs. Been coming here for more than a year and will continue coming back. Today my technician was Dilnaz and the nails are ON POINT 💅

The worst service. It’s disappointing to know this salon exists in Dubai. The nail technician was extremely unhelpful and was difficult to communicate with. Salon manager wasn’t supportive at all either . Alyn on the other hand is very kind and extremely professional.

We took our little daughter, aged 3 years old, for a hair cut and a little princess manicure and she LOVED IT! She enjoyed the friendly environment, professional hair dresser that knew how to manage a toddler while delivering a good hair cut and the kids friendly (Vegan Nail polish) products surely made us feel more safe about it. Pricing was very very reasonable and that made it all more rewarding.Fully recommend it and will be going back for more.

A friend of mine told me about this new place and i was eager to try it out as they offered the LVL service for brows and eyelashes which i was super keen to try. First off, the location was super easy to find (just follow google maps) and parking is available and easy just around the building. The owner Fatima was present and I must say her and her staff were very warm and welcoming. The salon was spotless ! And very cute and cozy. I got comfortable and the treatment started right away, i was guided throughout the treatment and I instantly felt like i was in good hands. The treatment lasted around 45 mins, the chair was so comfortable so time flew by. I was super happy with the results .. i did this treatment 2-3 weeks ago and i still don’t wear mascara. I look super natural and i don’t think i will ever stop doing it , i am excited for my next appointment and i would not go anywhere else to do it.

I love visiting noona and I make sure to book my appointments monthly for many services. Love the simple vibes, feel like own-the-business atmosphere and of course the professional team. My appreciation goes specifically to Vicky for keeping things in synch and flawless. Her attention to the customers and details especially at peak times is superb.

Bad management and scheduling system!! I booked my appointment more than a week prior my booking. Confirmed and arrived even 10 min earlier. 20 min after my appointment was due, I was still waiting for my turn. Every time I follow up with the receptionist she says few min. Then I managed to ask the technician and she told me 30 more minutes (plus the previous 20). So this is almost 1 hour later than my original time slot! Will never bother to ride all this way to this place!

I had my hair color done by rabia shes amazing I have tried many salons in the past but this alone have done my hair the best. Rabia is the only person I trust my hair with now. Definitely booking My next appointment with her.

I have been a regular client to Noona since I shifted Dubai. Victoria(manager) was kind enough and patience in explaining about the products and services over phone and in salon as well. Dilnaz is the most composed manicurist and prompt in maintaining the timings for me and is great with young child.

I have been to Noona for 3 times by now and the hair stylist Rabia always does a good job on my hair and she always listens and do exactly what I need and how I like my hair to be cut and colored. She is also good in explaining and recommending different hair treatments. I highly recommend Rabia

Got my recent gelish mani done here and Ruby was so so lovely, really took the time to make my manicure perfect and was very patient when I couldnt pick a colour - I def recommend this salon in JVC. Only downside is that their polish shade range isnt super extensive but its quality stuff either way. Theyve got a Emirates platinum card discount too which is a plus

I was been in the saloon for do the extensions to my eyelashes, I’m very happy and satisfied of all the results was amazing, the saloon is new very clean the ladies that works there are very professional and kind . I will come next week for do the mani and pedi and the color to my hair. I love this saloon and I suggest it to all.

The two Filipino girls who did the manicures and pedicures are good (especially the girl who gave me the feet), in regards to welcoming a new client specifically, (I dont know if the others I saw were the owners or not) are neither polite nor kind.

I went for eyebrows and upper lips. They charged me 75 AED for the service that was just average. I have to go home and clean the eye brows myself. This is an unbelievable cost for a service in a salon of Jvc

The best place to get a dry manicure (aka Russian manicure) in JVC, Dubai. My nails always look immaculate and feel great. I get a gel mani with designs and Ive always been happy with the colour and design. I show them the designs I like and they do them exact. Pedi equally very good. I went for eyebrow threading, the lady was very professional, the place is clean and friendly. The receptionist was also very friendly.I managed to book and go within an hour which is something you dont find in most of Dubai SalonThanks for accepting my last minutes booking ;) I will definitely go again

I came to Noona Beauty as per my friends recommendation (got 15% off as well.. wohoo!) and was very happy with the service and how attentive to the detail was the nail lady. Got gel mani with an amazing cat eye design:) the lady on waxing was very gentle and they use my fav brand lycon that works best for my sensitive skin. You made my day girls:)

I wanted to try something new. I usually only use mascara for my lashes and happy to keep them natural.However I had heard that at Noona they do LVL- this lash lift. I didn’t know what to expect but the results are great.As a mum of 3 I hardly have anytime to put or take off make-up but I have not used mascara in 2weeks and my lashes are still curled and long whist looking natural!this is something I would do regularly as it does make a difference! Definitely recommend this service!the place is new and clean too :)

I did eyelash and pedicure in this saloon and still will be coming back over and over again . it was big discover for me in JVC as I couldnt find any better place here then Noona beauty , conclusion this saloon is a pearl which hidden in the middle of the JVC, service is really fantastic , professional and friendly staff. 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

The gel manicure job was done perfectly however I still give this 3 stars only because the staff is so unfriendly and they didn’t even tell me about a good offer they had running which can make me save money. They are also very pricey

I have been in noona twice for gelish manicure and pedicure, i am very satisfied with the service quality and value of money, the matrial and machines are great.The manager and staff are very friendly.I highly recommend them

First of all AED 100/- for hair wash and blowdry!!! It’s overpriced. When i chose the package I thought there would be something outstanding about their service as they are charging more than the average price. But it was below average service. I was not satisfied with the service , considering the amount i paid.

Super clean, efficient and value for money. Not to forget the team, Victoria is very helpful and always smiling. As for Azhara, she is very attentive and detail oriented.Very likely to recommend to a friend.

Worst experience, went for a hair blow dry and it took her 1 hour 30 minutes to finish my hair (with me rushing her) and she didnt even do a great job, my hair is all frizzy and smells just burnt its really bad !!! Waist of money and time

It’s a good salon, it’s very nice that it’s close to home and you don’t have to go anywhere. I visited Azhara, a very nice girl, she works neatly, the manicure is painless, pretty quick - 1.5 hours. It would be great if they offered tea and coffee and there was a larger palette of luxury nude shades.

Master Rabia is a wonderful professional in her field: she listened to all my wishes and did everything exactly as I wanted and even better) I was left with my hair length, but with an updated haircut. everything is very high quality and fast, plus installation. Since my first visit almost a year ago, the salon has deteriorated. The administrator has changed, now it’s not who you ask for, but who you get, the prices have become higher and the quality worse. For example, after a pedicure your finger hurts.

I gave them one star for a situation that happened to me in the month of 5, as my first experience with installing eyelashes. I walked in and the worker was very rude and did not even want to talk to me. I asked her what the types of eyelashes were. If she could show me the types, she said I don’t have pictures. I told her this was my first time and I was on a trip. I wanted to know what looked like my eyes. She said, “Can we start because there is not enough time?” To be honest, when I was extremely upset, I spoke to the girl at the reception. I told her that the worker does not respect the customer at all. We come for a paid service, not for free, and I have the right to know what type suits me. And if she does not have time to listen to me and does not have pictures, that is her problem, not my problem. To be honest, the store management tried to understand the workers, that their behavior is completely inappropriate... Thank you for the information. I was wearing an abaya. Shayla and the girl are disgusting. She would argue with me. If someone doesn’t like our clothes, she would put up a sign saying, “Forbidden entry.” In a dress that respects the UAE and its people, thank you....
