Really bad experience.Booked for manicure plus pedicure with gelish and eyebrows and they didnt have anybody for the manicure but didnt have the decency to cancel the appointment either.The girl who was doing my pedicure didnt know how to apply gelish polish so it was such a waste if a trip.Please reconfirm before going here as I really cant understand how they got so many positive reviews!

New fav salon! My nails were done by Lina and I am in love with this young lady. Not only she is super professional but also has a very sweet bubbly personality. Can’t stop looking at my nails as they are absolutely fab! Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful treatment I had at Platinum hair and nail salon. The professionalism and patience of the master hairdresser Aliya is over the expectations. The all team is wonderfully welcoming and the quality of the kills are 10/10. I come back every month for a retouch to my balayaged hair. 5 stars recommended.

I was looking for a haircut style change without losing length and the cut was perfect. A few days later I booked for a manicure. Russian manicure a new experience, looks great and has lasted really well. Great attention to detail and care for both services. Recommended.

I saved up money to do my hair. Even with showing pictures and spending a good amount of time explaining what I wanted, my hair came out totally different. The top of my head and the bottom where two completely different colors! I only got offered a wash after letting them know I was not happy. Which wont change the color :(

Super happy! My main reason for coming to the salon was to do a facial with Hollie (which was amazing) however I decided to also try them for my nails. I had a manicure and pedicure from this salon. It was my first time trying Russian technique! The time and effort spent on my nails was amazing! Had a gelish mani and pedi here the other day. It’s a beautiful salon in a beautiful location. I didn’t even speak the same language as the girls. However, they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable - we also had a laugh singing to the same songs. There was a large selection of colours too and my nails look beaut 🤍

I am very satisfied with my Russian Gelish Manicure and Classic Pedicure services, which I received from two very sweet and skilled therapists - Alina and Begimai (respectively). Highly recommend them and I will definitely visit them again.

I came here for a manicure as I work in the next tower.. in the end had a “Russian” manicure (I think that is what they are called). I went on 13 January and it is now over 3 weeks and the manicure still looks amazing! No chips, and I don’t know how they do it, must be the technique, but not a lot of nail growth. Thank you!

Hair stylists person couldnt speak English. Her English was limited to 2 words. I showed her a picture of the model Id like to have. She managed to cut, but it was terrible! It wasnt even with obvious long and short parts. Thanks God she knows the words long and short, she managed to even little bit. I can see still some sections are not even, and also I dont think the place is hygienic enough because the person who gave me hair cut wasnt paying any attention to be clean and tidy.

Slow and lousy service never going back. Took 1.5 hours and hadn’t even started painting my nails had to leave half way through very disappointed.
