I had an amazing experience at princess House salon From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. My stylist hitti really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions for my nails. The products they used smelled fantastic and left my hand and nails feeling soft and shiny. I left feeling like a new person! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly service🥰 prices are affordable and you’ll get the value of your money 🥰

I had an amazing experience at Princess House today, Felt like an actual Princess!The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The ambiance was lovely, and everything was super clean and well-organized.

I booked same-day services through ClassPass, which led me to discover Princess House Salon in Barsha. Its a small, cute new salon. However, it was a bit disheartening to see that there is only one staff member. I hope she is well-compensated because she handles everything—from reception to nail technician to massage therapist. Her name is Hitti. She seemed quiet, somewhat unapproachable, and lacked energy, likely due to being the sole staff member and being new and young in Dubai.I appreciate her efforts, though the services could use some improvement, especially the Swedish massage. The ambiance for the massage was just okay; the room was bright and reasonably clean, though I noticed some small particles and hair on the towels, which was gross.For the nail services, I had a basic cleaning. While it was okay, I was hoping for a more thorough job as I could still feel some dry skin. Nevertheless, considering its a small, new salon, I believe they will improve over time. You get what you pay for.

Amazing mani-pedi experience at Princess House! The salon had a really relaxing atmosphere and both technicians were fantastic . My nails look absolutely perfect and the massage during the pedicure was pure bliss. Highly recommend! 💅🏻💆‍♀️

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience2 hours in shop with two girls working on my mani pedi and I had to LEAVE UNFINISHED AND PAY 200 AED with lumpy gel nail polish and no design at all AND bare toes.Unprofessional and unskilled staff.I want a REFUND.I should’ve just kept what I had. This is a management problem that needs to be addressed with proper training and in no way do I hold the sweet staff accountable. They have my number and I expect a call for refund ASAP and for it not to be taken out of her salary.

A very cool salon with a great atmosphere and professional staff! I used the hair care service, mask, massage! Very elegant care. Funds from the Kemon brand. After one procedure, the effect is immediately visible, the hair is soft, silky, well-groomed. The girl did a very cool head massage. I advise you to visit this salon.

I went to princess house for a deep cleaning facial and pedicure and it was amazinggg! I get alot of pedicures and trust me when i say it was one of the best pedicures ive ever gotten! Cute place and fast quality service. 10/10 recommend

I am an influencer who collaborated with the salon for IIFA Awards 2024, held in Abu Dhabi. Whilst it was a collaboration, I seek to write an honest experience. I got a manicure with polish and blowdry done. I loved the shaping the manicurist did, it was very elegant. My best experience was with hair, as she exceeded my expectations and gave a glossy finish to the blowdry which was absolutely fabulous!

I got my acrylics done and they are amazing! Even after 2 days, one nail broke but when I informed them, they were sweet enough to redo it. Their customer service is excellent too. Highly recommended !

Place is clean, i like it unfortunately i just did my Manicure last Wednesday and today is Friday after 2 days and 1 night my gel polish started to peel off. Im not sure if its the manicurist who didnt do well or the polish- but they have good brand of polish-Orly, have to go to my old salon and redo their job, i pay even higher than what im paying. Not worth it.

I bought a Groupon Voucher for this salon, after reading a review that dated 10 days prior to purchase, but they refused to service me, saying that they dont accept Groupon Vouchers even though their add is still on the app. The staff handling my request was rude. I wont use their service on a regular or discounted price.

By far the worst waxing experience I ever had. I did waxing for 200 aed it’s not even worth it. I still have wax in my body, and there’s still patches of hair. It was super painful and the service personnel kept apologising for the mess up.The staff was too nice to even yell at them so I left. It took around 1.30 hours that’s like the longest waxing session I ever had.I had a very bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend for waxing specifically, idk about the other services.
