I was well look after by Kritika and the rest of the team at Reverse. I had my keratin treatment done here and the stylist was very patient and attentive along with the rest of the ladies who helped dry my hair.Beautiful new salon and extremely hygienic + hospitable!I was offered me a trim after my services which Ive accepted.(My hair was not colored at Reverse)

I recently came with my wife to visit Dubai and we searched for a salon as we found good google reviews and I booked an appointment for my wife here. I booked for keratin hair treatment, facial and nail extension.. she is very happy with the services there ..as she said the staff are very professional and caring .. she loved it .. I would surely recommend this salon ..

The ladies who did my manicure and pedicure, Vidya and Rinki (not sure if I am spelling their names right), were very skilled and professional. They do a thorough consultation before starting the manicure/pedicure, to make sure that they know what you are looking for, and the mani-pedi addresses your specific requirements and issues. The services were done very well. I also got advice from them on how to maintain my nail health.

I’m really disappointed for the salonThe nail technician is well-mannered(that’s the star I gave) but I gotta go back and forth for at least 3times to fix the lifting every few daysand they charged me for the first refill and the forth time they still offered to charge regular priceJust so waste of time and does not worth it !!!!!!

Exceptional service! Loved every detailing from the minute we entered the place! Beautiful and cozy decor.. Service was beyond words, all the staff made us feel very comfortable.. I did keratin here (brand was prime bio tanix) and I’m extremely happy. My hair is still pin straight after 2 months now (naturally it is wavy and crazy and weird without keratin). I have tried many different brands of keratinin the previous years at other salons and it usually only lasts 4-5 weeks. I’m so happy I decided to do this treatment with this salon!

My visit to this newly opened salon was overwhelming as I must say that the staff is really upto the mark and welcoming.Being a mother, I was reluctant n scared to trust any new salon with my daughters hair, but trust me, Sushila and Rinku were amazing at the job, making my daughter happy to achieve the Hairdo she wanted to have 🥰On the other hand; Vidya had stunted me with her magical hands, giving me an amazingly relaxing pedicure 😌I thoroughly loved the services and the warmth of each staff.Keep up the good work, girls 👍Wishing more success to you all 💞

Spent a perfect evening at the Reverse beauty lounge with my 2 daughters and we loved it. Booking was super smooth via WhatsApp which was great as we were on holiday in Dubai and didnt have a local number. Staff was wonderful, they spoiled us and made sure we enjoyed a perfect spa experience. The beauty lounge is decorated with care to detail and the products used are high quality. Staff is skilled and made my daughters look and feel beautiful. After lots of sun and days at the beach my hair is finally feeling silky & smooth again.

I had a beautiful experience with Vidya at this place. She was so patient, I have problems to my nails and she managed to give me relief. Thank you for your kindness and for your hard work!

Really - the hotel looks very shabby from the outside and there are no windows in there and I had no expectations. I had grown out strands from a very good hairdresser in Germany. After we had a bit of communication problems, Shushila did a really great job and achieved the same whitening in a much shorter time! The haircut turned out really well too and I went home pretty happy!
