I got my nails done and a full body wax. The service was absolutely amazing, Asha and Maya were so welcoming and professional. I was there for 4 hours but hanging out with the girls made my day go by so much faster and better. If I had cash on me I would’ve left a tip, but I will definitely be back next time to see them for any service I’ll be needing while I’m in Dubai!

Roohi is a wizard when it comes to hair! She is lovely, chatty and funny but she will also make your hair look fantastic! She is my go to hairdresser because she knows exactly what I like and always does an amazing job!

I went for a facial at the Royal ReTreat Beauty and Spa located at Al Wasl Road.I had pre-booked and on the day was given a reminder call about my appointment.Greeted with a smile and making sure the precautionary measures for covid in place my temperature was checked before I go to the treatment room.To start with, my skin was analyzed and consulted by the skin specialist Wayan, and I was informed my skin is dehydrated and not dry!.So the treatment recommended was Hydra FAICAL using the Guinot products.Super happy how Wayan handled my skin with light and gentle hands.She explained the entire process step by step and the products.My skin feel super fresh, rejuvenated and light.The place is clean tidy, with professional and well trained staff.Highly recommend for other services.

Nail polish is quite bubbly after a while. Staff was good but I was priced for long hair though I am certain I have medium hair. They don’t like people coming with entertainer so that was not quite the best. Overall, it’s one time experience! Thanks..

I took a course with Paris Faraji for microblading, tattoo removal, 5 days permament makeup micropigmentation, and scalp pigmentation in january. It was so useful and exceesed my expectations. Both her and her team were so helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we had the most informative and accommodative experience. The overall experience was very useful. I was very impressed by how much care I was receieving even after the training was over. I currently live in Turkey, and traveled to Dubai for this training. Since then, Paris is always available when I have any questions or need any help. I happened visit the Royal Spa over a pampering voucher gifted to me by my best friend for my upcoming birthday. I can’t thank my bestie enough for this wonderful experience. I have had many pampering session at different locations however this was exceptional. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Maya who did my hot oil and blow dry was very concerned about my root colors. Dona my facial therapist for the “ gold facial “ was also very good and caring. I can’t recall the names of thd ladies who did my full body scrub and pedicure who were very helpful and nice as well. Can’t wait to return to Royal for more pampering sessions . If you book a massage here, make sure you ask for Wayan:) I had a Balinese massage, and I loved my therapist. She was thoughtful and I felt comfortable with her. She was in tune with my needs, using the right pressure and focusing on the knots. I was late getting to the spa, and it was closing, but Wayan stayed longer just to make sure I received the best massage. There was no overtime, she did it purely to be kind. Im usually quiet and dont like chatting, but felt at ease, and we had a lovely conversation. There was quiet time when I just wanted to relax and enjoy. Thank you Wayan, you are a star! Actually its the best hair extensions saloon ever and the lady there called Lheo she’s the best ever …. It’s my 2nd time now and my hair is healthy and extensions didn’t affect my natural hair …. I don’t recommend them at all.. they burned my skin. I did Rejuvi tattoo removal there before more than a year. My skin is still not healed & burned!! I texted on WhatsApp Paris and didn’t offer any help & last time I texted they ignored me!! I followed all the instructions & used the serum that I bought from them and I don’t even go out in the day and I stay out of the sun.

I got my massage done twice by Chie in the past two weeks and other treatments such as Moroccan bath and pedicure. Chie is amazing with her magic massage hands. She knows the knots and the tensed muscles in your body and has a great technique. So are Nana and Ella. All the services were amazing and it is one of the salons that has best value for money. The salon is clean, staff is courteous, services are excellent and price is great and the salon uses great products. What else would you want :-)

I have come from Abu Dhabi and had the microblading in 2019, it was such amazing and professional that have lasted till now!I couldnt trust any other hand to handle my eyebrows, only PON can make me happy !Today I came in to do it. It is an affordable place. I did waxing and blow dry. For the waxing, I did for my under arm (original cost: 30) it was done by Cherry, she also did my half arm waxing (original cost: 40). She doesn’t talk much, unlike to most of the service providers in most salons I have met, but that is okay because what matters is the job. She did my under arms well, but for my arms, it was a struggle, so I don’t think it is a great idea to have her wax my arms.For the blow dry, it was done by Maria, for my hair (medium length, original price: 130). I liked Maria’s work and I liked the way she cared for my hair, she gave me some advices, she talked to me from time to time. I enjoyed her company, I would recommend her for the blow dry.

I have being going to this salon since 2015 and not even for once I was disappointed in any service provided for me. Their facial is very good and their massage is the best. A top notch spa!! Today was my first time at the spa which was recommended by friends. From the minute I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had a one-hour deep tissue message with Chie who identified all my problem areas without me even telling her!! For example, she noticed that I have bad blood circulation in my legs (knee down) and she addressed this issue professionally. At the end of the session she stretched my whole body and went the extra mile! This was certainly my best massage ever!! Later I had my eyebrows done. Pon (not sure of the spelling) did an incredible job!! She is so professional! Unlike the stories that I heard from some friends about how the microbladding hurts, it didn’t hurt a bit!!! One month ago, I did the Guinot Facial with Wayan. She was excellent!! I really liked the massage part. The room where I did the facial was spacious and bright,which is good, but I prefer cozier room with soft orange lighting where I can relax. The facial itself was good for my sensitive skin. I will definitely come back to them.

Last week we visited you in the early hours with a view to enroll into your academy. It was a long drive to get there. The unfortunate thing is that we did not feel welcome at all. The associate that opened the door on receiving us was NOT at all friendly. I waited as my wife went inside to see the facility. She came of disappointed as she was not shown around, it was only 1100hrs in the morning and do not perceive any good reason she was asked to fill all details to do with age . nationality etc. Whilst we need to see if the reception was great so we enroll however it was so laid back and did not show agency in assistance, especially now that Pandemic has stricken the globe badly. Everybody is try to secure business at all costs.Please you have a guest at you door and the best thing is to let them walk away.She was ready to spend money on the training but now all in vain. I like the management to look into this as you may be losing even many customers who are potential clients.Thank you

Indu was super comfortable to be around for my Moroccan bath and gave me brilliant tips to keep myself soft and Chie helped so much with the tension on my neck, shoulders and back since i work long hours from home. A definite 5 star service. Will 100% be visiting again.

It was my first time and I did full arms and legs. There wasn’t any significant pain, no irritation, no rash. The lady was very reassuring and gentle. Now I found my own waxing place. They have different rooms for the different services, all of the ladies are accommodating and friendly. I had microneedling treatment for scars and spots at this centre. The result is amazing, its visible already from the first sessions. I was treated by Lheo, but I have to say that the whole team is professional and always updated on new technologies and techniques. I also tried semi permanent make up (eyeliner) and I am extremely satisfied about it, it really lasts a lot on me. Moreover, the balance between price and results definitely pays off. Terrible Experience, The masseuse (Ella) put her legs on me during the aroma therapy in order to give a more relaxing feel as per her. Despite repeatedly telling her to be gentle I ended up with a back and neck ache.The manicurist, Pom, was extremely rude and impatient while I was browsing through the color selectionThe hair therapist, Filipina had no clue what different products did to the hair and kept asking people around her. She did a shabby job at washing my hair and massaging the product.All in all 2/10, Definitely not recommendedMany clients at the salon were complaining too

I had a tattoo removal it’s the best. I tried others before them it wasn’t as good as miss paris she tells you what’s good for you explain everything patiently. She uses the best quality product. I recommend her for all my friends.

Went once for a Turkish bath (which was lovely), came back for the lymphatic drainage massage and left before the treatment even started. Sadly, the therapist was in a horrible mood, dismissive and very unpleasant to deal with. Shame on a nice facility.

I did the Moroccan bath with Anna and it was a wonderful experience. She pampered me and made me feel so clean and relaxed afterwards. The room was private and looked traditional. I am very pleased with this place

I have had my eyelashes done (Russian) numerous times both in Dubai, and London. Every time Ive gotten them done, my eye lashes wouldnt fall out more than usual. Although the lashes were applied well and looked decent, the lashes themselves were of VERY poor quality. My lashes fell out in clumps, my family and close friends all noticed, and it really took a toll on me :( I wouldnt recommend going here for lashes at all. The only reason why I am not rating them with one star is because the technician was kind.

Very helpful team and their technique for all types of massages including maderotherapy wooden items is very good. I tried myself madero and hot stone massage and deep tissue.I also did my hair color , manicure and pedicure, haircut , thanking each one of the therapist.

Hi ladies,I did 3 sessions of eyeliner tattoo removal with Paris. In the beginning I was so scared because eyes are very sensitive but thank God i didnt regret. It is worth the money I paid and the pain I had. My eyeliner was verryyyyyyy thick and dark. Just now all peeled offfff...No need for a fourth session even. I cried when I saw the result. I only reccommend Paris in UAE ...i tried other places guys ...she is the best i i promise. Next month I will remove my eyesbrows. Thanks Paris..You are an Artist ❤️

I had massage done by Ella, she is the best therapist for the spine, proffesional and feel the customer and i didnt stop for this treatment i also done gold facial tratment with Elaheh, it was so relaxing!Both procedures are deserved to be 5* rated and really i have relaxed, nice atmosphere and friendly staff!

Is it reasonable to be be paying 735aed for lash extensions? On average, for a Phi Russian volume type, it should amount to 200-300 aed for a set.Complete rip off and no notice of the excessive amount until I was finished and made my way to the counter. Not only that, they tried pushing other services as I was clearly upset paying for it.There is no excuse to justify paying this amount and it’s a sneaky tactic waiting until the end.Do not recommend.
