It is indeed a best parlour i would say, the staff are so friendly and are so graceful. Miss Devi did a great work in eye brow and i am really happy with it. Devi and supriya did the waxing and the whole time they made me comfortable.

Hair massage was done Ms.Devi chechi it was really nice and gentle how the mother do for children that much care she delivered it’s really appreciated. I was fortunate to meet Ms. Hira and Ms. Deni yesterday. Ms. Hira scheduled my appointment fast and effectively.Upon arrival, Hira began by doing my manicure and pedicure in which both came out to be exceptional. Ms. Deni gave me a lovely hair spa with deep moisturizing treatment, steam, and massage. She then proceeded with my facial, which was very refreshing and rejuvenating and a should massage. As I was getting my facial, Ms. Hira provided with a foot and leg massage. Both ladies blowed dried my hair and styled it very lovely. Ms. Hira threaded my eyebrows ( that not had been done in the past 2 months), beautifuly with the help of Ms. Deni. This was my first time at this salon and I already know Im going to be a regular. You will leave this salon with exceptional service and maybe learn 2 to 3 words in Hidi. I cannot wait to return back to get my hair done by these lovely ladies.

I availed few services like wash, blow dry, waxing and threading and all of them were done extremely well. Very professional yet friendly service by the staff Miss Ashwini and Miss Devi. Will hundred percent recommend.

I loved the staffs and their professionalism. Wonderful team work. However the owner is horrible. Treat the employees bad in front of the clients. She is too bossy even with the clients. Package changes accordingly to the profile she thinks we belong to. Even if she’s away she calls events minute to micromanage and it’s actually disturbing the service and the experience. Other than the owner lady and her presence service was really good :) thanks to the staffs.

Poor service. Inadequate knowledge and experience in hair treatments. I did keratin treatment with highlights. They have colored my hair and then went for keratin apply and ironing🙄 color has faded drastically. Finally highlights end up to reapplying global color. Also staff suggested not to straighten ends to appear little curly, that resulted overall looks of hair really weird. Never again.

Every visit to Royal Shahnaz Beauty Salon is always a wonderful experience. All the staff are very courteous and extremely hospitable. I was served expertly by Babitha and Soumya for my pedicure and hair coloring.

I have been visiting this salon for quite sometime now. They always have time management issues even if we go there with an appointment.Recently I had been there for 4 hours to just get waxing, manicure, eyebrows threading and pedicure. Normally the services done by Ms.Soumya and Aman are good even though they charge high and take alot of time. But this time I got my arms burnt while waxing and a cut at the time of threading. Even after notifying this to the owner, Ms. Bindu, she didnt even bother to take any action.In an other instance, while I been there for Hair spa, in between the service, Ms. Bindu turned up saying I need to pay extra charges to dry hair.They ask customers to get in and start with any of ther service and the staff disappears, they dont at all value the Customer’s time.Though above, I was satisfied with the services from Ms. Saumya and Aman all this time, but the recent incident and response from Owner leads to question the integrity of the personnel.Below additionThe parlor staff called and asked me if I could remove the review from here as asked by the owner.

I am writing this as I have experienced something just a day ago. The worst salon I have ever been to, the service isn’t professional, people there are rude, firstly their packages also keep changing every single day, before starting a service they mention price A and after the service they mention price B. There are 1000 better salons, so do your research before going here. Yesterday I had a very bad experience that I had to call the police. She was extremely rude and got verbally abusive.

Tried out the deep conditioning treatment and manicure/pedicure. The service provided was so good and relaxing, economical as well.Soumya was so professional and totally loved the massage she gave me! Thanks a lot. Will definitely be going back!

I got my facial, brows and mani pedi done here by Aman. She always gives a fabulous service making you feel comfortable. The environment is very friendly.My concern is with the owner. This time around, she kept calling Aman on the phone every 2 minutes. The phone rang continuously throughout my time here. It was too irritating when she had to talk on the phone every other minute. Aman was running around attending to multiple clients at the same time because she was overbooked without being informed. Overloaded with work, she still managed to finish everything in time.Request to the owner, please treat your employees like humans. Everybody deserves respect.Service wise this place is one of the best in Karama.

I had hair color with highlights for the first time at this salon and to be honest i am happy with the result. Rabia did a great work and she is amazing at her job. Aman and pretti were also did their best.I will definitely refer to my friends.

Although staff seemed helpful they were a bit clueless and did not know how to do the job smoothly. I went for a blow dry first time as I was in the area abruptly and needed the service. However one of the girls doing the blow dry was an amateur and my hair got stuck in her brush multiple times, once they even used a scissor to remove my hair from the machine 😰 she stopped it then. But I feel like they should have been trained better

Most of the reviews must be fake here. The ladies were clever. The owner was non welcoming and non cooperative.It was my first experience with this salon. Their website is also misleading with wrong rates.Moreover she added unwanted tax at the end of bill with no proof of tax. Most other good salon are offering rates inclusive of all taxes.Not recommended 👎

I got my hair cut today by Ms. Nazia and it has turned out absolutely fabulous. I asked for a layer cut and showed her a reference picture which she perfectly replicated. I visited for the first time , Ms aman was so damn good with detailing , her facial and massage was so good .. even tried their waxing , painless and soothing ..definitely will come again. I am sure this good service u won’t get in entire dubai

While I would love to give negative stars if possible, worst service, I got stuck for 5 hours when I took a prior appointment, kept waiting for more than 2.5 hours...they doesn not seem to be serious about their customers at all. Have wasted my entire sunday at this place, never ever will visit it again. Do go if you dont care for your time at all.

I am not sure of other services, but my hair smoothening experience was bad. Its either that the products used are low quality or inexperience of the person in this field, because of which my hair is burnt. After spending 300 for this, I again had to go for a hair cut just to retain at least the remaining hair. Next time for those who come for smoothening especially after highlights, please use good quality products. I have done hair smoothening before as well, but never has my hair been this frizzy.

I did gold facial, bleach and threading. The lady who worked on me was very courteous and professional. There is good value for money and service is great.Facial seemed very effective and bleach did not sting as it sometimes does when I have tried elsewhere.

Please do not go to this salon as I had the worst experience ever. They dont have variety of colors, didnt even have my desired shade so I went for french mani instead and paid 120 dhs and they didnt even last for more than a week. When I messaged them they made excuses and werent ready to take responsibility. Do not get deceived by the good reviews how I did !!!

Worst service ever, me and my mother visited to this parlour I don’t know what kind of cheap wax they have used, our full body has such marks and it is not going.Although we are going to file a legal case against them if it is not going in another week, because one goes to parlour for beautification and not vice -versa to become ugly.Also the Owners mother was one of the hopeless lady. Not having patience at all.Will not suggest at all.

This is my go to salon. I drive every other weekend all the way from sharjah to dubai because they have great service with reasonable prices. The staff and owner are very friendly and my experience with them has always been good. You can either call and book for an appointment or just walk in and they will still service you without keeping you waiting too long.

Small in size but big in service.got a mani pedi haircut and blowdry. Fully satisfied with the service. Nazia did a great job and staff is both courteous and accommodating. They could improve on the cleanliness though. I noted the hair brush wasnt cleaned after being used on a client and there was stray hair on the floor.

I had a haircut with them and am regretting now. They were pestering me for hair wash (for extra charge) right at the beginning, I was sure I dint need one as I had just washed my hair, so I denied. As a result, they charged me much more than a haircut should get charged in Karama where every other shop is a salon. I clearly got what they did moreover the haircut turned out to be completely non flattering on me. At least I would have been happy if it was not to be so.

My hair was coloured in patches, and only the roots were colored. The girls are so bad at their work. And rude over that! After specifying a particular amount for hair colour, the lady demanded more money after the service. I did not want to argue any more so I paid and left. Would never step this small and dirty place again

Dont even bother with this place. Went for a haircut and they went to borrow stuff , hairclips etc from the salon nearby. No social distancing protocol at all.. the owner probably doesnt use the salon herself. She should come and use it once.

I went last week for shehnaz facial but not satisfied with the result.After only 1 hour blackheads started visible even there charges showing on website are not updated.

I am extremely happy about their work.I got a haircut and it gave me an entirely new look.It was just fab.I loved it so much that I am gonna stick on to their chair now on 😃😃.

Horrible service!!!the staff there totally unprofessional chatting and on phone half the time?i was a regular customrr and the owner was sug a stingy woman she wudnt even give me discount!!and the gal who did my hair she was so good at first but ine month later she bcame just like the others horribly done spa and the way she dried my hair felt like talking tht and putting on her face!!!horrible!!
