The only reason why I’m not scoring 5 stars is because the therapist was 40 min late. While I understand that there was usual weekend traffic the spa has to schedule enough time for therapist to reach the next location on time.Claire did lymphatic drainage massage and it was great. Not very impressed by Laxmi service. She didn’t introduce herself, I asked for deep tissue and I recieved something different. Whilst she turned me over onto my back, she didn’t cover my breast and didn’t put a towel over my eyes. I was left feeling uncomfortable, naked and vulnerable.After service she asked me to leave a review at the time I just left a review because I was pressured but I’ve been left feeling abused and violated.

When I contacted them, they said it is normal for gelish to last only this long.I have been doing gelish for years now, and it has always lasted impeccably for 3 full weeks !
