I usually go here just for my eyebrows as this is the only place I trust with my eyebrows but yesterday I went for pedicure, eyebrows, hydra facial and balayage and I can honestly say it was a lovely pampering 5 hours. The services were amazing and professional, the staff are so lovely and accommodating and I felt super fresh leaving the salon! Highly recommend!

I come to Shovis religiously for my Gel Manicure & pedicure as well as sugaring bikini waxing because of their top notch service. The manager, May is great and very easy to talk to. The rest of the staff are all very sweet and do everything so well. The salon is also located centrally in JLT and easy to find. The decor is also very cute and feels welcoming. I would 100% recommend their services!

I visit saloon on 27 October 2024 for protein treatment. They do it big sections and not straight carefully after one day its get wavy and when I complain Ms. Sumaya she starts misbehaving and tell me to charge more 1000. This is so unprofessional way and very rude staff not good at all

It was my first time to visit this Salon but I swear its better than any other Salons Ive been before. First, their salon manager with the long hair is fully hands on in making sure I am having the best services from the team. Shes been very patient in answering all my queries regarding my hair and aftercare. I cant thank her enough! Alma is such a professional Hairdresser and was very careful not to damage my hair since its a special case. I love the final look as shown in the photos. Voila, their Nail Technician is so good with what shes doing. Also the brand they use are high quality I can tell. They even gave me a free foot reflexology just when I needed it the most! The staffs are very friendly and well accommodating. They even offer snacks and tea when I got hungry. Definitely recommending to yall ladies! Lastly, my boyfriend thinks Im extra gorgeous right after my Salon appointment! :) Thumbs Up and Im coming back today for whole body waxing and Hair extensions! So excited!

I went 7 months ago to this salon just for wash my hair and a hairdresser offer me a new product, as per her it was just for take off my frizz, she said that in more or less 7 months the product would be gone from my hair, now my hair still straight, i needed to cut it short, also i felt very unprofessional de hairdresser, she was very joking person, and made my hair pictures without my consent, just to promote her services, the manager made me to act like a model, she all the time asking: do like that, do it, move hair like this… it was quite annoying…now I am cutting my hair step by step to take off this awful product that she put in my hair…

The ladies from Shovi’s Beauty Lounge are very hospitable and welcoming. They all try to make you feel relaxed and serve whatever you need. The owner herself is very kind, sweet, and helpful (she even helped me pick which nail polish color is suitable for me). There are also a variety of services they offer. The place itself is nice, it also overlooks the lake. Overall, this place is where you want to be when you need to feel relaxed after a long week of work. I highly recommend them!

Samreen did a very good job with my leg wax and massage. I honestly feel so good after, and she is very sweet and nice. Omo is very good with nails, and I also super love the way she massaged my feet and hands. In total, my experience is very good, and the price is also very good.

I have been coming to SHOVI for my nails for the past 2 years and it is the best service you can dream of. The quality of their work is amazing and they are very considerate. I highly recommend OMO and ABY for your nails, they are true professionals.

Despite the kindness of the staff and the gesture of receiving a welcome gift…, I have been quite disappointed from the final results of the Protein treatment I got from the saloon.I was clear on the need to have a straight hair when they were applying the treatment so that I will not need to use the hair dryer at home afterward, and having already used the protein treatment in the past I was expecting the same.Unfortunately it is not! And I received different reasons why it is not: a) first, that I might had exposed my hair to water which was not the case, then 2) that their product uses 70% of protein or something like this… 3) and last explanation, that their product is organic and that it wasn’t support to straighten the hair but make them healthier (which I don’t see that neither) and that I should have used keratin and the other saloon where I have done the protein treatment in the past might had used other chemical products to get that results without me knowing!!!Well is such case, I would have expected to get this info when I was explicitly saying at several times that I needed my hair to be straight from the root to not use the hair dryer later on myself, which now I will end up still doing anyway after spending around 3 hours from my time to get the treatment and paying 790 dirham in total for the treatment and services + 200 for shampoo and conditioner that I had to buy the first day before seeing the 1st results.

I went to Shovi’s salon this month to have my nails and hair done. I got the protein hair treatment and I’m loving the result. I was told the smooth and frizz-free effect on my hair can last about 9 months; I hope it’ll last longer! I don’t mind dropping by this salon just to get the treatment.I’d like to commend the friendly and professional staff - Thanks Tess and Catherine!

Tried this salon for the first time for my eye lash lift.. Bahar did it and she was nice..love her.. .though the result looks natural lift, thought it was most curls.. not the result I was expecting like the one I used to have from other salon which was full curl and volume.. but looking forward to try their eye lash extension.. vrindi (if i get it right), the salon manager is very accomodating.. its nice.. hope to come back soon.

Satisfied client here! First time i visited this salon as i saw this on facebook & IG and it is definitely worth it. I came for the hair treatment. Ms. May and the hairdresser Ms. Tess as well as the other staff are so accomodating and they really focus on how are you gonna achieve the best look possible without damaging your hair. And too add to this is a very pleasant ambiance which is so cozy and relaxing. definitely 10 out of 10. Highly recommended to try and visit as they are really professional in what they do. Very bad service if I can give zero star I will , the lady who did my hair didn’t even brush it before she start and was very bad blow dry , she didn’t know how to do it right every time I told her something the manager would come and reply for her and let’s talk about how rude the manager was to start with disrespecting me and she told me we will do straightener blow dry which should mean with straightener but I discovered that she meant straight and when I asked to use the straightener because the blow dry was bad she said we will charge extra if we use the straightenerAnyway complete waste of money and will never recommend this to anyone do it at home better than the service you will get there

At first, I was amazed by how clean and neat the place is! I love that it all has a pink accent. The receptionist offered me a big smile when I came and all stuff offered me a drinks as well! The lazy named Viola did my mani- and the Sri Lankan did my pedi. I was in a bit hurry so I wasnt able to take a picture of my freshly made nails. Their work is a piece of art. In fact, I already scheduled my next appointment to them. Lol, thats how amazing the stuff and place is. 100% recommended!

Bought the deal on groupon, honestly speaking i would be really dissapointed if i had to pay full price. Not worth the money.They did mani/pedi very fast, the lady who did manicure did not even apply handcream.. the seats were not comfortable i wasnt able to relax at all, my legs and arms were in tension the whole time.Its been only 3 days and my manicure looks bad!!Will not use their services again and will not recommend to anyone..

I made appointment day before for manicure and pedicure. On arrival I needed to wait for 40 min! I think its really unprofessional especially if you had appointment! Anyway the lady was nice and pedicure was good ... But manicure was awful! Didnt like it at all ! I had gelish manicure and I think that lady just rush it ! Some of nails got bubbles! When she did my manicure I even didnt sit at table so it was kind a uncomfortable....100% not going back !

I had come in for waxing and the lady Jean refused to do the same as I had a small patch of psoriasis on my skin when the same parlor had previously done these services on me. She told me that as long as I have no problem waxing could be doneWhen I assured her I dont have an issue with waxing since Ive done it before she said she has to check with the salon if it was fine.Not a pleasant experience and definitely not worth it

My gelish manicure lasted only 1 day. You must use better base for gellish or better products. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend for mani and pedi. Of course they offer me to return back to fix the problem over the phone but I do not have a spare time to do 2 trips to the salon having on mind the fact that I was traveling the following day. If the products were aligned to the quality (mentioned bellow) and the technicians were trained well this wouldn’t happen.

I went in for a wash and blow dry and they ruined my hair beyond recognition. I usually go to a different salon twice a week for a wash and dry service and decided to try this place. The girl was unlicensed and lied after she ruined my hair so bad that you couldn’t get a brush through it. It all had to be cut out. This place is absolutely despicable. BEWARE of you are attached to your hair. 😰

I was in this salon on my vacation in Dubai and I loved the place and the attention. They work on the nails and hair super well and the best of all is that the owner speaks Spanish, I felt very identified. I recommend it😀
