Ladies, such a terrible experience with parking. Security did not open for me parking, telling me that is full. I told him that usually there are a lot free parkings. But he sent me to paid parking. I checked the B2 level , there were 3 empty parking slots. But admins of salon did not react. So at the end of procedures I was forced to pay 60 aed for 3 hours of parking! And it’s so pity to pay knowing that they had free parking but just was lazy to check and Ignored my request… no more visits there

The materials they use are very bad. My nails started to break within 1 week and the nail polish colors started to peel off. They said they made letter gels but they charged extra for it and everything is unnecessarily expensive. I mean, you can get better service elsewhere for the money you will pay. A lady named Umida did my nails, I didnt like the shape or quality of the nails and they said they would give me a 7-day guarantee, as if we were buying something from a store, maybe they know what they are doing so they dont take responsibility

Terrible and unrelaxing experience. Rude and unwelcoming staff. Hair wash was uncomfortable, no scalp massage and lots of water in my ears. No heat defence used and the hair dresser was pulling with the scissors that was taking hair out of my roots. Finally, I was left in the chair at the end of my hair cut and had to find my way out of the salon. The hair cut was nice but not worth the damage to my hair and my experience. I have sent my feedback to the link they gave me at the salon.

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I went in for a hair treatment & haircut ,and they didnt listen for what I WANTED. I asked for an expert advice, she promised for smth and she didnt deliver what she promised. The hairdresser was unbelievably rude, and just did whatever she wanted. After cutting my hair, she even said it looked *ugly* on me! I was in total shock.When I complained, they REFUSED to fix their horrible mess or even say sorry. I was crying and had to rush to another salon to save what was left of my hair. They didn’t care at all and showed zero respect or responsibility. At the end they said come after two weeks we will fix it with 15% discount!!! For another treatment or haircut. Plus unresponsive to my WhatsApp inquiries and complaints.If you love your hair, STAY FAR AWAY from this place! They don’t deserve to be in business!

Im writing to make a complaint about the absolutely dreadful experience I had with one of your masters, Mery, during my recent nail extension appointment. Her behavior was nothing short of appalling—she was rude, aggressive, and treated me like she was doing me a massive favor just by doing her job.Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly accused me of not helping her place my nails properly, as if I was supposed to magically understand her constantly changing technique. Her attitude made me incredibly uncomfortable, as if she was fed up with her job and taking it out on me.For the AED 582 I paid, I expected a far better service, nicer coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere—something I could easily find at other salons like It’s Beauty Salon or Pro Nails Dxb. Instead, I had the worst experience imaginable. I was so close to walking out mid-appointment, but your manager and reception staff were nowhere to be found when I wanted to complain.Merys rolling eyes, heavy sighs, and overall rude demeanor left me feeling utterly disrespected. This is not how you treat paying customers!!

Went to get manicure and pedicure done on 15 July 2024, master Kamilla who was doing my pedicure said I have toe nail fungus. I said it looks like a bruise to me. She insisted it’s fungus, she tried to upsell me to their podologist services which I refused and I said I will go to hospital and get it checked with doctor as it will be covered by insurance but for their podologist I will have to pay out of pocket. Kamilla started talk to me in disrespectful manner calling me “dear” («дорогая моя») saying things like “it’s not something that being treated at the hospital, they will just cut off your entire nail” and “what kind of insurance even covers THAT”. LolAnyhow I booked doctor appointment that was fully covered by my insurance. Doctor also said it looks like a bruise to her but agreed to do the tests (also fully covered by my insurance). Results came back and I have no toenail fungus, while I was waiting for results my bruised toenail part just grew out.This lady wasted lots of my time just because she just wanted to upsell me their extra services, she made up problem that doesn’t exist.Attaching my test results for your reference. I will not return to this salon just because of this situation, manicure was ok.

I don t recomand this salon for eyelash extensions, i payed 399 AED for 4 D eyelash, she put 6-7 tufts of eyelashes per each eye, and when this few tufts falled, i was bald, no eyelash . After 6 days my left eye was no extensions, she didn t pup one by one, she put few tufts! Very expensive for nothing! Whey charge 5% more if you pay card, and they not give me any invoice when I payed cash!

I tried the salon few times, I did lashes, nails plus the titanium braces for nails. Until now I can’t see any deference. The metal part got off two times and each time I have to go back to salon to fix it. Last time the receptionist wasn’t happy to let me go without paying however it wasn’t my mistake and they have to fix it for me. I wasn’t happy with her attitude. Most of the team don’t speak English and in general they are not as friendly as they should be with ppl with different nationalities

My second time in the salon doing lash extension was very disappointing, after only one week of getting a full fresh new set of lashes, I had very few lashes left especially in my left eyelash. It was shocking to see so many lashes fall even from the first day. I know I took as much care as I could with the lashes and knowing the first time I did lashes there I had them for a month with minimal fallBut the worst part is their customer service, when I went to make a new appointment and told them about my experience, the lady completely ignored my feedback about my experience, I would have been happy with at least and apology but they could not care less to check at least who was the master that did the terrible lashes to at least try to correct the issue in the futureCustomer experience overall is terrible, if you want to feel frustrated and pay for it too, go make an appointment at this salon😅

I booked the appointment for a pedicure, however, while booking I was not informed that there are male staff, and even when I arrived to my appointment, the receptionist saw I was visibly covered with my hijab, yet they continued to put me with the male technician, even the technician was surprised and very apologetic, and when I informed them that I needed a female not male, they said you confirmed the appointment and saw the name and photo on the confirmation message, however they did not explain whatsoever that the technician is male, hence the photo, because if I was told beforehand I would not have booked at all. The way they dealt with my concern was very unprofessional.

The materials used during my appointment caused significant discomfort, particularly the wrong used, which I believe to be of extremely poor quality. The technician applied an excessive amount of adhesive, causing it to enter my eyes. This not only resulted in extreme pain but also in an adverse reaction.Upon seeing my distress and the unsatisfactory state of my lashes, when I was discussing with manager (the mager try to help me she was so respectful and kind but that will not change the situation ) she was referred to Natalia, who attempted to rectify the situation coz the lashes not put it well really when I look to my self to mirror I shocked she did foxy with dolly with wispy with I don’t know wich style and everyone acknowledged that .Although Natalia used a higher-quality glow and did her best to fill the gaps, the initial application was so poor that she was unable to achieve satisfactory results.I have been unable to sleep due to the pain and discomfort caused by the adhesive. I am currently waiting for morning to see a doctor. It is utterly shameful that a customer should suffer such severe discomfort due to substandard materials and services.When I inquired about using a different glow, I was informed that the other option was unavailable, leaving me with the inferior product that caused an infection and intense pain. Despite informing your staff that this was my first visit and requesting the best possible service, I was provided with the worst.Even though I was given a discount after the damage was done, this is not a matter of money but of the quality of service and customer care it’s not healthy material,I am writing this in extreme pain to emphasize that customers deserve excellent service and appropriate care. It is deeply concerning how such poor treatment can be considered acceptable.really it is nightmare I will bring my medical report I will advise everyone to dont go and do it.really it’s shame

I have been to this place for a while now; staff is friendly and courteous. But I have been disappointed in the quality of the gelish manicures the last 2 times I’ve been there. The nails are uneven and bulky in some areas. I’m not sure what’s happening; it seems their new staff are not as qualified; it seems they are not taking their time to do a good job. I’m disappointed because I really liked this salon!

I was afraid it was going to look very unnatural, so when I was coming I made sure to tell her that I want my lashes to be as natural as possible and she did the job perfectly! She was very kind in the beginning explaining to me all of the things I needed to know about the procedure as again, that was my first time, and later one she was checking on me to see how I feel and if everything was okay. I will definitely come back to perhaps try out something more bold, buy for the first lashes I am IN LOVE

I do my nails every 3 weeks here and I was happy, was tryin eyebrows once and was not happy with result. Today I came for my nails and after waiting 25min the girl on reception was asking to wait 15 min more because she did not see message, which master send her that she will be late. They she was asking will you wait or rebook? No sorry, no apology, nothing. And it is not first time, last time they put wrong timing, and instead to say”sorry” they started to search who was on duty that time, but it doesn’t make me feel better.I was happy with my nail always when I came , but I have to looking for new place

Alesia Bazdyreva is one of the best specialists I had a pleasure to work with. She does eye lamination very professionally and it lasts long. Also the product she uses is very smooth and makes the eyelashes stronger. If you need your eyelashes done, I can definitely recommend Alesia as one of the top professionals.

Master Raya was recommended as a top master when I signed up. Its hard for me to confirm this. She does everything quickly: a pedicure in 1.5 hours. But at the same time it hurts, my skin aches now, because she cuts with the device at a very high speed and not carefully.

I would not recommend going to this salon. I asked the brow master to tint my eyebrows fair but I ended up with dark brown ones. The technicians kept whispering something between each other and the room was pretty stuffed, there was no personal space. The eyebrow master did not even bother about disinfecting the surface of the face before starting the procedure. I was completely disappointed.

This is my first time to color my hair since 5 years. And i wanted to change from natural ash to blond, i felt very scared to do so as my hair is thin and soft and i already had very bad experience with bleaching, However after seeing what she did to my hair i can say it was a huge transformation , she has exceeded my expectations in all way possible and i highly recommend her to people who are reluctant like me.I believe she is one of the best colorists in UAE.

Well any place starts with the reception .. I informed over the phone that I am a new client.. but unfortunately didn’t get extra details from the ladies ..- location is easy to find - but not easy to get out of the parking .. without a parking card or code ..- after 30 min waiting I was asked what’s my name and which services I am booked for… isn’t it amazing?- don’t be surprised to pay extra 5% if you pay by card ..- while paying - I told the lady that they should inform at least new clients while making the booking - the reply was “you should have asked”..Removing 2 stars for the above attitude..All the masters were great -Angelina trimmed my hair and gave professional advice what and how to take care of my hair.Nika & Victor did my nails very good and also got advice from Victor on nails ..

They don’t speak English. It’s difficult to communicate with the hairdresser. They have a really bad organisation, I made my appointment but at the salon the hairdresser didn’t know which service I wanted. Also managers should be attentive to the personal hygiene of the hairdresser to avoid bad smells.

I came to Shakirovna few times, I really wanted to be regular costumer , cause some masters are very good, and I sent minimum 5 people to that saloon. But how I was treated starting from reception, never hi or bay, also always paying different amount when it comes to pay, they may just assign you for top master which is more expensive I didn’t informed in advance, paying extra 5 % if I pay by card its reducidlas.(simple because they show price without 5 % and if only cash you don’t pay that, like street business)But the final was when I did pedicure and I got my nails wavy covered I told them about and was very disappointed.They texted me in a very careless manner, even when I came to saloon, take it or leave it, no apologies not working on costumer satisfaction. Again shame, you have good masters but management and reception is really bad.So concerned about vats, how about costumer services and what I wrote apart from that ? You very careless for your costumers , I’d never recommend anyone

Good beauty salon, put difficult to find parking and location

Went to podiatrist Julia to put braces several times. After last time that she put the brace, the same day it completely fall off. I wrote to her and sent a photo. She replied, that I need to come again to re-do it. I am coming specifically for this from business bay and it cost 130 AED both ways, not talking that I need to spend a lot of time again just to “re-do it”. I was not happy that I had to find time in my busy schedule to come all the way again. I asked her if they would compensate me money for taxi then, she replied that she would. I arrived second time, after fixing it, not a word about compensation. Only question where exactly I live in business bay and why I don’t take subway here. Don’t think I have to explain myself on what means of transportation I choose due to distance and why, just provide good service where it doesn’t fall off. Will look for another specialist with integrity.

I love the staff and my stylists, and all the work they do for me.but booking experience is difficult, when you ask to change the date or amend something it’s very complicated and the booking team will not understand your request, although it has been clearly specified. This makes you feel like you are begging to get their service, rather than like a wanted customer.

I come here for lashes and nails. Lashes normally last 3 weeks but somehow the result is never what I expect. I always ask for classic volume (190AED) and end up with a lot more than I asked and obviously they charge more (300AED)........

But my third time was really bad and frustrating the staff at the reception need to be train how to behave with and front of the costumer, otherwise you need to be (Russian) to get a better service From theme !! , True that you have a professional staff doing nails ! Lady that was doing my nails was very kind but she was keep pushing me to do ombré even when I didn’t want to ,but finally I agreed because she didn’t speak English so she did not understand me. She did not informed me that this costs 50 dirhams more. Nails are done very bad. I can see the dots on my ombré. I also payed 20 dirham more for removal of my last nails that I didn’t even had!! I said at the reception but no one cares. I came back after 5 minutes to ask if they can repair at least one nail that looks bad, the lady said that they have only one gel which can’t cover my nail. I was promoting this salon to all of my friends but NEVER again! I had really bad experience and I’ll not come back there anymore

I had my manicure done by Tata. Although quality of work was good, I havent got what I asked for and in fact whatever I was asking for she made sound like something impossible - Iength, shape, color etc. All this has been accompanied with 1h of complains about my nails. So I left very disappointed. I found her very rude and and definetely wont come back again. Interesting enough, different salon at Marina did exactly what I asked for without any issues.

My technicians who are doing manicure, pedicure and eyelashes are wonderful, long time I’m going to the same ladies. But the receptionists are terrible and rude. I had appointment at one time, I came and no one didn’t inform me that there is other client. I wasted my time only…. Whatever I want to book - my technician is not available, how come…. I’m checking on Instagram and figure out that they have a time for me…. Wonderful! I wanna recommend this salon but really shame to do it because of unprofessional reception staff…..
