Usually they say if you don’t like better be silence than to spread “negativity”, or to write only positive feedbacks etc,but in this case I cannot stay silence.First time I visited this saloon and I asked kindly when I made an appointment to provide me the best specialist.It’s the worst manicure I experienced to have until now.I am very disappointed and The way it breaks and peels makes me feeling bad :( I cant get another manicure - because its too much filing and damages the nail to the max.

I went in for a manicure and this is what I leave with. It was so bad that even 3 hours later and it still hurts. Instead of leaving the salon with clean and nice nails I left with an injury. It will most probably get infected by tomorrow. This is the last time I’m coming to this salon. Cecilia was the nail therapist and instead of acknowledging that she didn’t know how to do it, she said my skin is too thin as if I’ve never gotten my nails done before.

I had the BEST experience at this salon. Called in while walking through Dubai mall, not only was the receptionist kind, funny and beautiful but accommodated me very quickly. I got in that day with an appointment with Ethel for hair and she did the best job! I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed and I have never been so pleased with a hair cut! She did a fantastic job. I then made a second appointment for waxing who I was treated by a lovely girl named Eshwari. When I say that this girl is THE BEST at waxing, I do not mean this lightly! Not only was I left perfectly hairless but I did not feel a thing!! It was painless and I can be a baby! All in all a fantastic experience and I will be returning in a heartbeat to see these amazing girls again and to soak up the tranquil, relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Thank you girls ❤️

Had a BIAB refill here• For 100$ I got worst shape of my nails I ever had• Damaged cuticles• Every nail on my hand looks different - one thing they have in common is they look like little shovels, so I can go gardening now yey

Excellent eyebrow threading done by Sheila. She was very nice and did a wonderful job. I will always get my eyebrows done here from now on. The spa is also very clean, good atmosphere and friendly staff at reception.

My experience was totally amazing! Ms.Padma a hairstylist with years of experience did a wonderful job. She is indeed talented in what she does. She got me the exact hair color which i needed and amazed me by the results. She even worked extra hours just to complete my hair coloring and she was handling it with lots of patience. This salon is truly recommended specially for hair go to Ms.Padma!

This was my 3rd time going to the sisters beauty salon at Dubai Mall for a wax and i had the best service once again. the staff are always so friendly and you can use your platinum card too for a discount if you have one. will always be using this place as i know i will always get the friendliest staff and best service. couldn’t recommend enough

Prameela is an absolute delight and super professional. I have got facial with her multiple times. She goes above and beyond to make sure your skin looks amazing. You can never go wrong with her! Much recommended!!!Carolina is my to go nails professional. She is very patient and nice. She makes sure you will get the exact shape and color you want. I do recommend her!!!

Go to place for when I am in dubai! Had bramila today for waxing and she was so kind and gentle with my sensitive skin. Even gave me advice on some facials I should do which I will definitely try when I come back to Dubai!

I had a fantastic experience today! From the moment I sat down for my hair wash, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. The stylist took her time and gave me a soothing head massage that was a great start. Afterward, I had my haircut and blow dry with Sanaa, who understood exactly what I wanted. She listened carefully, and the results were perfect! I couldn’t be happier with the service—Sanaa was professional and skilled. Thank you!

I came for a BIAB refill and was extremely disappointed. As someone who has had BIAB for a long time I realised quite quickly this salon doesn’t know how to apply it correctly. Rather than applying one layer with a detailer brush, the technician was applying multiple layers and filing it down. This ofxourse this left a very uneven finish. I tried to raise this with her however she was very dismissive of me and said it was because I was not letting my nails dry long enough, despite the fact that I would only remove them from the light when she told me to. The technician also damaged my cuticles and filed so hard into my nail bed that it was overall a very painful and unpleasant experience.

The absolute worst BIAB manicure in Dubai!I paid 285aed and wasted 2 hours for the worst experience ever.The technician was polite (Makhboub was her name) but had no idea what she was doing from the beginning until the end. I have been getting for the last 3 years Russian manicure in another salon but unfortunately my technician left the country and I always wanted to try Sisters Beauty Salon.The result is nails with a rough surface, different length and not properly polished. The technician kept asking me every second to check if I liked what she was doing but after explaining what she was doing was not good enough I stopped correcting her, Im sorry but I cannot spend two hours explaining her how to do her job.I showed the result to the lady in the reception explaining my disappointment and although she agreed that the result is bad instead of not letting me pay or give a discount she proceeded with the payment and asked if I have time to come back tomorrow and do my nails from the beginning as if I have another two hours to waste.Extremely poor service from A to Z!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Sisters salon for several years now. Recently, however, I have observed the service quality at the salon significantly decline. My latest experience proved my doubts correct.I initially booked an appointment for a gel French manicure and was assigned the technician named Analiza. Halfway through the manicure, I expressed to her my disappointment with the way the nails were turning out and she immediately got defensive trying to absolve herself of blame. When asked to redo them she said I would have to pay to remove the gel again and gave me rude and snappy responses. The lady refused to cooperate and oblige to my wishes. She then gave me only the option to paint over all the nails with a single color - which she did in a hurried, messy way.The lack of professionalism visible in the staff at sister now has completely put me off the salon and I will not be returning back there again. This has also not been my first bad experience but never have I experienced behavior this unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up having to pay for nails I did not even want and to have the rest of my day ruined. There are too many incredible salons in Dubai to tolerate being treated this way. I will take my business elsewhere, thank you.

Quite disappointed. I got a gel manicure 10 days ago and it already started chipping after 7 days. I called to try to explain the situation, knowing gel should not chip away at least before 2 weeks but got no solution.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Padma! She was incredibly attentive, making sure to listen carefully to what I wanted and offering helpful suggestions along the way. Not only was she skilled, but she also made me feel comfortable and pampered throughout the process. I was very well looked after by Sheila B and Marifer. Best set of nails Ive had in a while and staff are friendly and welcoming. It would have been 5stars but I didn’t think I received what I paid for, for my wash and XXXL blow dry (far more expensive than the average salon), it was a less than average blow dry that did not last more than a few hours sadly, it was certainly not XXXL as advertised….no rollers, no heat protection….disappointing.Other than that the service was great. Would recommend!

Ni Wayan Is the best she is really professional and knows what she’s doing if you looking for massage don’t hesitate to choose her .

Blow dry is really nice and the hair wash was thorough and relaxing. Staff are nice an attentive. However, the prices are high compared to other places therefore I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5

Over priced poor service, They charged me for basic haircuts and wash for 395 Dirham did not even dry my hair nor cleaned the the hair from face and clothes felt that they ripped me off. She didn’t know what she was doing she was far from hair stylist very rude unprofessional Soo disappointed will never come nor recommend to any one you guys don’t even deserve even one star. If had the chance I will sue and get my money back from you!!

Totally disappointed with the results of what was supposed to be a hair balayage which left my hair damaged at the ends way more than just split ends ..I trusted the method used and what the hairdresser advised me to do, but the result was nothing like we agreed on. I called and went back to sew what solutions they can offer, the management just sat me down with the same hairdresser (without even trying to mediate or understand what went wrong) who argued with me about the result and how this “it’s gonna get lighter with straightener and wash” and we agreed that I come back in 2 days to correct the color. Although I agreed at the time, I realized I do not trust having this fixed or the proposals made by the salon after not getting it right from the first time. This very costly visit left me with an all burnt up ends, uneven very light and streaky highlights in many parts of not the color I asked for and agreed on. Of course I got the “your hair did’t accept the color” argument, but a more experienced professional would have done a sample test before to be sure you’d think! Definitely not worth the price, definitely not going back again to this salon.

Worst Experience on blonde hair ,Am from England had Micro lights with Elah only to walk out with damaged and broken hair its a few weeks now I paid so much to only walkOut with damage hair after, a few washers I realised, this was so Unprofessionally done, I wouldnt never recommend sisters after ? I was i told she is the best Colourist. I am not happy, do not go to sisters for hair Colour, sisters has lost the quality of their services all I needed was a natural look; I can never travel and do my lights in Dubai after this horrible experience, and also her attitude wasnt the best she needs education Am posting this the second time . Dont trust this place, they only care about how much you going to pay, Not the quality on the service. DONT delete my review post it .

I got my hair colored about a week ago now it was dry and damaged as I live in London and don’t use much conditioner .But Mrs Padma worked her magic on my hair with her technique and recommended me to do caviar treatment to improve the texture of my dry frizzy hairThe color looked stunning and my hair feels soft and healthy nowThank you padma for good hair days

Absolutely disgusted with what people will do to make some money. I booked online for a medium blowdry (140 AED) since I consider my hair medium length and the site contains no guidelines. I was charged for the extra long hair blowdry and was charged extra for getting the master stylist or creative stylist (i suppose) who I never asked or requested for. For reference my hair goes down to my mid back. Their version of blow drying my hair was completely drying it then curling it and then I was told I was charged for the blow dry and curls while the stylist told me that’s part of the blowdry. Never ever going back.

Amazing service and treatment. For the ladies who dont wear/want nails polish I would recommend the Japanese nail treatment and they do there absolute best for the pedicure 11/10

My review went from 5* to 1*...Id gotten eyelashes extensions done from a salon overseas and unfortunately had a bad reaction.2 weeks later I thought Id give them another go as it wasnt the first Id had lash extensions, so I thought that maybe it was just a one time reaction.I spoke in detail with the front desk and the technician at Sisters Beauty Lounge.Both were extremely positive and listened well to my needs.After getting my old eyelashes removed and getting a new set, hours later I got the same reaction.I went back to the Salon to get my lashes removed.I now spoke to a different lady at the front desk as the previous one had gone home.I had requested to see if I could maybe get a partial refund or return 1 of the 2 sealed eyelash serums I had purchased earlier as I was extremely upset with the reaction to my eyes.The lady at the front desk said that there was no Manager on duty and that shell be in first thing in the morning and that shell give me a call at 10am... 3 weeks later I am still waiting!The whole experience ended badly after taking down my phone number AND my email address, and no-one had the decency or professionalism to contact me to at least see if I was ok!You took nearly $450 from me and didnt even bother with a follow-up courtesy call!I was staying at the Palace Downtown Hotel right next to your store in the Mall. I did think many times to come by and speak to someone but just the lack of professionalism on your part has left me in disbelief.I, myself am a Microblading Artist and I would never dream of abandoning my client if they needed me!

That was the worst reception experience Ive ever had. Before even knowing what I wanted, the receptionist asked rudely if I had an appointment and insisted that an appointment was necessary before they could help me. They didnt give me a chance to explain if I wanted to book a service or simply ask for information. Attention to small details like this makes a big difference.

We had our brows done and tinted by Ni Wayan and her work is beyond exceptional. She has a keen eye for detail and is such a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend her services!

I’m not someone who’s easily impressed by technicians and have been disappointed so many times before - but not this time. Thank you to the Sisters ladies, and an even bigger thanks and love to Wayan. You’ll be seeing me again and again from now on.

The service was great but unfortunately my daughter’s acrylic nails did not last more than a few hours before one came off. I am too far away to go back and get it fixed.

Tried to return a product I bought a week prior (in the allotted return timeline) and first was told I had to wait for other customers who had come after me to process their transactions first since returns take too long and then when finally served, I was told I couldnt receive my refund with the same payment method (credit card) and instead was given cash which is a huge inconvenience since Im a tourist on the way out of the country. If you can purchase with a credit card, you should be refunded in the same way. Any other way is very sketchy.

Makhuba did a wonderful manicure on my very weak and damaged nails. She saved the look of my nails and evened out my broken nails to have a beautiful shape! Love the natural look too :) Absolutely lovely service and great location, definitely coming back☺️

I had the worst traumatic experience, i visited the salon for nail extension and pedicure, the pedicure was ok, the nail extension after only one day the nails started falling off like they were glued with paper glue.. i had business meetings and could not show up myself like that so went back to salon to get them fixed, the lady kept filing my nails unsuccessfully (she wasn’t doing it properly) that let my nails very thin and hurt destroyed, the next day on my sleep 2 nails fell off again…. Really guys if you are not able to do nail extensions stick to manicures… i have been wearing nail extensions for more than 15 years and this has never happened to me before….

First time coming here today and got Rose she is wonderful and professional and does a great job I highly recommend getting her . While waiting I was greeted by staff and sat by a coffee bar while waiting for Rose I had coffee and biscuits . Clean but expensive for nails it cost me $90 US dollars ! Back home in the states it’s only $30 !!!

My nails looked fantastic today, I did manicure with pichy and pedicure with rowena they where both the best and the best part is that they where smiling and where happy during my whole treatment . Highly recommend them both !

I had my waxing done with beautiful Eshwari today, honestly she is AMAZING , she is such a radiant therapist I’ve come across in the UAE. Definitely an asset to sister’s beauty lounge. She is super gentle & precise with her work. The best waxing I’ve ever done in my life. I m so happy finally I have my go to person.

Starting from the service is perfect and sheila is so polite I removed gel polish, clean and Gel polishThe worst products ever! I put very light glittry pink after one day only one day! The gel was cracked and fell there’s was a gap between the nail and the color and the pink glitter changed to be blackDisaster products!!!I called them they rebook for me again but I believe it’s my last time

The place is pricey for less service. Going by the reviews as one of the best salons as per Google I decided to try the place I had booked for a root touch up and a shine treatment. However the stylist kept pushing me to do the moisture treatment, which was priced more than the shine treatment. I went with her choice and I dont see any difference in my hair. No shine and still dull! Moreover blow dry is a separate charge which I didnt opt for. The salon is spacious and well decorated. But they really need to work on their prices, and give more value for the packages!

I went to the sisters lounge for the first time and had an amazing experience with Pabma she did my hair style exactly how I wanted and she is very welcoming. Will be back again.

I was there today and had my nails done,it was my first time there and I don’t regret giving them a try😍😍. I loved the way the ladies were professional and welcoming.

The worst experience I ever had. It has a very unprofessional attitude and the worst gelish pedicure ever. The pedicure was bumpy and fell off after two weeks, destroying my nails.

The base was amazing but the frensh wasn’t the best tbh , it wasn’t specific and different shapes for all nails .

Unfortunately, not good experience again. The girls just brushing nails like painting a wall - without paying attention to the form and shape of the nail. Eventually the overall nail with polish looks in waves. Also, edges not made properly. That’s all besides the pain while removing polish and besides the fact that you always have to check the shape and correct the girls where to file more to make it equal. Too much work and not enjoyable results in the end. Will not come anymore, enough was 3 times with no perfect results.P.S the stuff themselves are very good people, nice and friendly. But sad enough, they can’t do good manicure

They charge you very high .did blowdry for medium hair paid almost 200aed. when I asked abt y so much price for blow dry they will put you down by saying in dubai nothing for free.customer service is poor.wont recommend

One of the best places to pamper yourself. I love how Sonia take care of my hair. I like their padi and mani treatments. They follow the highest procedures of being clean. They accept saada card for discount. Although the prices are high.

Got my nails done by Makhabouba, she’s very detail oriented, gave good suggestions, and listened carefully to what I wanted and tried her best to make every single detail perfect. She’s also very sweet and attentive, I highly recommend her!!The spa itself has a bit of a chaotic and loud atmosphere, a bit difficult to relax, but convenient as it’s located in the mall.

Annie did a Very nice job with cutting my daughter’s hair and with the blow dry. It was absolutely perfect. Carolina also did amazing on my nails. The receptionist was the sweetest as well. Honestly the entire staff was fantastic! Lovely service at sister’s beauty salon!

I do not recommend this salon for nail services, the master damaged my nail plate by removing the covering, two nails have redness and it does not go away. I feel pain and see the marks from the nail machine, extremely disappointed and upset for this experience!

It was my first time in Dubai to attend my Brothers wedding. I really need new hair color and get my nails folish.i went to Sisters Beauty Lounge just to try if they have available time for me since i only walked inn. Luckily the very accomodating staff in the recieving area is very helpful with everything. She fix my hair expertise lady and nail expertise right away. They were all kind and they did an excellent jobb. Definitely i will come back on my next visit to Dubai.

I visited Dubai Mall salon for lash extensions. My birthday was coming, so I wanted to pump up my looks a littlebit before that. Everything looked nice when I left the salon after service. It was little uncomfortable but since I have had lashes many times in my life before, I knew its normal to feel like that if you havent had them for a while. Everything started when I arrived home: itchyness, pain and at one point I could not close my eye anymore. I am currently up at night and trying to pull out the ones that hurt the most. Most of my lashes are completely without extensions and the ones that I have, are way too close to the skin, so it itches, burns and causes pain when i close my eyes. I had nice experience before in Sisters Lounge with my hair and had expectations for lashes as well. Also, I was ready to pay 475dhs for QUALITY and appearance. I did not get quality, my eyes are messed up and I payed for ruining my birthday.Big lumps like in the picture are falling out of my lashes. My own ones ara damaged for a looong time.

I usually have a pleasant experience but not during my last visit. I paid the services with a sisters voucher. The receptionist miscalculated the total according to her and wrote the wrong carrying balance on the voucher at check out. After 15-20minutes she called apologising and told me that the remaining balance was half of what she wrote. I booked another appointment a week later to clear the balance. After the treatment, the same receptionist told me: the voucher is empty and you own money fur the previous service, without showing any receipt of proof. She then lied about calling me and telling me to come back and settle the payment. A receipt should shears to be handled to the customer

Padma is amazing!! She did my hair color, treatment, and haircut, as well as a blow dry and made me feel like a royalty. She’s extremely professional and provides top notch customer service and expert opinion on everything related to hair styling and hair care. I love her and will definitely be coming back for some hair love by her!

Probably one of the worst experiences ever, I came in for a classic manicure + pedicure. My appointment was at 4 pm I was admitted 15-20 mins later, not only that the worker who was doing my nails ended up shaping my nails very different from one another. I went here because the reviews made it seem like a good place, maybe it is good compared to some ppl who are visiting from poor countries but it is one of the worst salons I’ve been too anywhere in the world. Takes 3 hours for the most simple basic set, they have very cheap, out dated tools and equipment and the polish colours are cheap, clumpy and old. On top of all that it’s over priced. I paid double or triple what it should have been worth just because it’s located in Dubai mall. Avoid here if you don’t have a lot of time to waste and you care about your nails

The girls were lovely. My pedicure and gel builder application manicure were great, so relaxing and they are both excellent. My lashes were removed and a new set applied, my right eye was swollen for two days after and now 4 days later the lashes have nearly all gone. I have had my lashes on for the last 8 years, I have not ever had them just ‘fall off’. Very very disappointed in the lash job Lita did and they were horrendously expensive. There will be better places for lashes I would avoid this business. As a beauty business owner for 35 years I would never ever have permitted my staff to do such a dreadful job of lashes on a client.

Went in for a consultation. (My highlights that I had gotten over a year ago from a different salon had come out so roots were my natural dark color and mid length and ends were the highlights which had also faded away). Wanted to get a nice chocolate full head color done. Hairstylist told me she cant guarantee Ill get the exact same color as the reference images I had shown but will do her best. She suggested we add a few highlights to give more dimension and depth. I asked for the quotation of the entire thing and we head out to the receptionist to get a quotation. The hairstylist said client wants a full color and Ill add some foils for a few highlights so she wants a quotation receptionist said are you doing the whole head? Stylist said color on all hair and then a few highlights so I dont know what youll have to put in the system receptionist then proceeds to add what shes been told and quotes me AED 780. Tells me blow dry charges are seperate, I said no blow dry and went ahead and booked my appointment for a few days later. I reach for my appointment and my hairstylist shows me where shes going to add my highlights (on my curtain bangs) when she starts coloring my hair, she adds 2 foils on my curtain bangs and then adds 2 more foils on each side of my face, next to my ears. A total of 6 foils so not even half head. She adds the color and eventually washes my hair. When shes done washing my hair, she asks if I want a blow dry and curls so I ask her for a quotation. She speaks to the receptionist (different from the day I booked my appointment) comes back and tells me with the blow dry and curls my charges would be AED 2,200. Im shocked and say I was quoted AED 780, why has the price gone up so much. Hairstylist is baffled at what I said(even though she was standing next to the receptionist when I was given the initial quotation). She goes on to say we did full color, highlights and toner. It cant be AED 780. You have extra long hair. (My hair was open the day I got my quotation) I said well we discussed full color and a few highlights and receptionist said AED 780, youve added on toner without discussing with me, but Im sure toner alone isnt AED 1,000 so why is the price still so much. And she said I dont know what to tell you, this is the price. I said can you bring me a break down of the pricing. I then quickly opened the services on the website and I saw the charges for regular hair color are cheaper than the non ammonia hair color. I wasnt informed there are two options and I wasnt informed which one I was getting. When the stylist brought the break down, I was being charged the non ammonia color and I was being charged for half head highlights even though the highlights I got were less than half head. While my stylist was applying my color, she and I got to talking and she had mentioned shes only been at the salon one week. I think she or the receptionist had a miscommunication error hence quoting me a completely different price but I also feel like the stylist and receptionist should have informed me they have two different hair dyes and the pricing for both are different. I went in for an almost AED 800 service and ended up paying AED 1,800 because the initial receptionist who quoted me wasnt present and the hairstylist refused to admit what I was quoted. Extremely unprofessional on the salons part. On top of all that, I didnt even get the color I wanted, my hair is still just as dark minus the 6 highlights she added and when I raised that concern, the stylist told me its going to lighten a lot after my first wash. (Im not from UAE and was traveling the day I got my hair done so didnt have the option to wait and see if hair would lighten. I had mentioned to the stylist where Im from and that Im flying out). She said if after the wash it isnt light you can come back and Ill fix it. I was like but Im leaving so no, I cant come back. Waste of money, waste of time and unnecessary damage to my hair since I didnt even get what I wanted.

I have been doing my pedicure with Jocelyn in Dubai Mall for a couple of months already. She is one of the best technicians I have ever met (been in DXB for a long long time). And to be honest, she is the only reason why I go to Dubai Mall brunch.

I advise you all to avoid this branch at all costs and pay attention to the negative reviews, which I deeply regret not doing.As a regular customer, I chose this branch for convenience, but I was let down from the start. During the consultation for a toner, the stylist seemed rushed and inattentive. To make matters worse, despite waiting for approximately 30 minutes, both the staff and stylist ignored my request for a price quotation. It was frustrating to be pointed at from a distance without any response.After the service, I requested no blow-dry, only a dry finish. However, the assistant took an eternity only to inform me that she was new and unsure how to properly dry my roots. Consequently, I left the salon with my back and roots still wet, which felt uncomfortable and triggered a migraine afterwards.When I brought up this issue to the receptionist before paying, she showed zero accountability and instead suggested I should’ve asked for a blow-dry. It was disheartening to witness the lack of ownership over such a basic matter. Leaving a customer with their roots and back soaking wet is an oversight no reputable salon would commit.

Alice has absolutely saved my nails, I highly recommend you book with her for any nail service! I had a BIAB manicure to keep my nails strong as I grow them back out.I came to Alice after a bad manicure elsewhere with thick, uneven, poorly shaped nails and she knew just what to do to make sure I left with beautiful, elegant and natural looking nails.The cuticle work is so neat, I had one broken nail that needed an extension which is completely undetectable and the shape of my nails is perfect, just what I wanted. She was really meticulous with her work to make sure my nails turned out perfect.

Caution: These individuals are fraudulent. Originally quoted around 380-400 dirham for a haircut, wash, and style, I was assigned a specific stylist for my appointment. However, the next day, a different stylist attended to me and charged 580 dirham, surpassing the agreed amount. The quality of the service was subpar, lasting only about 45 minutes and resulting in superficial work. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

I had a very bad experience here. I booked an appointment with one consultant and had another one. Very unprofessional saloon. The ladies are adding extra charges without even telling. Me and my two sisters went to get our hair cut. When I’m telling you we had sit on the chair and she had given a dry cut which consisted of her brushing our hair and cutting it un even. Baring in mind our hair was wavy and straight and curly in some parts she should have straightened it , this resulted in all of our hairs being uneven. All together all of our hair cuts lasted 10 mins all together. Paying 281 Dirhams for this is absolutely ridiculous. Completely ruined our hair to the point we just want to wear extensions and we just have a random chopped front peices in our hair which does not make any sense at all. Do not recommend this salon at all

Very mixed feelings about this place. I visited for the first time yesterday and had blow dry & iron done for my hair. Overall very pleasant experience and all the staff I interacted with were delightful.However, I had a full face makeup done for 550AED and was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. The lady did not listen to my requests and kept doing things to her own accord, only asking for my opinion on the colour of the eyeshadow. Completely overpriced and the lash extensions left my eyes watering and red. I have also gotten several allergic reactions to the products she used. The colour of the foundation did not even match my skin tone, it was a hideous orange. Additionally, the exaggerated contour was did not flatter me at all.But I must say that she did a wonderful job with the eye makeup and eyebrows. I still felt extremely overcharged as I wasn’t absolutely satisfied with the service.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I went for a hair consultation and showed the lady roughly what I wanted. I made it clear I wasn’t after exact colouring as I know I have some blonde in. She laughed at me and turned her nose up. I explained I was looking for more golden and copper colours. She touched my hair and said “it’s dry” and I explained it hadn’t been washed. She looked at me and scrunched her nose up again in disgust. I explained that my friend in the UK is a hairdresser and that this was not unrealistic expectation as I have had it done before. She said “why do you want to go darker?” And I said because I don’t suit this golden colour and she said “you’re lucky you have light hair. Everyone wants this hair” I am mousy brown and the gold undertones are faded. I asked for copper colours with darker on top (I am mousy brown and dark on top from last appointment) She actually refused to do it on the basis “hair is dry”. I walked out and said I will find another salon that wants the business and isn’t so rude then.This is the second time at Sisters Salon (other one at The Walk) I have encountered rude staff. I haven’t encountered this attitude at other salons in Dubai such as Indie salon and Pastels Salon. Sisters is meant to have a very good reputation and this is far from my experience. I am actually shocked and shaking from the rudeness of this stylist.

Prameela has been my go to since I moved to Dubai. I found great reviews on her before deciding to come give Sisters a try after a few disappointments in other salons. She is quick, efficient, kind and gentle. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

I have already tried a lot of saloons in Dubai however this one is the best, the staff is always professional, environment is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend modern method of manicure which is BIAB, this modern method does not damage your nails but strengthen them and at the top of that looks very beautiful.

I got really disappointed with the service today. First, I scheduled with Vivian (who did my lashes before) but instead I got another lady (I believe Praveena) without any warning.I wanted to do lash lift and brows but she started to tell me that my skin is in bad condition (super dry and needs cleaning) so I need to do facial right here and right now. I didnt ask for any comments about my skin. Neither did I ask for advice from somebody who is not a dermatologist. I politely said that I am not interested and dont have time but she kept selling me the facial. She told me I needed to clean my skin aka do extractions - lie, my skin is in very good condition which was recently confirmed by dermatologist (who actually has a medical degree). She clearly doesnt understand the difference between closed comedones vs sebaceous filaments which dont require extraction. This is very disturbing as this is basic knowledge in cosmetology. Maybe its just a selling technique for naive clients - I dont know.Anyway, after my rejection to do facial she insisted to put a serum on my face. She did it even though I said not to. I dont know why I didnt leave. My skin had sunscreen and powder on top (and I told her that) - who the hell puts serum without cleansing the skin before?! My face felt super oily and sticky after.Anyway, brows she did were ok, not bad. Lashes, after drying, are not great although in salon, wet, they looked nice. Now they are curled differently and I dont know what to do with them for the next 2 months.I dont want anyone to contact me / give any offerings. Im just warning potential clients and encouraging the salons management to provide training to employees. Especially to such pushy employees who think they know it all.

I booked the appointment before arriving to dubai, and I was excited to have my eyelashes done. I didn’t like the service nothing changed ( I always have lashes extensions in other places) it was very little hairs and different sizes and eye shapes in both eyes. I told the reception that i want to fix or add but she gave me another appointment next day, where I will be back home. So I didn’t fix. And the lashes were falling all the day on my face. It didn’t stay for even 5 days!! So I spent money on nothing.

I had a very bad experience. The girl burned my hair while doing it. She also burned my bangs. They told me my hair will cost 210 to 250, they charged me 275. Overall horrible experience. I was going to another one, I wish I did :)

I went to get a simple haircut at Sisters and I got not only that but also such a warm experience from Ms. Padma. It was truly world class service, would recommend!

Rowena and Sheila are the BEST they are so friendly and welcoming, and their work is incredible I’ve tried the classic manicure pedicure. I highly recommend both of them.

I had my eye lash extensions done for the first time with fara! She was so kind, gentle and talented! She knew about my eye shape and the best type of lash that would look good on me. The results are a natural cat eye which I love!

I’m usually very loyal to Sisters Salon - visiting them for various services at their various branches, and at all times, I’ve enjoyed the service I have received.However, I’m very unhappy with the acrylic extensions I was given on Monday. The service by Van was fine, but I’m not happy with the materials used for my nails. It has only been four days, and I’ve already had two nails break - one of them broke while simply putting on a blazer.I had to superglue my nail back on to temporarily fix the nail before going to another salon to get my acrylic nails repaired, and I was told that the rest of my acrylic nails I had gotten at Sisters Salon were too fragile as they were used with plastic. I’m starting to understand just how fragile if I can’t even put on a blazer.I’ve gotten acrylic nail extensions for years and never have I had them this fragile. I love Sisters but I won’t be getting my acrylic nails here again.

Padma was,superb...my daughter was so happy with the haircut. Shes extremely polite, sweet & so caring!

Pam was excellent. I had BIAB colour put in my nails. The salon was well organized as they brought me coffee promptly, and their nail polish bottles were kept in order of colour and under lighting where they were easy to see and find. All the above was notably much better than in MOE branch.
