What an amazing and professional service provided by junu and kratika. They both did an amazing job specially Junu with my nails. Knows exactly what to do and how with paying attention to all tiny details.

My experience with the bespoke massage was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting, as always. This was my first time getting a massage here, and Adia was nothing short of amazing. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and was so attentive throughout. The pressure was just perfect; exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back for another session soon!

I went for a halal manicure and the service was really good. My nails look great, however they didn’t have a large selection for colour. Maybe halal nails are not that popular because I did notice the gel colour selection looked great.I would recommend, it’s a nice beauty lounge!

I had an amazing experience with Adia and Najwa! Adia did an incredible job on my nails with an acrylic set and French-style gel polish. Her attention to detail is unmatched—every nail was shaped to perfection, and the polish was applied so precisely that my nails look like a work of art. I couldn’t be happier with the results!Najwa was equally fantastic with my hair braid. She created a beautifully intricate style that held up perfectly, and her skill and eye for detail made the style stand out. A lovely, clean salon with great hygiene. Lovely welcome and drinks offered upon arrival. Good music and atmosphere.I was pleased that they also offer The Gel Bottle as I was able to get a Builder Gel infill.I only deduct a star because the nail tech over-cleaned my cuticles to the point where my cuticles are bleeding, red, and very sore one day after :-( I understand she was trying to be thorough so it’s only constructive criticism. She was very professional, a perfectionist even(!) and my actual nails look beautiful.It was a very positive experience overall and I would definitely go back.

Not sure why they have this many positive reviews but the rates are a bit too high for the quality of the service they deliver. My eyebrows were uneven and I paid 60 DH for a service that took less than 5 minutes( they only thread and dont tweeze which is a bit bizarre to me). With SO manyyy options in the area Im def not going back

I have tried many places across the world for Nails but Sisters Lounge in Dubai is the best so far. From the products, service, quality, attitude to results, everything is brilliant here. Today at their JBR branch I was attended to by Junu and Alice who did my hands and toes wonderfully well. Infact Junu recommended Gold treatment for my feet, which was much needed. And it looks and feels incredible.I love this place.

Great service! Sweet technicians - junu and jovelyn are my favorite for classic manicure/pedicure.I had terrible toe ingrown and dead skin they dealt with it amazingly 😍Also did waxing, usually have terrible experiences but Resham was very sweet, such magical hands, I barely felt anything and she’s so quick! She also makes sure to microscope any tiny hairs and leaves you FRESH!Only thing is they are a little pricey, they charge for any little thing. Other than that…Love this salon!

I visit sisters and JBR because they have Alice , she is senior mail tech who knows how to deal with nails. I only hope that the management provide more options to increase choices to choose from when it comes to nail art.I want to thank Alice, Anna & Tatiana for taking a good care of me every time I visit. The parking was easy to handle since you park at the hotel next to it . They have an advance application where you can book your services at the comfort of your home without waiting on hold for a long time to check which beautician is available at what time.

The place is clean, as well as the location was easy to reach. I had no trouble making an appointment, and there was never a long wait. My pedicure specialist, Resham, did an incredible work on my feet; they look absolutely stunning. However, I was unable to get french tips because two of my nails were shorter. She suggested me to buy the same foot care products she used on my feet during the service, and I did overall it cost me somewhere around 400 AED. Ive scheduled a French pedicure for 130 AED, and my sister has scheduled a fusio scrub for only 105 AED. However, we were billed a total of 700 AED. Im not sure how they priced the hair blow dryer. They did not mention the expense to us before. I was kind of shocked of the bill since our services were not too luxurious. Overall, Resham was amazing, i recommend her, definitely going again from Saudi Arabia to get a massage from her 😍.

Such a waste of time.An appointment that was meant to take an 30mins was already at 1hr and 30mins before I walked out in frustration with still wet hair, and no hair cut. I said from the start I did not have a lot of time, and was happy the website said the hair appointment would take 30mins. Not only did the stylist not say there was no way she would be done in 30mins, she also lied about requiring another 20mins because another client arrive during my delayed appointment so she went to see to her. They even charged me full price on the way out with wet hair.

I first came here for a ladies’s social gathering through the ASKWHO app, for a mani pedi. I also went for the eyebrows styling. And I must say that’s the best service I have had in Dubai.But I came back for Lydia who had done my hair balayage and cut that day.Today she performed a miracle by nailing the pearl coloring and adding the soft hair fillers. She took me 15 years back and I do feel like a Queen. Lydia is an expert in blonde and she was finalist of the style and color trophy by L’Oreal, August 2022.

I have only good words for this beauty lounge! I went there only to do my nails, two times already - application with gel polish for hands and feet and removal for the gel polish on my feet (no manicure and pedicure). The girls are great, really detail oriented, they do everything so that the color and the nails look good and they listen to your requests and asks if you want something done in a specific way.I trully recommend Junu and Kratika, they do a very a good job!The lounge looks nice and clean and the products seem to be of good quality - they also apply oil and hand cream at the end of the service.Thanks and I will definitely come back here whenever I am in Dubai!

I visited sisters beauty lounge today as my neck and back was in severe pain due to tight muscles and a twisted muscle. I asked if I could book in for massage and I was able to get booked in instantly without having to wait for a long while.My therapist was named Anna, who was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole time I was there. She applied very good pressure to the muscles that were extremely tight. I was in agony before I attended the massage and left feeling very light, relaxed and at ease. I would definitely recommend visiting Sisters beauty lounge JBR, friendly staff, good customer service and will take good care of you. Thanks to the team for helping me out straight away and a special thank yiu to Anna for relieving my pain.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Sisters Beauty Lounge in JBR. The salon is very clean and lovely. I mistakenly confused my bikini waxing appointment and Rain, the salon manager, was very helpful to assist to arrange and accommodate me for a hair wash so I do not need to sit around and wait for my appointment. Rachel, who did a wash and blow dry for me, was fantastic as well! I loved her head massage, easily one of the best I been to! Anna who did my waxing was very gentle, detailed and sharing. She gave me very great tips to help with my sensitive skin. I definitely recommend them!😊

Rebekah is amazing! She styled my hair before a wedding and it turned out perfect. I came in with very dry hair and left with the softest beachy waves. After having my nails damaged in a different salon, I visited Sisters for mani and pedi. The girls took their time to do their best to fix my nails. Alice did a great job. I also get a shoulder massage and green tea to enjoy the visit even more.

I decided to give the salon a shot because of its convenient location for me and absolutely loved the experience. I went there twice for waxing and during the first time I asked the master (Ana) to walk me through her waxing technique on different areas. She explained everything in precise details and made sure I was happy to proceed with the treatment (I had very bad experiences in other salons and was very particular of my expectations). Ana did an amazing job, she paid so much attention to how I was feeling and that the skin remained clean. I returned to her after a few weeks to do the treatment once more, she was still extremely professional and so easy to deal with! 😄 I will absolutely come back again and again.Girls, if you worry or have concerns about having waxing done at a new place, please ask for Ana, she will ensure your procedure will be as smooth as possible and you will leave completely satisfied 🙂

It was my first time there and I will definitely return! Rebekah did a wonderful job coloring my hair! She was meticulous and insured that every gray was covered (thank you, Rebekah!) There are two reasons for only 4 stars: pricing is a little high and also I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay separately for a blow dry. If you are already paying for a service that necessitates washing the hair, the blow dry should be included.

Booked and attended an appointment for 5 guests at sisters, age ranges from 4 to 81! The staff gave us the most amazing pampered experience. Booked the day of, was taken care of from arrival with a warm welcome. Manicures and massages where fantastic. Will definitely return and recommend the JBR location.

I came 3 weeks ago for Olaplex and since than my hair have become extremely oily, they admitted the mistake as they put too much product on the skin instead of the hair and when I went back to fix ii, it got even worse! I work as a model and I had to miss work for 2 weeks as I cannot take shootings with this hair.So fare I havent even received a refund and I lost my time and money... stay away from this place.

Highly recommend a visit to Sisters. Their App makes it so easy to book appointments. I love their facials. The therapists are all very courteous and good at what they do. Dubai Mall and The Beach are my favourite spots for a pampering session.

I had a full pedicure with the Footology treatment. Bina was skilled and did an awesome job.I also had my eyebrows laminated. It wasn’t the best brow lamination I did. Kratika S was nice overall, but I didn’t like the overall look. I think you can do a better brow lamination elsewhere or at other Sister’s salon (say Dubai Mall). I was only given a serum without any brush to apply the product while my friend was given a brush.I also had a hand polish change and file with Adia which was okay as well.Overall, I think other Sister’s branches are more quick and skilled than the other at JBR.

Got my hair colored by najwa. I would definitely recommend, she did an amazing job and really took her time to perfect it. I even used henna and bleached my hair before but she managed to achieve the exact color I asked for (caramel balayage)

Love this salon. Did my eyebrows with Resham and she was great. She was able to keep the thickness of my eyebrows. I also love doing hair treatments there. Got my hair done with Rebecca and Ruth. I have been a client of sisters for years and this review is long overdue... But better late than never. The services and salon are amazing but its the staff that make it a spectacular. I would highly recommend Joyce if you want the best nail treatments ... she has transformed my nails into strong healthy nails... she is simply the best! I recently got the hair botox treatment from Armani and I absolutely loooove it! She takes the time to ensure that its perfect! Her passion to ensure that she gets the perfect results for her clients shines. Overall, a great salon with great staff!

Got my hair colour done from Sisters JBR and my experience was not good at all they charged 1650 aed for hair colour which was with ammonia which is a lot and it was not worth it at all. I didn’t even get a bill after in paying cash. Also i was not given any tea or coffee that is minimal after spending 4 hrs there. I am writing this after 25 days and my hair colour is not good at all after spending so much. It is so so so sad. Also they charge separately for blow drying your hair, which is pathetic. My hair was left wet after hair colour because I didn’t want to pay more over 1650 aed !!!Really

Anna’s eyebrows work is OUTSTANDING!!!! I have never seen someone doing threading on her own without help from other or myself holding the eyelids! I’m visiting Dubai and after doing a lot of research I came across Sidtrr’s Beauty Lounge. The staff was super friendly, warm and welcoming upon my arrival. I asked them to recommend me a facial and they told me about their acidic facial “The Next Level” facial. I have not come across a salon that offers acidic facials so I had to try.I was completely blown away by the entire process. My therapist was Resham. She explained what to expect during the process etc but her technique of application took me to another level! So relaxing and great results! I will be going back for the other services soon!! Love love love it!

I had a facial, a full body massage and a neck to toe body treatment and a pedicure.It was my first time visiting Sisters beauty lounge.Ana performed my massage and skin treatments and Racheal performed my pedicure. Ana gave me such a good massage. Lately, I have chronic upper back and neck aches, Ana really massaged my muscles into complete relaxation. She asked about the pressure and gave me a strong back massage but a gentle massage on my arms and calfs, which is exactly what I asked for. Very happy, thank you. Myfacial and body treatment was luxurious and relaxing. I am fully moisturised!Racheal gave me a beautiful pedicure and a lovely polish. My feet are completely soft and beautiful. Thank you!Everyone was very friendly and professional from the beginning to end. I will definitely visit again for more treatments.

Loved my hair by Lydia ! She was very profesional and walked me through my hair appointment. I’ve been using sisters at JBR for years for waxing & there’s a reason why. No matter where else I’ve tried, the level of professionalism, cleanliness & painlessness (very important for Brazilian waxing) is unbeatable. Kratika is new to the JBR branch but probably the best waxer I’ve experienced here so far. Couldn’t put up a photo of the Brazilian wax, but here’s my eyebrows done by her as well. I went for a natural look because I don’t draw in mine.Skip past all the Groupons or promos, just come for the best care for yourself here.

I went during my holiday 3 times to the sisters jbr lounge for a full makeover. I did a mani pedi which is still looking so beautiful today and i‘am very impressed with the fast and precise work they have done. Then i had two massages with ana and she is superior! She did a great job and explained to me what i can do against the pain on my shoulders. I also did a mask with ana and i was so happy that during the time my mask was on she went the extra mile to give me even more massage on my arms and legs🥰. I also coloured my hair with Lydia and she is truly a gem. I went with a color a bit extra which i have never done before and i must say Lydia exceeded all my expectations my hair looked amazing and beautiful and still does. I love the whole team in the JBR studio and can‘t wait for my next holiday to get pampered again!❤️

I visited this salon to get eyelash extensions and the outcome was awful. I first went in the staff were friendly however it was not a comfortable atmosphere. I had Joanna. I asked for full fluffy lashes and showed her multiple pictures of how I usually get them as this was a one time visit. There was no private room it was in the open with a curtain that wasn’t used. Usually your lay flat on your back. This was 90 degree chair which was very uncomfortable. After 3 hours the lashes were done and they look awful. There was no lift in the extensions they are stuck most straight. I’m very disappointed as I paid 475 for these which was far too overpriced for what they looked like after. If anything they’ve made me look worse. Not happy at all! Will not be returning.

I have been coming to this place for quite some time now. But this time I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with UNPROFESSIONAL NAJWA. Such a disappointment! NAJWA couldnt care less about how the color came out.Girl doing shampoo didnt know how to do her job. This branch is complete waste of your time and money.

I went in for eye lash extensions before my vacation. I had agreed prior to the appointment that I wanted the lashes worth 350 dhs.They made me sign a waiver that they were not responsible for any allergies.As the woman applied the lashes, my eyes were burning, I kept asking if that was normal and response was yes.They told me my lashes would cost 475 because that looked better on me, after a weird discussion about what I wanted vs. What the call center booked I paid.After my appointment, my eyes turned blood shot red, all the way to my cornea! I took my flight the next morning thinking it would get better but it got worse. I started antibiotic and cortisone, removed the lashes myself and obviously lost a lot of my own lashes- and the infection lasted a whole week.Not what I wanted to pay, removed the lashes the next day, and ruined my holiday.Never going back.

I always make sure to visit 3 Sisters whenever I am in Dubai! With top-quality services and the friendliest staff, this is one of my favorite salons. Ana at the Jumeirah Beach Residences branch is wonderful - make sure to book with her!

And i am so happy with the results she created. She was so friendly and i felt very comfortable with her, especially as ive only ever let one hairdresser cut my hair, that is UK based. So it was refreshing to know i can i have someone here that i trust with my hair. High recommend!!

Went here for a haircut after reading many good reviews about Amani. And she didn’t prove me wrong. She is the BEST!! I wasn’t quite sure about which haircut to go for but I had nothing to worry as she knew exactly what would suit my face and hair. I am a happy person coming out of the salon. I was so disappointed. I had super long hair. I asked for a layered cut and asked her to chop off only 1inch of my hair length but she took away atleast 6-8inches 😣 i couldnt sleep few nights. I just gave 255aed to some to take away my hair and sleep .ive been doing layered cut all my life. the cut doesnt have that beautiful flow i normally get with this style. It just doesnt feel right .Iam an indian and have slightly wavy thick black hair. I think they maybe good for people with blonde or very fine hair. But beware they love to chop it all off .And they do ask to leave a review , thats why there are so many reviews of the hairstylists here. Else iam sure ull find better cheaper ones by word of mouth in dubai.Never ever going back to them. EVER!

Service was great, safe were very kind to me. Its very nice beauty salon with professional and very nice staff. The prices are quite high, but competitive for the area. It is located really close to the JBR 2 tram station and easy to find. I had a gel manicure and pedicure treatment, the manicure didnt last very long unfortunately, but it has done very well.

Went over for a quick haircut and met Lydia there. I told her I should perhaps colour my hair and she told me to come back whenever I have the time, which I appreciated. She isn’t pushy about selling products or services and I like that. I am always hesitant to go to places because I am very uncomfortable with aggressive sales pitches thrown at me. I did land up coloring and cutting my hair there and she did a great job. I’ll surely visit her again.
