Came here to dye my hair and get it redone as I always specifically only come to sisters salon but I came to the one in emirates mall rather than my usual in Mirdif city center and had the worst experience ever 2 of the ladies refused to work on my hair as it’s “damaged” when it’s not even I just didn’t have it washed so the ends were a bit dry and my hair color which was originally red was washed out First Lady refused so we called the next stylist which also refused and I didn’t get anything done that day such a let down and not to mention the freaking roach I saw crawling on their coffee machine it was a little one but it was so gross I had to point it out and tell them to get it. Will never come back to this location again

Sisters NEVER disappoints. I returned after many years for a haircut as the previous salon botched it. Ask for Jennifer Kaya, shes gone to Beauty School and attends each strand of hair with such precision and detail its amazing ! For the first time in many years someone actually KNOWS how hair moves and behaves and she really took her time to tame it and shape it. Truly an artist with hair. Totally worth the professionalism.

Dildora trimmed my hair and took her time making sure my stitches were never harmed I came to Dubai for cosmetic surgery and they gave me a refresh to go back to NYC like no other place has before. Booked Malou because of the good reviews I saw and no regrets in doing it! Brazilian was quick and it shows that she’s an expert in what she does! Also I was supposed to get an eyebrow threading with a different therapist but glad I did everything with Malou, my eyebrows were thick, messy and arched she then turned it to clean and straight which I requested and she nailed it! Eyebrows turned perfect ❤️

I’ll be completely honest and straightforward. this by far was the worst salon experience in Dubai. untrained staff, totally unprofessional, poor customer service. heard lots about this salon being one the “best and award winning” salons and I can’t help myself but wonder “how? why?”I did a gel polish manicure at the MOE branch and was unsatisfied from the very beginning. Technician who did my nails gave me an impression of a woman who touched a file for the first time in her life. The application of a nail polish was so bad I was ready to just leave.The equipment needs to be replaced, LED lamps that barely work, polishes that are probably expired and can’t even open. But worst part is that the polish started to peel off on the second day of wearing.I called the salon to book an appointment to get it redone, which was a disaster. Took about two days to book an appointment, and MANY MANY calls to reach the branch and get the call back. Is this what you call a good customer service? Making your client wait for ages for a call back?The second appointment was at the Dubai Mall branch and it wasn’t any better. This time i paid all of my attention to the technician and was literally GUIDING her throughout the entire procedure. Manicure was done so poorly, fingers have little cuts everywhere, cuticles look like they haven’t been treated in ages, nails hurt so bad it’s hard to even hold my phone and type. It took a technician around an hour to apply the polish because every single time the application was extremely bad.And please, for the sake of your clients comfort, train your staff not to gossip about your client IN FRONT of the client. Laughing about my skin condition in a different language doesn’t mean that I won’t understand.Went there with high hopes of redoing the disaster after MOE but ended up getting the same poor treatment.Also, what’s up with the price list? There’s a price list at the front desk but why don’t they mention the promotions and combos they have? Or that different nail polishes cost different amount? Why when I ask the technicians and the staff about the details they roll their eyes and try to convince me otherwise? Push and sell me something I dont need or want? If you’re gonna charge for every little extra thing at least mention it somewhere. Why even have the price list then?As a woman who’s been to hundreds of different salons around the world I know what i’m saying and not just being picky. Price should equal the quality of the work, and considering how much this salon charges I would say that their quality is not worth more than 10-15$.If you value your time and comfort, just don’t go there. Not worth it

SCAM. I went for a trim which was just to get half an inch of length cut - which is a trim. They said it’s a haircut and not a trim.I asked what’s a trim? They said if we take all your blow dried hair and chop off a length in one go. I said ok do that! I just need the length reduced.To which they said oh we can’t do that for your hair… what about your front hair? I said don’t worry about front hair. Then they used their clueless, anxious face to say they can’t do that with my hair… and that I need “haircut”.My haircut is even. There are no layers. So a “trim” would’ve been fine. Plus, since when has the definition of a trim changed?! SCAM.I don’t mind splurging but don’t scam me! Never coming back. Annoyed.

I love this salon so much that I actually travel to Dubai to see the stylists there. Everything that I have even gotten done here has been perfect. My go to stylists here are Malou for massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures and eyebrow tinting, Pamela for lash extensions and Jennifer for hair color and styling. Each is amazing at their tasks and always take time to listen and give me exactly what i am asking for.

My first time coming to Sisters and it was an absolutely amazing experience all the staff are so friendly! Humiara and Analyn were the best, both so fast with a great finish for my acrylic infill and pedicure. I will be back for sure.

If I could I would give 0 star. I specifically asked for an experienced therapist who can do a manicure. I was served by Humaira who is actually more of a massage therapist than a nail therapist. She did an awful job of applying nail varnish. Thankfully the supervisor saw this awful job as I compared this with the other nail clients there. I wasted two hours of my time here and wish I never went. I would say if you have certain individuals whose skillset is not nails but other treatments do not ask them to do something they’re not confident in.

I had a very nice experience there, it was my first time. i didnt know the place is this busy honestly so its always to book ur slot. i did my eyebrows thread with Alin , i hope i spelled her name right. and the receptionists were friendly and nice. i couldnt go to the second floor bcz i had 2 babies in strollers so they accommodated me in the main area. i strongly recommend it

Not happy. Their communication on messenger, phone, Instagram, and email is the WORST (as in they dont). I had a pedicure, and the gems fell off in one day. Trying to get them repaired is a joke. They say they will fix them (IG) but then never follow up.The girl who did them was very sweet but it took forever and she was nervous about doing gems because she didnt have experience. She tried to get another girl to do them but she was occupied.Dont offer a service if you cant provide quality results.I stopped by the Dubai mall location to see if they could repair them before I left town. Im waiting and will update you later.I think all the 5 star reviews are a sham.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to say that Kalpana in Sisters MOE is the most professional and talented nail therapist I have ever tried in Dubai! (Ive been going to salons here for over 15 years!) She is so extremely detailed and my nails have never looked this good...her French manicure and pedicure is absolute perfection, she often puts a cool twist on it with shimmer or ombre! I get so many compliments! Might as well mention that her hand/foot massage is heavenly too!

I am writing this post in good faith and with the intent to benefit other ladies looking for a blonde hairstylist specialist in Dubai. For context, I am based in the UK, however, I have recently relocated to the Middle East. I am in my mid thirties and I have long straight hair which has a natural mid brown colour and I have been looking in Dubai for a skilled hairstylist and in particular blonde hair specialist in colouring. I have recently come across the Sisters salon in The Mall of Emirates and Ima - whom I would describe as a lovely Russian lady and The Hair Colourist of Dreams for Blonde hair! I am used to a high level of European/UK expertise in respect to hairdressers and hair colouring and I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by Imas knowledge and skills level as well as her social manners. Not only I came out of the salon with a Russian style/ cool tone natural but expensive blonde looking hair, but also had a great experience while getting my hair colouring and haircut done by Ima and her trusted assistants. The whole process of getting my hair coloured and styled by Ima was great, starting with the consultation and appointment booking (with transparent pricing - I would like to add) all the way to the in salon experience and the end results. Without exaggerating Imas skill level for blonde colour treated hair, I can whole heartedly say that Ima is a blonde alchemist who is highly skilled in colour correcting blonde hair and shine restoration. I found Imas approach to hair colouring and styling to be on the natural/conservative side in the sense that she would always choose to maintain the integrity of hair and optimise for long term results over procedures that might be too aggressive/ damage your hair. Ima took her time when it came to the colour developing process and made sure each blonde highlight got removed at the right time in order to maintain my long hair as strong as possible. Her choice of tonner and treatments have also been highly customised to my hair condition. Last, if anyone is in need for a blonde hair colour correction, they should come to see Ima as she has the right level of international expertise to tackle successfully a hair disaster. In a nutshell, I would say that if anyone is looking to get their hair highlighted or colour treated blonde in Dubai, they should highly consider Ima for a free consultation at the Sisters Salon. The rest is up to you :)

Been going to this branch for a long time. I cant get my hair cut anywhere else. Ive always tried a new hair stylist because while theyre all exceptionally talented, I hadnt found someone that was quite the perfect fit for me. Ive tried all kinds of hairstyles but i generally keep my hair short. I went a week back and I was paired with a new stylist named Jennifer. She immediately synced with me and gave me a haircut i fell in love with. A fresh cut that I a) I had never done before b) something I couldve never imagined. Ive never been so in love with a haircut from the get-go. She gave me something that fit me perfectly, is easy to manage, but also versatile. Perfect for the summer heat as well. Highly recommend Jennifer.

Second time being here. First time was two years ago! Dessie never fails to do my nails beautifully. Been around the world and she really is the only person who can do my nails without cutting too deep into my cuticles while still making it nice and neat. The shaping of the nails are also on point. Rowelyn is an amazing technician! She did my gelish pedicure, eyebrows threading and brazilian service very smoothly. The brazilian was done gently and without any pain at all. I had so many horrible experience on this service on other salon but she made me feel comfortable. I highly highly highly recommend her! I will definitely come back again.

I had my hair treatment and blowdry with Arlene today at sisters moe branch. Excellent service by Arlene, my hair feels gorgeous, went for fusio dose combined with oi conditioner, hair feels super soft, shiny absolutely wow. She is a wonderful hairdresser and super calm and friendly, during and after blowdry she gave me some wise advices about how to maintain my long lengths, and I had some questions about sleek treatment she answered them, and also shared her experience with respect to this product. Thank you Arlene!Also my favorite massage therapist Rovie, she is fabulous, always makes sure that I feel relaxed post massage therapy, I always take her appointment for body massages as I am always fatigued due to work, standing and exercising etc. I highly recommend her massage, meni pedi and nail services. Nice salon with friendly staff… it is not my first time there .. this time for Balayage with Jennifer (who is a new hairdresser in Dubai) and I am somehow satisfied with the final result. However, Jennifer was unable to communicate clearly in English .. her English is surprisingly very weak for someone working in Sisters salon and in MOE !!! she misunderstood me in many conversations during the service which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

The worst experience ever. They don’t have proper tools, pedicure takes ages, they can’t even find nails polish, there is not enough gel lamps available and clients need to wait, technician barely can use scissors. Nails are not filed properly and sharp from many sides. Horrible experience!

I came to SISTERS after a recent bad experience with a different salon. Thankfully I had a wonderful experience! 😊 The receptionist is lovely and welcoming and their treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. Amazing wax service by Amandeep - the quickest and most painless wax ever. The haircut and hair coloring were excellent—very well done! However, I wasnt happy with the manicure. The technician seemed unsure about applying gel, as the finish was bumpy and uneven. If youre considering a manicure, I recommend asking about the technicians experience with gel applications to ensure a smoother result.

I got my hair cut in mall of emirates and my stylist was savionah and i was sooooo happy with the result!!! I would advise against using their sister app for booking services. Upon my arrival at the salon, I was informed that only two out of the three services I had booked were in the system, with the nails appointment missing. While I acknowledged the possibility of a technical error, the front desk staff did not demonstrate any concern for my situation and simply stated that the appointment had not been deleted, absolving themselves of responsibility. Their lack of empathy and willingness to accommodate a loyal customer of 11 years is disappointing, especially when faced with an urgent matter on Monday. It seems that the priority is making money and filling the salon, rather than valuing their loyal customers.

Came to repair my nail and they told me it was 56 dhs. As soon as they were done, they told me it was 15 extra because I used chrome, even though they told me it would be 56 for the total twice. They didn’t even shape it well and were unprofessional. One nail repair cost 71 AED, and they didn’t even do the job well. This place is a rip off, save your money and go somewhere else!!

I had a beautiful experience with Rowelyn at Sisters. First time in my life my Brazilian waxing was unpainfull and she is absolutely the best in gel nails. Im recommending her because she is not only a high level professional but as well a brilliant person.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for wavy hair, but instead, I got a mess. My hair was barely dried (I came with hair already washed), leaving it puffy and unmanageable. The stylist then attempted to curl it with a curling iron that clearly didnt work well - she had to try multiple times on each strand just to get a slight curl.To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude.When it came time to pay, I was shocked to be charged 490 dirhams for a service that didnt even include a wash since my hair was already washed. No one bothered to inform me of the price beforehand, and frankly, the service wasnt even worth half of that amount. Its clear theyre just out to scam unsuspecting customers.This was a one time mistake that I will never repeat. Shame

Flor did a wonderful job with my facial and intense eye treatment. I will be coming back again soon.

Leden is my go to hair stylist she is truly exceptional in styling and making sure your hair falls exactly how you want. I recommend everyone to go to her if you want the best hair.

Great experience- I had a walk-in appointment while on vacation. All staff is up to the standard, from the welcoming desk to the nail artists. This branch has serious hygiene and insect issues. I would never come back to a place with crawling cockroach and flying insects, even the pedicure basin wasn’t clean and I had to request to have it cleaned. At this price point and brand name and location it is a joke. Therapist and treatment were just fine but a place with no hygiene standards should not be operating.

I decided to go here because the reviews seemed great! However, I was very disappointed with my experience. I did a gel manicure and a classic pedicure. The gel on my nails is so bumpy and it looks horrible and the polish on my toenails started chipping off the following day. The ladies that were doing them were super nice and lovely but the quality of the work is not great, specially when they both cost over 300 AED! And one more thing, I have been to my fair share of nail salons in different countries and I have to say, the palette they have is so limiting and restrictive, you would think they’d offer a larger variety of colors with the size and reputation of the Salon.

I am visiting Dubai and I went to sisters on my second day here. I received the best gel manicure I’ve ever had from Nanette!! So a few days later I booked in a gel pedicure with Joyce, and I was not disappointed! These ladies are professional, kind, gentle and caring with a sense of humour as well! My nails and toes look amazing. I highly recommend this salon, it is extremely clean and has a really nice friendly atmosphere.

I came here for the first and the last time. Call center does not even know what products they are using in salon. I left all my duties to come here to do gelish pedicure-manicure for the appointment that I have booked 3 weeks ago and it turned out to be so bad experience because they did not provide the service that what was agreed over the phone call. I visited the emirates mall branch today for a blow dry and was absolutely shocked at how horrible the service was. Not only did my hair look like a rats nest when I asked for beach waves, but the “senior” stylist was so rude. Didn’t even say hello just walks up to my friend and I with an angry face and says “what do you want”. Didn’t offer us so much as water or ask if we’d like anything. Told me to go to wash my hair and then once I was done she came to me and said you want to do your hair now or what? Completely horrible service, and a toddler could blow dry my hair better. Never will revisit. The manager also just said “sorry” when I complained. That was it. Total disgrace of a salon.

In my case, dessie and marife did my nail care.They are caring. Doesnt it hurt? They took care of me while asking me questions.They are also good at conversation.The finish on my nails was also good.It hasnt peeled off so far.I would like to visit there again if I have the chance.

I got a full leg wax today with the therapist Kouser and let me tell you!! She is just amazing. I was so nervous and shy, she made me feel super comfortable and she made the pain go away. She was wonderful, we had really nice conversations too which helped me forget about the pain, it was really nice to have a conversation as I feel more relaxed and less worried and reassured!! I will definitely be coming back, she also does nails and makeup on top of waxing which I think is beyond incredible. Lots of love to Kouser she is the best!!!!!

Rowelyn is amazing massage therapist at moe branch of sisters salon ..I could barely walk on that day, I had booked nails appointment but ended up adding additional foot massge, I had intense pain in my legs for couple of days, Rowelyns body and foot massage was excellent and I felt relaxed after the service. Although it was my service with her, I was impressed and Im glad I got My 💆‍♀️ massage appointment with her cause it served the purpose.I visited again for same therapist and I was pleased with her professionalism and service quality. She was very good at her work and shall be booking another services with her pretty soon.I strongly recommend her services.Thank you!

Service here is nice and is convenient location inside the mall. I visited a couple of times for mani, pedi and hair services, However very disappointed on the last visit 27Jan as I found it very unusual to charge extra for gelish removal 36aed when I was already doing a gelish nails services which cost 240 aed. The reply was you did not do your last gelish here so we charge you.. this is new to me. All the nail spas i have visited, have a fix price for gelish service and removal of the previous gelish was included. I have raised my concern to Evelyn the supervisor explaining to her it did not make sense as they have not charged me the other times, all she had to say is I understand but this is the policy and when asked about the manager she said is on leave..-So yeah, unfortunately after this experience, as i explained to Evelyn I shall not return, i do not like feeling cheated .. for 36 aed you lost a customer that has spent 2000 + aed only this month.

Unprofessional and racist, with atrocious service.My sister visited the place last week (Dec 31st, between 11-12) for a hair cut. They asked for prior-booking and denied to assign a service provider. The woman who received and answered her looked down upon her and gave the impression that she wasn’t welcome there.When asked for a hair wash, they made her wait for a long time and assigned an untrained person, who did not know what she was doing and didn’t know either to speak english or was unwilling to listen or talk. My sister had to leave the wash midway, not knowing what to do. While it’s okay to deny serving customers without appointments, the overall treatment at the reception and at the hair wash felt racist and rude. While we appreciate the reception insisting we not pay the bill, it was embarrassing to experience this at a foreign country, that too inside in a public space such as mall.You needn’t be a friendly ball of fur to everyone but a little decency is not too much to ask.

Just had a hair colour here, first of all the hair colour was not what I expected - I specifically showed them the colour I wanted and the final result was pathetic and top of that when I inquired the total charge in beginning lady said 1k AED and the final bill they gave me 1340 Aed which is kind of a cheating .. I will highly recommend not to visit this salon , my experience with the hair colour service at this salon was far from ideal. The lack of attention to the detail, poor customer service left me dissatisfied. On top of it they did not give the physical bill saying their printer is not working and asked my email address to send the detailed bill but I have not got the email till now. BAD SERVICE + CHEATERS

Incredible service by the beautiful Florentina. Got the 90 minute full body massage and it was just heavenly. I feel so relaxed afterwards. Florentina was so thorough about my areas of concern and the amount of pressure to be applied. She was very helpful identifying treatments that would help my body.Couldnt recommend more. 💞The only negative to my experience was that the massage took place upstairs in their new rooms. The salon experience isnt as relaxing as there is quite alot of noise pollution coming from the mall.

I regret going to this salon. Now I have to go to another place to fix what they did to my hair. It seems like the staff doesn’t know what they are doing.* Hygiene - the sink had hair from previous client and some greasiness. They only cleaned it because I refused to be washed there.* Haircut - my hair is straight cut, nothing complicated, no layers.. so I just went for a simple trim and oval shape form. When she finished, I wasn’t given a mirror to see the result. She wanted to send me away without showing me my hair from back.When I got a mirror I saw it is still straight line cut instead of oval shape. She was insisting that this was oval🫣. Then, I asked her to at least even out the line using a machine, which I didnt need to tell her really, but my hair is still uneven with holes.Unbelievable….

Despite this, the resulting hair was done well. However, the price I paid - AED 405 for hair that did not even last an hour and did not look as if it was done professionally - was simply unreasonable.Unfortunately, due to the high prices and unsatisfactory outcome, I will not be returning to Sisters Lady Salon.I have to say the girl was lovely with a smile on her face all time. but the work she did didnt last for 1 hour and that really upset me.

I just came from my visit to sisters in emirates mall was doing my eyebrows . The experience was super nice will be repeating for sure at first was greeted with an amazing smile of Nashwa and Rose who welcomed me super warm and guided me properly to their services , then was received by my specialist Pamela her hands were super magical and her great manners,I felt I need to come back shortly and definitely will recommend to my friends .

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!This is the SECOND REVIEW FOLLOW-UP about your misleading reply to my first review. You have NOT called me or answered my whatsapp message regarding my 10 broken acryl nails (within 24-72hrs) so do not manipulate facts!You asked then me to write you an email in your review reply and I did 4-5 ago and still nobody replied or bothered to call or follow-up!You ruined my nails. They are all broken and extremely damaged!! You are seriously the most unprofessional salon I ever encountered around the world not only in Dubai. You wasted my time my money and caused me tremendous pain and frustration! So unacceptable!!It will take 6 months to fully recover the damage you caused!!! What a joke!Pathetic!!

Lovely salon, amazing service. Annalyn is wonderful, attentive, and kind. She also provides fab pedicure!I do my waxing with Kouser. She is sweet and quick, and her stories are the best. Time passes by swiftly and I barely even feel the pain :p

I have been a regular with the stylist Arlene since 9 years. She knows her color and cuts. It’s never a bad hair day with her. She is very skilled at her craft and gives honest feedback regarding color choices and cute ..i highly recommend her services.

If I could give this place a zero I would! I went for a hair consultation and showed the lady roughly what I wanted. I made it clear I wasn’t after exact colouring as I know I have some blonde in. She laughed at me and turned her nose up. I explained I was looking for more golden and copper colours. She touched my hair and said “it’s dry” and I explained it hadn’t been washed. She looked at me and scrunched her nose up again in disgust. I explained that my friend in the UK is a hairdresser and that this was not unrealistic expectation as I have had it done before. She said “why do you want to go darker?” And I said because I don’t suit this golden colour and she said “you’re lucky you have light hair. Everyone wants this hair” I am mousy brown and the gold undertones are faded. I asked for copper colours with darker on top (I am mousy brown and dark on top from last appointment) She actually refused to do it on the basis “hair is dry”. I walked out and said I will find another salon that wants the business and isn’t so rude then.This is the second time at Sisters Salon (other one at The Walk) I have encountered rude staff. I haven’t encountered this attitude at other salons in Dubai such as Indie salon and Pastels Salon. Sisters is meant to have a very good reputation and this is far from my experience. I am actually shocked and shaking from the rudeness of this stylist.

I had the best experience with customer service and the services I received were GREAT! Malou gave me a bikini wax and it was low pain and she was very meticulous. She also gave me the best pedicure, shaping my toenails in a very attractive way and she gives the best foot massage! I will definitely come back to her!I also had a manicure with Joyce and she was fantastic and so very friendly and funny. :-) Jesusa gave me a head, neck and back massage that left me very relaxed, she has magical hands and a good spirit. I definitely recommend this salon and especially these professional technicians.
