Sisters Beauty Lounge - The Village Mall

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. Despite having a scheduled hair appointment, I was forced to wait 40 minutes without any progress, only for the stylist to ask me to wait another 20 minutes. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a booked appointment. I would not recommend visiting this branch.

I recently visited sisters and had an amazing experience! Christine, was incredibly professional and attentive. She gave great recommendations, and the results were fantastic. The salon itself is chic and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Rini, ive been doing with her for more than two years shes literally the best and works super fast. However, when Rini was on vacation, I had a bad experience with Florence as i suffered from cuts and bleeding on almost all my fingers. Im only mentioning this as constructive criticism not meaning anything personal.

2 stars because they’re fast. But fast to do the worst service for 800AED !!! Three days after, look at my nails

I recently visited a fantastic salon, and I cant praise it enough! Noshiba and Cristina worked their magic, transforming my nails with their incredible skills and friendly demeanor. Even though Im from Abu Dhabi, the amazing service and welcoming atmosphere make it worth the trip. This was my first visit, but it certainly wont be my last. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking a pampering experience!

She expertly shaped my brows, and the results exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the entire staff at Sisters Salon was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I’m thrilled with my new brows and will definitely return to this fantastic salon in the future.

I really liked the regular pedicure that Christine did. She is really welcoming and professional. I am come back again for others treatments.

I came in with a horrid migraine and extremely stiff, and whilst the ladies as usual gave me the most wonderful mani and pedi, a new joiner Florence gave me a one Ohoud seared massage that most literally eleviate me from so much stress and pain. I am truly thankful and can’t recommend Sister’s Salon any more than I do, having been coming here for more than a decade!

Such a wonderful experience I loved the service, and how well coming they are starting from the reception Sharon k took care of everything since the beginning, and then nosheba did my lashes, and I love them they looked very natural and gorgeous at the same time she has a way of blending here that I’ve never seen before anywhere else moving to the nails acrylic extensions looked so natural and light weight for manicure rini is the one who took care of them and she’s really good she knows what she’s doing and my pedicure the lady called sabeen did a very nice job as well. Such a lovely experience.

Lily is really the best when it comes to threading eyebrows to perfect shape. Cristina and Cristina ensured that my manicure and pedicure sessions went great! With a cup of cappuccino, and lots of care, I had such an amazing time at Sisters Beauty Lounge! I fully recommend them to anyone looking to just pamper themselves!

I love the pedicure done by Cristine ,and Rini do perfect manicure with gel polish that last for 4 weeks!!They both wear gloves and hygene it taken seriously, which i didnt see in many saloons here.Great location, great customer service!

Very nice hair salon and very good products. You should make a better offer for styling curly hair. I need to put a lot of cream to style my hair. Not just a few drops. I don’t blow dry my hair.Leila is a very good nice and competent professional 👍

I am always satisfied by the service, the team is amazing, very warm , smiling and patient . They do their best to find appointments even when its very busy . I did pedicure manucure and waxing with Guada and Lilly and they are really efficient , kind , soft . Everytime its perfect . Coming to this salon is always a moment of pleasure :)

I’ve been going here for a little over a year. Ver clean facilities with well trained staff. I’ve always had a good experience with all the services. Especially Lily is great for eyebrows. Always greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist too! Ample parking

She takes her time in doing her job which is something I really apprecaite & enjoy.Lilli such an amazing staff member. Imagine I have never done with her any service, yet she welcomes me with hugs and big smile when I am in. When I decided to do waxing with her, she was the best. I had a treatment recently with Renu which was facial golden treatment and it was fabulous. As well as I had other treatments which were waxing, pedicure and menicure also body massage which she did a great efforts in all. I am always happy to book with her my treatments all the time. Nosheba is very good at eyebrows shaping and tinting. And shes vwry caring and atentitive and listens to you.

I loved my hair color experience with Sonya at the Villege mall, however as an old client of Sisters beauty lounge since 2011, I felt so sad and angry for the new police of charging for rough dry, as this is have been and should remain part of the hair coloring treatment, I don’t think that you will be happy of your clients stepping out of the saloon with wet hair after they colored their hair because of this unrealistic policy, so please consider that and try to fix it.Thank you

I did my eyebrows with sabeen and they are literally destroyed she was in a hurry and took so much hair they are not even alike and they are so thin !! Its not my first time doing my eyebrows with her ? Such a disappointment

I went to Sister’s for the last 10 yrs but this branch is the worst salon staff I have met. During my service the manager informs me that kids are not allowed in the salon! So what I’m supposed to do with that! Why did she wait one hour and Why wasn’t I informed when I came inn for my appointment.What type of humanity is this!!! I’ll never place a foot in that place again. I wish no one else does.

Great staff and the services is nice, the salon design is so cool and the seats are comfy as well, not like other salon where i got back pain from sitting on their chairs while doing my nails, yet i wish they do nail art or extensions as well..

My absolute favorite place everyone is really sweet and professional. The best place to do anything in dubai especially in the village mall branch, have been going for years so reliable.

Beware of what they advertise and the service they actually give. I was told my trim would cost 150 dhs, but since it is 3 cm, (more than 2.5 cm), its considered a cut, and it would be 290 dhs. Would have been totally fine with it, if they didnt try to hide it from the customer till the last second.

I went there like 3 months ago... they put Russian eye lashes even though I told them not to for 700 AED. I specifically told them I wanted normal ones. They only care about the money they can take from you
