Never ever ever waste your time with such an unprofessional salon.Specially Mrs Anima Pradham, who after sending a Technician who couldn’t dry my hair”gel manicure” after 2,5 hours, promised to send someone at 17 pm today. Unless I call he rback, she didn’t even have the decency to call me to i form about the cancellation. Then she told me someone was coming to fix the mess they left in my hands by 20 pm… Nobody came and they didn’t even replied to my messages. I spent whole Sunday at home waiting for them to come since they left my nails in a terrible state and even everything I touch becomes red because tje polish tint starts to melt around… So so cheap quality and most importantly, such an unprofessional customer service.Please go to Careem’s saloon whose polish lasted me 3 weeks and their response is perfectly on the spot and caring and decent.These people think they owe your time and don’t even call you to i form about the technician not coming. Below a picture of my “gel manicure “ done yesterday night.Embarrassing, unprofessional, out-of-words to describe their Managers ‘ poor and rude customer service.Please do not waste your money nor specially your time in here

My wife & I booked for manicure & pedicure in the morning and we were really happy with the results so i decided to book a Prenatal & Thai Massage at night. Though i message them late, they still managed to arrange a massage therapist for us. We were really pleased with over all service. Thank you so much!

I was a client of this salon for more than 3 years. After they totally burned my skin after waxing last time - never again. Staff does not understand English when I repeated 5 times that the wax is hot and had to yell to stop in the end.I had to go for a medical treatment after their services. And in the end you will get only “we are sorry”, but must be a minimum a refund.The cleanliness of the salon was getting worse and worse, the feeling of “saving cost” is everywhere.

Don’t even by mistake work with this salon. I had called for home service through the service market app. The lady came without any waxing disposables. She did my hands legs and under arms with a butter knife.She wanted to do my bikini wax with a butter knife as well. I could not allow that. So I asked her to stop and cancelled the last service.She mixed left over banana wax in honey wax and did my waxing.My skin on full arms and full legs has broken out completely. I have shared all the pictures with service market. Sadly no help has come through. Be very careful ladies.

Booked Mani Pedi for 3 people and the coordinator kept calling the ladies to finish the service in 1 hour, how is it even possible? She sent 1 pedicure tub and kept on rushing the girls calling 100 times. Worst service. I paid money but the girls were not able to do any good job waste of my money and the reason is the coordinator.. Never booking again.

Ive booked thru Smiles for mani-pedi combo, UA waxing and eyebrows threading home service with Suneyna, and so happy of her services.She is so attentive, professional, polite, and friendly. Their hairdresses Neelam is someone to look up to when you want a person who is as careful and passionate about your hair as your are. I have been their loyal customer for 2 years now and they have always only given me the best. I would recommend this salon to everyone in and around Bur Dubai.

This salon has the worst products ever . They use handwash liquid to wash hairs . Can you imagine . All duplicate products . From colors to nail paints. I remember having one of the girl coming to my home for service and her name was Fatima I guess . This lady is from Pakistan . I requested for for some other color and this lady came out with the expired hair color and with full of confidence she’s saying I will get the desired color I’m looking for . Well it turned out to be the horrible experience and when I asked her why did she lied about colors she replied “ sorry ma’am! Forgive me. What to do if my owner is not good . We tell but still she says to manage “ . And I was completely shocked to see this women working like this . Well that’s not the end. I had again booked meni pedi and facial . And luckily again girls came from this same salon. Lakshmi and 1 more from Pakistan as well but I forgot her name . The tools they were using omg horrible. Filers were used, buffers were used and more of nail paints were all dried and old and all duplicate copy . One lady took me aside and told me ma’am sorry but we don’t have all facial stuff . Will have to mix and match and I’m like see the confidence of this girls . How come this girls have such a confidence. And when I checked the products omg all spoiled and no proper stuff . Lakshmi is like ma’am we are really sorry but we didn’t do this on purpose. Our ma’am gives this things only and tells to manage . If somebody else would have been there with me would have definitely gone and complain but I had decided if next time I get any girls from this salon Khallas will surely go and complain . Because this is Dubai and not India or Pakistan where all this is happening. Need to maintain quality standards. And this owner has to know it . Running a salon doesn’t mean u will do anything. We are paying . We don’t call you for free of cost .

Such a bad service from this salon. I have booked an at home manicure through Service Market and after 30 minutes of the technician not showing up, I called. Only when I called did they inform me that they couldn’t access the area because of the floods. Furthermore, after taking no action and just offering empty excuses, the lady I talked to on the phone hung up in my face.

One of the most affordable salons I have been to. I got my henna done at this salon, the customer service is the best , I got it done for 170 dirhams. I would definitely visit this salon again and I would recommend this salon.

I am having their salon service from past 9 months at home services they provide.I have waxing services by technician Nagma I use the full body wax from sparkles and charm home service . I must say Nagma is a fabulous person and technician . Her hands are magic .She is always on time and do her job perfectly. Everytime I request only Nagma for my wax and mani pedi and she is always there for my services.With her beautiful heart and smile. She is very hard working and understands your requirements for thé service she is been sent for.She also did my manicure and pedicure and she give good time to each and every step of the process.Never disappointed by the service Nagma provide with very humble and patient personality.I also recently have keratin treatment for my hairs for that technician Rubina came for hair service on owners suggestion as I was having hair service for the first time from their salon.Rubina is such a sweetheart also very Very very hard working woman and she make sure to spend time on my hairs so that I can be satisfied with my hair treatment she also gave me knowledge regarding my hairs.But I am not satisfied with the product that the owner is providing for keratin treatment this is not a fault of the technician totally owners fault as the product didn’t give me good results on first attemptBut I mention my problem to owner and she arrange revisit ASAP to fix my wavy hair. Owner should look at the product that they are providing to the customers and should have provided with choice of product according to the hair requirement .This is totally owners fault but Rubina was patient and hard working hair technician she satisfied me with her work both time she was here.Also I don’t like about the salon is they are a bit expensive as they never offer any spa packages or discounts on any services they provide. I am their monthly customer and I never get any discount or offer from there side as a regular customer.

Be aware of Sparkles N Charms Womens Beauty Salon, they are very unprofessional people, today I went for my hair treatment after finalizing the cost and time, when I arrived, I was asked if a male from her men’s salon can do my hair treatment! How come a male in a women’s salon this is very scary, I am going to file a complaint tomorrow with Economic Department, Consumer and with Smiles who is currently running offer with them, please do not use their service anytime.

I booked them through service market few weeks back for today at 4pm and they called at 4:07 and canceled the booking only because I requested not to double dip!! They are literally the WORST!! I booked them before for waxing and they used to do double dipping which is prohibited by the municipality! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!

Had a pleasant and beyond satisfactory experience at Sparkles N Charms. The staff is quite friendly and deeply understands what the client is looking for. Very impressed by the facilities and equipment used in the salon. The service earns a 5 star rating from me.

I visited the parlour today for threading and pedicure, but I was totally disappointed with the service. Ms. Iraam who did threading for me literally plucked the eyebrow hair, she was rough in handling the customer and wasnt professional in her work and did her work for namesake. When it comes to scrubbing the legs in pedicure, she literally scratched my ankle with the scrubber. The quality of the parlour was so bad, they didnt use proper equipment for pedicure... There weretiny insects and cockroach running and there was a male stylist in ladies parlour. I wont visit the parlour again. It was the horrible experience and I wont recommend the parlour to anyone.

Pathetic Experience!The owner of the Salon is very unprofessional. If u buy their package they will definitely not give you the appointment over any clients who doesn’t have packages and will msg u in odd hours to come to the salon when their staffs are free (they feel one would always be free for coming to the salon). With one staff they give 3 appointments at the same time.Please please please dont take any packages from them…. They are just making money…. For them customer service is the last thing they worry about!!

Apt to the name, they make you “Sparkle”with their professional beauty regimes and treatment packages and “charm” you with their dedicated friendly staffs and clean environment. I bet on their pedicure treatments and value for money packages. Must try! The best part is they understand your skin and suggest treatments accordingly. The staffs are very friendly and understanding. They really take care of customers and have a postive attitude. I have experienced almost all type of beauty services there and I think they are great. The salon location is also easily accessible. Quick in and out of the place without wasting time. I would say it is always a great day when I go in to Sparkes N Charms.

I booked them through Amazon for Feb 26th at 6 pm and they did not come at the appointment time and sent me messages that their technicians are busy. Why have a service if you cant fulfill it. Wont recommend this place to anyone! Wanted to give it a zero star.

Best saloon to go for , all the packages that they have is really pocket friendly as well the services are good. Talking about the staff , all the staff members are professional specially Ann. Found the suggestion for S&C on google. Being new to Dubai, I completely relied on the reviews online for S&C and trusted my instinct. I am glad that I wasnt disappointed at all.Friendly, yet professional staff ( Ms. Rosy and Ms. Neelam); each of them seemed to hv their own area of expertise - which I experienced on my very first trial visit today.What made me take a chance with S& C is a telephonic enquiry attended by the owner Ms. Neelima earlier in the morning; her pleasant and considerate approach to my vague and halfbaked questions made me feel comfortable and relaxed, needless to say I was won over by the confidence I heard in her speech when she ended the call saying, just visit, my staff will take care of you, and indeed they did!!!I am drooling over myself after my hairspa- haircut, mani/pedi, eyebrow, and face polishing and clean up - all at AED350!Worth my time and money!

The salon is good in terms of hygiene but the product that used are of very poor quality,for polish all non branded always dry and peels off very soon , French base and white is always dry with less collection girls says have informed maam but she does not bring. This make me move to other salon.

The worst parlour i have ever visited in my whole life. The owner lady is very convincing in service providing.. but the product they are using is useless and not long lasting.. and cheap productsThey charge us high price and unprofessional staff and unclean parlour.Ladies dont ever go here.Please dont waste you money going in this useless parlour.
