I was today for a manicure and pedicure, the staff is very professional Vietnamese girls very friendly and very nice. I had cat Eyes manicure and pedicure that is one unique technique. They have a lot of technique options. Salon is new and very beautiful.

My new go-to salon in Dubai! Thank you to Lilly (who can I say is just unbelievable incredible at facials, I will definitely be back again). She takes so much care!Thank you also to Lucie for my nails, I LOVE them!Such a lovely atmosphere and great attention for detail xx

The spa Therapy( Mrs.Ruby Therapy ) massaged my scalp. They massaged well and provided professional service.Other staff are friendly and smiling. They give good advice.

Im writing this review about Ruby who did my hair keratin treatment, she was exceptional, paid so much attention to my hair, took so much time to straighten them even though I have very long and extremely curly hair but she did it patiently and with love and care. Thankyou Ruby, you have made a new customer that wont go to anyone but you.

I got the Hair Spa done with a neck, head and shoulder massage with Joline! 💕 really great value for money, the service and staff were spot on! Would definitely recommend this place for not just hair but also nails! Saw some lovely colors and the variety of colors available and styles is amazing 🤩

We did the hair spa service with lily and rosy. The service by these girls was amazing the massage was heavenly ( I usually do it with yin yang but this was better) after getting it all done they blow dried our hair.The salon itself is clean and the ladies there are so polite, quiet, respectful and friendly.The receptionist (jolin) was a gold star too. She explained everything and made us feel welcomed.Overall 100% would recommend the services with lily and rosy and would definitely come again

Harsh treatment my hair was super dry until next few washes at home. So aggressive in hair massage and face and body that you don’t feel relaxed while the treatment. Ladies are super strong so everything with so much power.Should learn to be gentle on hair. Damaged my hair for good. Never going here again for anything ..don’t go cheap offer treatments.However ok there saloon was clean but completely unprofessional I even told the girl to be gentle but she was super strong like a super women. Are you massaging a client or beating someone up? Need to be patience gentle and calm.Never going back here again

Very nice, professional and affordable massage! And the owner is extremely honest. They charged me a little more than they should, a clear mix up with the numbers, I didnt see it. The next day he got in contact to reimburse me. I am beyond grateful! I will come back for sure!

The herbal hair-wash and facial spa package was therapeutic with Lily at Sweetheart Salon. It felt like a rainforest spa moment with the delicate care during the treatment process and application of herbal everything. My therapist was Lily. She’s very good and I had a really great time relaxing. The prices are also reasonable and affordable. I would definitely come back for their other services. Probably nail extensions or any nail services.
