Excellent salon. Neat and clean with meticulous service. I got my protein treatment done here with hair color. Hair stylist Mimbi was extremely kind and responsive to my requests. The owner herself helped me with the parking hassle at the basement. I was offered drinks. I’m very happy with the service, the prices and my overall experience was great!! Will recommend and will come back again ♥️

I wanna say thank you to Ate Belet or if people may know her as Isa. She always has this warm and friendly vibes that makes me comfortable everytime I visit the salon. She is always humble and I really appreciate her passion about work. All the staff in The Icon Salon are very accommodating as well. Will surely recommend this place to my friends.

This is always my go-to-place during day off The salon is neat and always smells good. Toilet is clean and well maintained. Plus they serve you free cofee/water, with good internet access plus Netflix while you’re on the wait! Always looking forward to going there. If you’re looking for a real pampering and stress free time. This is the place!🥰

The haircut was fine. The place was pretty dirty though in the toilet and laundry area. They didn’t put any products in my hair before styling and after which I found unusual.

The hairstylist was definitely not professional had zero knowledge about hairstyles i asked her to do a curly lob hair style but instead she did a curly bob like seriously its two different things.The waxing was decent but not worth the price. the pedicure and manicure was soo expensive just for cleaning and nail polish its 50 aed without water. with water they were like it is 80 and it is called a foot spa! though all the other saloons i have gone to they have water inclusive. definitely not worth the money.

Worst service ever please do not visit. The staff leave wax all over you body tye nail polish is thin and they just put 2 coats with which no color comes. The eyebrow was cut extra and the shape was destroyed. When you complain the staff yell at you and make fun of you in local language. Very disrespectful and arrogant staff they are not interested in doing anything but just sit and watch television.

The staffs were very welcoming, friendly, pleasant and easy to talk to. They made sure I was completely comfortable when I was there. I highly recommend this salon!! Ill be coming back soon 😊

Never gonna visit again! Worst service ever , they will only take money but zero service and professionalism . I visited today for the first time but it was my worst mistake to choose this salon for my facial , the lady told me the facial will be for 45 mints and out of 45 mints she massaged my face literally 2 mints and rest of the time she put steam and mask on my face!!! I was shocked they don’t know anything about beauty services, i wasted my money and my time.

Terrible experience, the lady doesnt know how to cut hair she just used razor to cut short my long hair!! Very bad experience! Dont know what to do with my hair!!! She cut more than half of my hair. Cut 8-10 inches of my hair even if I have told her not to cut too much!

The salon is spacious and modern.Filipina staff attended client very well and very kind.I recommend this salon to all of us ladies.I just forgot to take photo.

Ambiance is good! I love the package with morrocan bath, full body massage and mani/padi gel 👌

Took at appointment using a groupon voucher but when I arrived, they will full and asked us to come back in 30 min.We went away and when I called after 30 min, all they could say is we are still busy and I don’t know who gave you the appointment. So unprofessional and no apology as well. Took the owners number but no answer and when I tried again got the phone switched off.

No sense of customer service plus the stair from the staff, I felt like a rare bird in a zoo.I awkwardly laid on the table and was left in the room after the service... WEIRD!!

I always go to this saloon for haircut + wash service ! Last time I went over only for trimming , she ruined my hair after going back home i noticed short & long strands of my hair I’m never going back there unfortunately it was such waste of money
