The Loft - Prime Gents Salon

Went to get a haircut here a few days ago, i usually dont make write bad reviews, but this place is probably one of the worst places in Dubai if you want to cut your hair. My haircut was uneven on one side at the back, the hairdresser applied shampoo on my hair despite me telling not to as well. Overall my hair is in a worse state than it had been before the haircut. Do not recommend.

Bad Experience with terms of appointment.I got appointment with one of staff at Loft for hair cut, after coming to saloon I come to know that the staff is on leave. I travelled all the way round from Al qusais to our Mehta and staff is on leave even after taking appointment with same staff.Not recommended.

Hair cut by Haseeb , followed by a head massage , and u have a beautiful experience .Mani pedi by Ann and ur fantastic experience is complete

Best place in town. Vishal never fails to get you groomed to way you want to be, he is always miraculous!The owner deserves to be appreciated as well to keep the high standard of it alive and even increasing in incredibly by putting all possible efforts every day!The convenient location and the best part is that there is a huge parking just in front of the Salon! :)Very best of the luck to the entire team! Very clean, perfect cuts for a fair price. Nice atmosphere trendy look that makes it feel welcoming and inviting. Good chemistry between the barbers, sense of humor and personal stories they all share making the place buzz with friendliness. Highly recommending the loft.

Really not satisfied. They Charge 50Dhs for a haircut but still it was not done as I wanted and instructed.I believe the price should be much cheaper as I assumed that my hair cut will be done perfectly as per the amount I am paying for the service.

One of the best I have visited.I travel from Abu Dhabi just for their service.Cost friendly.In terms of service, Vishal, Ali, Roger make the environment very comfy and relaxing.And for the haircuts, beards, facial, threading...no words...kudos to this team.

This saloon doesnt deserve to have the kind of customers they even have currently as they are racist and have no respect for clients.I have visited the saloon earlier today and was late for my appointment by 10 minutes and I was ready to wait for my turn to come in next however they took the next walk in client and told me that I cant get my work done anymore as I was late by 10 minutes.The manager Mohammed even got physical with me and told me not to talk too much and made sure I was insulted.Saloons like these dont have the right to even exist...very disappointing.Aj

If I tell the hairstylist how lengthy I need my hair isnt it obvious for the hairstylist to kno study the hair? If its curly then I should be cutting lesser so it comes as per customers needs. We asked Ali to cut the sides till half the ear. He makes a middle parting and cuts its above the ears. My fiances hair is completely ruined. Looking at the salons rating we went there. But indeed a horrible job done by Ali.

Loved it because of the convenient location, great atmosphere and most of all amazing haircuts! The prices are unbelievably low and free Wi-Fi doesnt hurt. Parking is available right next to the location and the online booking is pretty slick too.

Great staff and best service in town. Store is always very clean but could get busy on the weekend so you will need to book in advance for a service.

I wanted to get a perm from here as i checked online they had the service and now when i called up they told me they dont do it because the person quit the job so if they dont provide a service they should keep the customer waiting and should update their website this is really poor service and not professional

Before coming to the loft salon I was stressed and after getting a haircut from the hairdresser Ali, I left the place relaxed and with an great haircut.

Is my place to go to. Staff are great friendly and respectful. Ask for any of them and you will get a great service. Parking might be a problem in that area.

These guys are usualy fully booked on peak hours but well deserve the wait. Friendly staff and great service
