Queen Treatment at The White Room Spa. Thanks to the beautiful ladies who I met today. I love their services! Had a full body massage and Pedicure done by Lan. She’s such a professional and she knows exactly what she’s doing! I felt so rejuvenated and relaxed after the massage. My pedicure looks divine too! Great value for money! Ladies lets go!

I recently booked an appointment to do my hair, the person I had an appointment with (a person called Shakira) proposed that another person helps her to make my hair which I agreed to. They started taking care of my hair and then eventually the secretary whispered something in Shakira’s ear and she then left me behind to go take care of another person and never came back, leaving me with a person that couldn’t properly take care of my hair. My hair was a mess, I asked for curls and never got any and I was very annoyed.I asked at the reception for the manager to contact me as they couldn’t help and since then I’ve yet to receive a response.I’m very disappointed with the service and I’ll never step again at the place because it isn’t the first time I’ve had issues or heard clients next to me have some as well.

Went in for a keratin treatment, she used a blue product on my blonde hair which completely ruined my hair color and also fried my hair. The manager and owner were not helpful at all and wanted to call the police on me because I refused to pay for a service that literally damaged my hair and forced me to go to a different saloon and dye it dark. I am very disappointed with the management and how they dealt with the situation.100% do not recommend.

My favorite spa at all time in Dubai. All the staff are very friendly and do a great job. My favorite is THUN , she is a master piece in nails and lashes. White Room is my #1.

Yesterday i visited @whiteroomspa for mani pedi and a blow dry. I used Gelish Manicure and as you can see in my picture i am loving the results. The staff seemed highly trained, i got done pretty quick with the results as i wanted to get.They are following all the SOPs of COVID19.They have some amazing packages going on - i would highly recommend you all to visit @whiteroomspa - you won’t be disappointed. 👍🏻

I am so happy and satisfied with the spa services from the white room. The customer service and the ladies are always fantastic with their job. My nails and hair always looking great. The girls always try to accommodate my demands in a timely manner. Every time I leave the spa I feel rejuvenated and don’t want to leave.

I dont like nail polish or fancy designs so I usually just ask for a good clean up and maybe a treatment, but Ive walked out twice where I had to go home and refile or even clean my nails better. Waxing service is perfectly fine. Overall the place itself needs a bit of TLC. The girls are all nice and polite, but some further training will benefit them more.

What a great service from Lan and Lavina I had ManiPedi and very satisfied with their service! But the only thing that makes me unhappy is the receptionist. Not approachable and very rude. I said “ “Hi” the moment I arrived no response, I was standing in front her while she was on a phone call 🤷‍♀️And after the service I paid and said “thank you” to her and she just ignored me! What a great personality.But 5* for Lan and Lavina 🙌

I had appointment for waxing, mini facial and massage. All the ladies were wonderful except one lady who kept talking during my treatment. I work in the fitness industry and she was asking all kinds of question about how to loose weight and what diet to follow. This is very unprofessional behavior and not relaxing at all. We come to enjoy and destress at the spa! We dont come to talk about our work and give advices for free to strangers. We are paying customers. I left a complaint at reception and management didnt even bother to follow up. Very poor!

I’m in ABSOLUTE LOVE with my haircut! Juliet did an excellent job and precisely what I had requested of her. The staff overall carries a professional attitude and the stylists truly pay attention to your specific requirements.I spent quite some time looking for a decent salon in Dubai and am absolutely thrilled with the service provided here. Not only are the staff friendly and well experienced but the atmosphere and the vibe of the salon is also very relaxing. I love love love this place and Highly recommend it. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed !

The spa location is easy to reach on the main motor city street.The Spa equipments and furniture is already old and obviously is not renovated since long time.The staffs are good in what they are doing but My ails Gelish polish peals quickly .

I get my hair done from here. I was particularly impressed with the hair styling and blowdry. The products used out here are of premium quality and the place is neat and clean. Also the staff are really friendly and seem to follow the recent health and safety guidelines.

Manicure services were fine, but I did botox in my hair and the result is very bad, worst than before!! I went again (Motor City) she tried to finish (in her own words) the treatment, but was the same, I was trying to contact her again and she didnt answer...now I have to spend to much money to have my hair normal...very dissapointed

I love my naturally straight hair, its not easy to make it look good with waves, but @whiteroomspa gave me my dream wavey look! Thank you for having me today. Beautiful atmosphere and very professional, friendly and hygienic staff. My hands are so soft and my manicure experience was beautiful. @whiteroomspa manicure/pedicure masters were so gentle with me!

Receptionist is not organized with the appointments. Many time visited and the same problem with every singe visit. I don’t like to write bad comments but last visit made me so mad. She is really careless about clients!The girls are doing very good mani-pedi though.. and the blow dry is also not bad.

Honestly I wasnt expecting that. the place is nice and very decorative but all the staff are lost especially the receptionist. I just came from my appointment.i had a 60 minutes massage but they got lost they dont know who does the massage so i told them to just do 30 minutes my back only. The masseuse had hard hands she kept hurting me wasnt relaxing at alllll !! No music no good smell. Now for the nails it was ok but the nail polishes are all ruined and old but I had to go with flow, so my nails turned out so thick and ruined but i wanted to finish and leave because I had enough.And now im going to another salon to change polish because they are awful please change your whole set of polish or just close !!I honestly wont be visiting again the jlt branch I was disaapointed.

Had a very relaxing time today, the staff is very comforting . Much needed pampering after a long wait. Definitely recommend the white room spa to all. They are following all the required precautions to keep their clients safe .

Absolutely careless about their customers.I bought a package for pedicure, used couple of times and lost a card where the marked how many procedure I took, actually I suspect that I forgot it at the salon as I barely lose anything. So I told them about it and they said theres nothing they can do about it as they dont track it on their system.Dont recommend to go there.

Very unpleasantWent to The white room Motorcity.Staff so unpleasant, during 2 hrs of treatment, no offer for even water.. We spent over 100 USD and staff made us feel like they were doin us a favour. Would definately NOT RECOMMEND... FOR what we paid, we could have a much much better experience. Please train your staff to be nice to customers.. Will never return

Used to be a regular, but Ive completely stopped going. The staff are treated absolutely terribly. The franchise is going through tough financial times, and they take it out on the employees. No wonder the quality has plummeted so much over the past year and a half.Wouldnt recommend at all for anything.

I had a great experience at the White room Spa. The staff were professional friendly and helpful. The place was very clean.Loved my mani and pedi and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great Job and hygiene.

I gave them so many chances after one of the girl ruined my nails so bad by doing a horrible acrylic extension. Went back to another girl and she was better.. staff was kind of ok.. but the Filipino receptionist named Jenny or something was very careless to customers.. she wasn’t nice to me at all.. they try to charge you for every little thing. I shouldn’t have bought pedicure and eyebrow threading packages with them as now I’ll throw it away.. never gonna go back there again...

It’s my first time going for classic mani /pedi to the white room spa salon. I recommend my favourite vietnamese lady who did fantastic the place looks new and clean, equipment is sterilised, ladies working there are friendly and no hard selling.❤🥰

Quality of manicures and pedicures are excellent with great nail polish selection. Staff is very friendly and experienced. The place is clean and atmosphere is peaceful and cozy.

I have been going to this spa for 8 months and have always felt liked a valued customer. The mani/pedis a always done so well and Trudia and Lan give first rate massages for a responsible price!

I love White Room Dubai, my favourite is the motor city one. The girls always make me feel welcome and offer me a coffee on arrival. The last time I went for shellac mani and pedi I was unsure what colour to go for and one of the girls recommended a new colour which was gorgeous! Definitely go to get your mani pedi here its the best! x

The worst acrylic refill of my life. Had girls filing my nails until literal blood and then put nail polish all of the open wounds !!!! the layering and messiness of the finishing result is horrible. Was too sleepy to notices it at the salon but the second I did, I was revolted. Hours later and these wounds are still burning.

Turned up on time , waited for 30 min for my service to start and still no one was available!Very poor service from the receptionist. She lied about waiting for 5 more minutes.I wa made to wait longer and her attitude towards handling the situation was diabolical!!Will not return again for sure and I also highly recommend everyone to avoid this place.

Not a very pleasant experience, went for gelish mani pedi, there color options were ver limited, i tried to use my entertainment voucher but they mentioned it is not usable in weekends, however staff was nice and efficient.

The best salon/spa in Dubai! there is a promo going on this month for which you can get 3 treatments for only 155AED. You can choose from the following: mani, pedi, massage, parrafin for hand, full arm & under arm, full face threading & callus treatment. Great service & not even that pricey. Ill definitely be going here again!

Staff is very good friendly, but they furniture is all broken, its not comfortable at all and little pieces less.
