I would really call myself a picky customer especially when it comes to my hair, and in particular highlights :). I have been to many salons in different countries and I have to say this experience was just outstanding!Rachel really is an artist and she really puts so much love and detail into her work. Just really one of a kind. I really really was hesitant to try a new place but it was definitely worth it in this case! The services at this salon are very very good and cost effective. Alma did a wonderful job with my nails, she is very friendly and polite. She is very experienced and her advice and the painless waxing techniques are commendable. The coffee tastes good too and it’s a very good spot for all services .Estrella was on point with the hair consult as well.
I have been visiting THT since the beginning. Love their manicure and hair blow dry. Even a regular manicure looks like a gelish one and it stays without chipping for long❤️❤️ The hair blow dry at THT is also great and I have received many compliments every time I have done it from there. The service is also very personal; the staff, manager and owner are very warm, friendly and cooperative❤️❤️
I am very surprised about the positive reviews, I suspect they are not genuine. This is a very dirty place, to the point that I was worried about touching anything, broken down furniture, loud, chaotic, staff pressures you to buy things, and worst of all they are not transparent about their pricing.Edit to reply to the business: yes, this is indeed your salon and I did not make a mistake, and this is a genuine review from a real customer of yours. I visited THT with my 4yo daughter and friend for a fun ‘girls day out’ today and it was hands down the most fun time I’ve had at a salon. The staff are THE most friendliest and exude so much warmth, my little one couldnt stop gushing about her beautiful hair styled by the lovely Miss Estrelia and her “rainbow nails” done by Ms Alma and Ms Archie. She and I were so well taken care of throughout the service, and would go back to this place in a heartbeat. Highly recommend for a mummy and daughter salon experience!

I visited THT 2 weeks ago to do my hair, and I waited 2 whole weeks to see if the color and style wears off without the salon blow-out.. and hands down, this is the most impressed I have ever been with the hairdo, and THT will be my go-to place to get my hair done now on. I must say Rechelle really knows what shes doing, and she did a brilliant job along with Glenda.

Edit: The salon is still refusing to respond to me, refusing my refund and overall very dodgy with handling this situation.I tried to come 4 times out of which I was told not to come twice because the manager wasn’t in salon and the reception seemed least interested to help. They want things on their terms even when they make a mistake. I’ve made a chargeback with my bank and I recommend anything reading this to avoid THT.I was expecting a really good experience based on the reviews and overall concept of THT. But I’m genuinely disappointed.I came in looking for a balayage, the lady said it will require 3 different appointments because I have red hues in my hair, then she said she’ll do a brown color on me which will be lighter than the color I currently have. It turned out to be 3 shades darker, she said it’ll become lighter. It didn’t, the dye just washed off and it honestly looks like I bought a box dye and did it at home. I’m so irritated.I went to other salons and to my surprise they all said there’s no need for 3 sittings and my desired look is absolutely achievable.To this, I requested THT for a refund because my hair is the opposite of what I came in for. They pushed back and asked me to come for a “rectification” - I wanted to come, then the lady was busy so she rescheduled to a day where I was busy. Back and forth. Then I wanted to come, but the manager wasn’t in the salon. So the lady on call asked me to come when the manager is in salon.Now they requested me to come today, 24th Oct - But when I called to let them know I’m coming, the lady called me and said they were expecting me yesterday… what?Complete disappointment, waste of funds and also will never visit again due to their poor handling of communications.
I recently booked the curling treatment at this salon, which included clarifying, hydrating, and then styling with finger coiling. From start to finish, the experience was great. Rechelle, along with Lei, did an amazing job. Rechelle’s expertise in curly hair was evident, and she took the time to explain each step of the process. The best haircut of my life!!Ask for Stacey and she will work her magic on your hair, transforming your locks into those shiny and bouncy enough to grace a magazine cover! I went in based off of Instagram photos and all I can say is wow- everyone working at THT is incredibly friendly and there is such a nice energy in the studio. Their work is truly beautiful! I have had so many issues with my hair in the past and Stacey made them simply disappear. I would highly recommend a visit to THT for anyone looking for beautiful hair and impeccable service!
I have been going to this hair salon for several years and have gotten many hair cuts there. the last time i went, last week, i asked for my usual layers and the lady took it upon herself to give me much much shorter front pieces. i didnt realize when i first got the haircut but now i have a half bob cut in the front and long layers from the back. in the years that ive been going here i have never experienced this kind of issue but now i have this terrible haircut that i paid nearly 400 aed for. i recommend if you get a haircut here to be very observant of what they are doing.
Such an amazing salon!My stylist was Lea and I had to do a full head of highlights, with Olapex treatment and toning. She definitely delivered! I’m so satisfied and will be coming back again. I also wanted to do my nails without having an appointment, but they were able to help me right before my hair appointment.I felt very taken care of, would recommend too anyone !
Too overpriced and the treatment was good but not great also, I even used the voucher but they still charged me extra 50 aed though the price mention their menu was less, they said they did not update it, this was like fooling the customer. I would actually like them to give me a free service in return for that! Wouldnt recommend it though!
I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I’ve tried and tested multiple salons for nail extensions and I can say with absolute certainty, that this salon is by far the best. I like natural looking, short-medium length extensions and Tati from That Hair Tho, really gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. The length, the colour, the quality and all this done without dilly dallying and with utmost cleanliness and professionalism! I’m so so happy with their service! I’ll definitely go back real soon.. (also can I just add that when the extension began coming off, they came out smoothly without damaging my nail so really thank you Tati!)

The old staff and management were excellent, but the new team doesnt understand loyalty and customer retention. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience this time.Ive been a loyal customer since this salon opened and continue to visit regularly. As a long-standing customer, I was given a loyalty/stamp card for each visit. Four visits ago, I mentioned that I had forgotten my card in another bag and asked them to note it in their system to ensure it would be stamped on my next visit. They agreed. This happened again three visits ago, and I reminded them to note it down.On my second-to-last visit, I informed them that I had lost the card and asked them to replace it, including the stamps for the previous two visits as well as the current one. They refused and said they needed to check with the manager, who wasnt present at the time. Their follow-up via WhatsApp was unclear, so I clarified the situation during my visit today. They told me they couldnt replace the card and that I would lose all my points.I understand losing previous stamps if the card is lost, but I specifically informed them during those two visits to note it down. Life happens, and sometimes we forget or lose things. They could have easily recorded my visits and justified issuing a new card with the missed stamps. Instead, they treated me as if I was trying to cheat them. I even asked if they had seen any recent redemptions from me.If the new management valued loyal customers like the old management did, they would have simply given me a new card and included the missed visits, instead of making me feel like a cheat.
I live in Al Ain, but I happily travel to Dubai every few months to have my hair cut at this salon.I appreciate the care taken by the stylists to understand what I want, and the way they constantly check in to see that Im happy with the progress.I am always happy with the results, and my hair looks good for months after.Vini was my stylist recently. Her easygoing nature and excellent service made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in asking for what I want.Also, the head massage was heavenly!

I like the personal touch the salon did to make the client feel special, wrote my name and a welcome message on my assigned seat.Emina did a really good job with my hair compared to the other high end salon I used to go to “Marquee” and for half the price I pay. Most especially my hair seems to like the hairstylist (I know it’s a weird thing to say but if my hair likes a stylist, my hair just looks and feels nice effortlessly) She seemed to have done a great job with coloring, will see how it turns out in a month.And not to forget the lovely lady at the reception with short hair and blue/purple streaks. She was so hospitable, funny and helped treat my problematic scalp and hair.

I cut my hair by my self in my house yesterday for the first time and it was so terrible 🥲 soo I found this Salon in the google and I booked to fix it. The place is very nice, reception was really good and the woman that cut my hair is so amazing and she fixed everything even the shorter parts that I maked wrong by my self. I flew from London to Dubai and stayed for 4 days. The travel was hectic and I needed some TLC.Went to THT and had a lovely massage. My masseuse Jyoti is well trained and suggested what I need to do for antiinflammatory effect.She started with a reflexology massage and then moved onto lymphatic drainage and ended with face massage for sinusitis. It was fabulous. The best massage I ever had. Feel so refreshed.I would strongly recommend whoever visiting Dubai should try it.

I knew about it from someone who went there, if I didn’t, I’d have to pay full price, as staff never mentioned it. You’re welcome:)Ladies working there are very nice, helpful and super friendly. I’ve been offered a coffee, I appreciate that:)However, the hairbrushes used on my hair weren’t clean, and the drawers were all covered in dust and dirty random things. Within this price range, being above average, I expect the tools used on my hair to be clean at least.The haircut was fine but not perfect. I feel like the hairdresser was slightly in a rush, hence the cutting wasn’t as precise as I wish it would be. Not too bad though. It did have some resemblance with the reference picture I showed.You won’t see awareness of the latest trends or interest in the latest developments, which I love my hairdressers to have!Also, expect some light pressure to purchase more treatments or products.Hair blowing and styling: no heat protection was used before the blowing or styling.Also, side note: scissors could use some sharpening, I can see my freshly cut ends and they don’t look as good, because the scissors aren’t sharp enough.Again, it’s not terrible, I would rather call it average for an above average performance.
Had my first ever curly hair specialist cut and deep condition by Eric’s (stylist) and it was amazing! She was so informative and answered all of my questions and gave me advice on how to take care of my curls going forward. The deep condition by Glenda was fantastic too - attention to detail, she showed me step by step what to do and explained the process. They both made me feel so welcome and at ease and the results are fantastic. I’ll definitely be back!
The staff are very welcoming and caring. I only do my keratin treatment at this salon because the outcome has always been the best for me. I did it while I was fasting and they were very respectful and offered me drinks, lowered the music down and wanted to go out of their way to get me stuff from the supermarket to break my fast. Update: Unfortunately I just got home and i’m very disappointed, just saw my hair in the mirror and saw that the extensions weren’t blended at all and unfortunately now i’m having to cut the extensions in order to fit the length with my actual length. The nano bond also came off as soon as I got home I initially put 5 stars but i’m having to change that considering the service of the extensions did not meet the expectations, only reason why i’ve left the remaining stars was because they were nice and she fixed the color of my hair from the top.First time visiting That Hair Tho, got my hair done by Estrella and honestly couldnt be more happier, she ended up fixing my roots and fitting extensions despite the short notice! Lei was also very lovely to accommodate me with beverages during my appointment, super friendly and super sweet. However, the receptionist Maria kept changing the pricing in regards to the hair extensions and put a bit of a face when she realized I was paying with tabby considering the bill reached 3,400 when I assumed it was going to be 2,400 based on the bill she gave me (which she later kept updating randomly and having the price go higher and higher) Only reason why I kept the 5 stars is due to Estrella & Lei doing a good job.

Have been visiting THT for the past few months and getting my hair done by Estrella. She is very professional and great with her work. She is kind, friendly and always going out of her way to make sure I have a good experience.I have also got my hair done by Salwa and I had visited late but she ensured the service is proper and waited till i got done with a smiling face.The hair wash by Lei are my favourite. She does it diligently and makes sure to incorporate a quick relaxing head massage which is so satisfying.Jyoti is very professional and efficient with the bodycare services as well.And last but not the least, Zainaab and Maria who are ever smiling and affectionate at the reception. They are flexible with appointments and will often help with finding a good parking spot too.Overall a lovely team and I am happy to have found such a good salon and service.

Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for hair services in Dubai!I was very skeptical, my hair was extremely damaged to a point where I was not able to brush it anymore. I couldn’t run my fingers through it either, it was extremely tangled. I turned to THT salon to get a haircut, but also a hair treatment.I needed a solution fast, I googled hair salons near me, found THT and booked my appointment. I walked in very skeptical, but my hair turned out great. It’s definitely 10x healthier, feels a lot better too. Estrella was amazing, she was very kind, very patient, she listened to all my concerns (which reflected in her services), she was a friend throughout. She definitely was experienced, she recommended I get layers with the curtain bangs. Whenever I got layers done in the past, it made my hair very thin and less volume, so I voiced that concern with Estrella and she ensured the way she’ll cut it would make my look full of volume, wouldn’t be thin, and that’s exactly what was delivered. I’ve gotten tons of compliments since the haircut (it’s just been 2 days).Big shoutout to her, I’m definitely happy with the service. The prices could be better, the hair “treatment” that was done, was more like a mask for 10-15 minutes, they steamed my hair for 2-3 min and that was it. I expected more there, and the price could definitely be more reasonable.Hair consultation was free as usual in salons (I don’t believe in paying for consultations), which was good.Forsure I’ll be going back here for my next haircut!

Worst place to get hair straightened for anyone with curly hair!!! They absolutely destroyed my curl pattern. I blow dry my hair once-twice every year therefore this isn’t from heat damage. After washing my hair from straight to curly it smelt absolutely like chemicals and had the straightest ends and my hair started even falling out like crazy!!! The women during the appointment kept spraying stuff in my hair and not wanting to explain to me what it was. I don’t know what they put or did to my hair, without consulting with me first. As someone who had the curliest and thickest of hair I now have dead fried hair with straight bits all over as if I get it straightened every week.

Went in for a pixie, left looking like the guy from peakie blinders because the “stylist” started shaving off my hair in the back, without asking me if it is too short. She shaved half my head off. Not the look i was going for. Avoid that “creative stylist”, the woman has an issue
I had a good time at THT today. I took an appointment for my root touch up with Salwa and I loved it. I got the exact hair colour that I wanted and it was blended well. I loved the blow dry after that too. Suman who is the manager here was sweet and professional with a welcoming smile. Will be definitely coming again for another service.
I came yesterday and today to do a hair coloring, hair treatment and foot massage when I was waiting to finish my hair.My hair stylist was Estrella, she is really a star! She is respected and fun all together. You can depaend on her to make a miracle to your hair! Genuinely the best salon ! Alma did my pedicure French and Salam did my hair cut blow dry and style and honestly it was amazing. So many services and such great quality of service! The ladies were so nice and went above and beyond to provide a good service!! The salon is also beautiful!!

I love the services in this salon they have very accommodating and friendly staff and they give great services. I got my hair extensions and nails done by them and I am fully satisfied with the result. I got my hair extensions done by Lea which I really love! She gave me plenty of options to achieve my expectation or great desire for my hair, she was able to achieve a great mix of colors together with my original hair which is amazing moreover, she even send me upstairs afterward to look for a tax since Im new in this town. Shes very nice, sweet, and thoughtful and accommodated me so well, together with Kristine whos also very nice, offered me a coffee with biscuits and assisted with my hair very well! Got my nails done by Archie who I find sweet and funny and did a great job achieving my nails expectations! She cleans it so well and has done a very good job.Im fully satisfied with the result and seems they are enjoying doing their job. Overall great and WELL DONE! Thank you everyone!💖💅

This is my go-to place for hair wash & blow dry with the Hair Artist Salwa. She is just brilliant in her job, understands my needs and she is so gentle as my scalp is extremely sensitive. Always caring, giving me tips on hair care.Also, have to mention abt hair specialist Maggie who is so good with her hands- she did soft & slow massage on my scalp for 20mins and I was completely refreshed.Totally recommend!!
That Hair Tho! Gives exactly what the name says!I flew down from Singapore to Dubai for a three nights stay. Called the salon for a hair appointment. The manager was so accommodating and considering how limited my stay is, gave me an immediate appointment.Upon arrival had the consultation with the hairstylist Vini.Vini is so knowledgeable and immediately understood what i wanted. Had a keratin smoothening coupled with an antifrizz treatment for added volume. My hair now looks so healthy and manageable. Feels like a new person!
The salons hair color service exceeded my expectations. The stylist Estrella demonstrated excellent skill, achieving the precise shade I desired. The color application was even, and my hair feels healthy post-treatment. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I visited THT for an eyelash LVL and gel manicure. Alma did a fantastic job and took great care of me. She ensured I was extremely pleased with my nails and gave me the most natural yet dramatic eyelashes. I highly recommend visiting Alma for the LVL treatment + any other concerning service! She’s so cordial and sweet and as are the rest of the staff members at THT.I also got the protein treatment done by Estrella and she did a wonderful job! The staff even stayed back late to finish my treatment as smoothly as possible and ensure I was comfortable throughout the process.The staff at THT are full of energy and such a happy bunch, I always keep going back for more treatment!

I went to this salon based on other reviews and what a fabulous experience it was. I got balayage done after a year on my hair with Rechelle and she was perfect. Understood exactly what I wanted, was so patient and nice. The color came out really well. All the staff was very polite and professional.Do check out and ask for Rechelle, she is the best!

This place is amazing!!! I went to them to change my hair colour and fix the dryness, and Rachel is a GENIUS!!! She asked whether or not I’d been itching my scalp, as she could see how red it was. I initially thought it was a temporary rash, but she explained what was going on, and immediately stopped the rash with treatment (at the salon and at home).The salon itself is so relaxing; everyone’s so friendly and easy-going, and their products are AMAZING!!! What used to take me hours at other salons, takes me less than an hour at this salon, and the results speak for themselves.This is now my permanent salon, and should be yours too! Ask for Rachel - she’s BY FAR the most knowledgeable hair stylist I’ve ever met! And she’s a gem - thank you Rachel!
Wont recommend this saloon to anyone. worst saloon ever. They have all marketing on basic of being all natural, no chemicals, vegan and cruelty free. And they say they use Pravana. I went there for hair colour, they assured me that they dont use products with chemicals. Assured me about using Parvana but used schawkrof and when I saw the stylist mixing more schawkrof hair colour for my hair, hee reply she did a mistake.And then comes the manager Lucinda who was extremely rude, and unprofessional. She mentioned saying what was even the difference between no chemical based hair colour and others. My hair has 3 different shades of hair colour right now. My hair looks extremely bad. And then the Manager Kate called me on Tuesday saying she would call me back on Wednesday which she didnt and top all of that she knows they say different products and use different and she is ok with that.
I had a wonderful experience with Ms.Salwa. I went there with a general concept of what I wanted and expected a certain set of treatments to give me that specific result. But she explained why another treatment would be better for my hair texture and how it would suit my expected results better. I am so glad that I listened to her. It has been over a month, and I am still in love with my hair. To my frissy, coarse textured wild hair sisters reading this, I would suggest talking to Ms. Salwa before jumping into decisions.
I had such a great experience yesterday with Vennie and the other lovely staff, I got my hair colored and balayage and trimmed it cost me 2000 AED but it was okay for the time and effort they spent, thanks vanilla
This salon has never failed to meet my expectations of their services in any area when it comes to my hair and nails. I got my hair extension from my hairstyles Rachelle and the outcome is amazing. When it comes to hair extensions they have multiple choices of how you want it to be, and what kind of hair extension you would prefer. I personally prefer the hair tape for invisibility and how the way it can blend with my natural hair. Moreover, the way how they do your hair is absolute care about the outcome. Theyre preventing damage despite having color and hair bleach to be able to maintain certain hairstyles. They choose to use a safe and natural product as much as possible to gain customers’ trust, and this is why I chose them. Maintaining my hair with them for over 6 months now and all I can say is Im satisfied. Thank you, everyone!
I do not write reviews often, but for this one i will make an exception. I had a refill on my nails and believe me when i say, i think these are the best i ever had. Rina is a genius nail tech who will listen closely to your needs and will go above and beyond. My previous nail tech would make my nails really thick, while i want them to be as natural as possible. Rina did exactly that. I never had nails that feel this natural.The women in the salon are very kind and make you feel at ease. Their ice coffee is amazing. Thanks again!

If I can put zero stars I would have. Today was not my first visit to the salon & I was previously satisfied with my hair coloring.I spent this morning more than 15 min with the hair colorist explaining what I wanted and insisting on : I DONT want to walk out with DARK HAIR.I had white hair on my roots I wanted to cover and I asked for a chocolate brown color full cover in a way it all blends. The colorist said it will be only one tone darker & we agreed on that. Again I insisted several times that I want to walk out of the salon with the lightest color possible on my hair (tone 6) and not the opposite.Well I finally walked out of the salon with BLACK AUBERGINE color. A color I hate. My hair color is now tone 1 to 2. The result is horrible. I was completely shocked. With an initial bill of more than 900 aed that I refused to pay. I finally paid 511 aed which is still too expensive for this result. I am extremely disappointed. I came out crying. I am extremely angry and disappointed and will never come back
I was my first time being here. And I love it. Staff are friendly, and the salon is clean. Specially, Thank for Archie for my eyelash extension and gel manicure and Alma for gel pedicure. They are very professional. I will definitely come back soon.
I went to THT to get my hair cut, coloured and to do a protein treatment. Rechelle, Lia and her team were soo sweet and fabulous. Rechelle is a thorough professional, very knowledgable and she very patiently explained everything I wanted to know and gave me the correct advice.I left my hair in her team’s very capable hands and I loved the end result. I cant wait to try out new colours.The staff were very friendly too. A special thanks to Archie for giving me a lovely facial.Over all a very good experience but you need to be aware of the time it actually takes to get everything done and that depends on the hair colour style you choose. So have a lengthy discussion with the hairstylist at THT first before u sit down to get it done.
Save your energy and go to any other salon in Dubai. This one is just too dramatic in their service! My friend recommended this place & specific stylist who is only available on certain days & time. I made an appointment, in the middle of a work day, taking time off to get the service since it was highly recommended. And the last minute they called to change the time. They clearly dont understand the importance of their customers time.

I got a very good experience in THT, I had a manicure and pedicure. Very good clean and nice treatment & color done onto my nails.I also have had a BlowDry for my hair, the hairstylist Lucy was very kind, professional and took good care of my hair using ABC product, smells lovely. And in result lovely curls. I felt warmly welcomed and got offered drink, meantime my name was written on the mirror, that was a very attentive touch.Thanks again for the great service, will definitely come back soon.
The Lady Salon is really good. I was using their services for haircut for the 1st time there and so glad I booked with them. The hairdresser master is really good and made my hair style exactly as I wanted and was imagining. Her name is Lea and I highly reccomend her :) the salon itself filled with friendly warm atmosphere and it was really pleasant time. Clean, tidy place, friendly people. Definitely will visit again

Erica has been doing my hair for the past months and the result is always the best, she takes care about every little detail.I did a glow facial treatment with Joyti and that made my skin be more soft and bright, I felt very relaxed doing the treatment.
Rena, salwa and lei worked on my hair and nails today. As I told them multiple times, they are MAGICIANS!!! Super kind, respectful and helpful. I visited the salon for various treatments from having my hair dyed and re-styled, to having a massage and I have to say this salon is fantastic. The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly from pampering me with beverages etc to the quality of each treatment. I have always been quite cautious with changing my hair but the consultation with my hairdresser and answering of all my questions throughout the treatments was fabulous. The results were 100% what I was after and I cant rate the hairdressing team here highly enough. The massage was also fantastic - left feeling like a new woman. I definitely recommend this salon over the many others I have tried in Dubai.

I had a complete relaxing experience at THT - That Hair Tho. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I got manicure, pedicure and a blow dry done. The best part is that they can provide you all services at one time if you are short on time so blow dry was done along with mani pedi at the same time. The SOPs are properly followed. Love the variety of nail color shades they have at the salon. The hair wash was perfect and left my hair soft and shining. I will be visiting THT again for sure for other treatments.
I had my hair balayage and I loved the results. I was a little anxious to have my hair colored because I had it colored Jet Black a year back, I was afraid the color might not blend well, but with Louises expertise and skills. She was able to transform my hair and I cant believe how soft, flowy and alive it looks now!Also, love all the staff, too! Theyre so accommodating and friendly. They also have a menu of free drinks, with a variety of choices to choose from. Will definitely go back for Louise and for THTs services like eyelashes extensions, eyebrow lamination and more!
Always feel beautiful leaving this place because of the wonderful Rachel and ofcourse Glenda and the whole Team . I come to them always needing to do alottt of things ina hurry and they spend with me a good 5-6 hours with a smile on their face and expert services (turned from red hair to blond today) only Rachel can do this !! I had showed a cut from a previous haircut that I had and arica cut it to perfection. She also used a great toner for my hair and gave me great advice to maintain my hair and its texture. Would def recommend and go back to this place again

THT was recommended by my friend and was not sure if wanted to take a chance by re-doing the hair that was damage by the previous salon. But i ended up going to THT and everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They did a great job by fixing my hair and I was extremely happy. For the first time I did acrylic nails too :) was a great experience. Cant wait to go back for further services. I Highly recommend THT and most importantly they use vegan hair products :)

My experience at this beauty salon was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for more. I have tried so many places who can dye my hair and have a natural look of highlights and finally found my place. Was really nervous about getting my hair highlighted for the first time but I absolutely love what they did to my hair its exactly what i wanted i would definitely recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and the stylist was very professional and was open and honest about how my hair looked and adjusted the tones to perfectly blend my hair. Mani pedi was also very relaxing, i would only recommend adding more regular nail polish colors.

Amazing service. I was made to feel welcome by all the staff and was treated so nicely. I had a free hair treatment,head massage and blowdry along with free food,drink and gifts. It was a fantastic experience. I loved the finer details like giving you an eye mask and earphones while you have a head massage. The blowdry was perfect,gorgeous curls! Everyone there is amazing and make you feel like a queen! I also had some waxing and it was painless and comfortable.
Warm and friendly place, great head massage during the wash, and Estrella was very professional, offering lots of advice to make sure I walked away with the best cut and blow dry for me.
Archi and Rena are fantastic! This was my first time and I will definitely be back. I really appreciated the quality of work and the time management… they teamed up together and got my lashes and nails done at the same time!
Absolutely loved my first facial with Hayley at THT. She was really friendly, kept telling me every step and what it would do for my skin. She’s also been kind enough to help me out with my skincare routine. Two days after the facial, I can see a significant freshness and glow on my skin. Very happy with the results and can’t wait to go back!

Omg this was the best place I’ve got my hair done. Very few places with talent for your curly hair gurlssss! Erica killed my hair with kindness, I’m still so overwhelmed. Beyond just the amazing color and rezo cut she walked me through the curly girl haircare and love her for that!!! ❤️If you ever get a curly cut or plan a color, definitely do it with Erica, she’s the best!!! The place in general was amazing, you could see the great team work and ambience!!! Definitely coming back here for everything hair haha
It was a fabulous experience, very professional with a personalized touch like your name on the mirror to welcome you!!! :) Lea is very patient and skilled and an amazing stylist, also Queenie was equally good with the pedicure... felt totally relaxed. Since arriving to Dubai 12 years ago, I struggled for 3 years to find a hair stylist with sure experience within cutting and colour. 9 Years ago I took yet another chance in going to someone I was referred to and found a gem as the best stylist I have ever had the privilege to trust in full with my hair. Rechelle at That Hair Tho has never let me down or made me feel any disappointment with the end result of my cut or colour. In the 9 years of religiously supporting Rechelle as my hair stylist, I have never even once swayed from going anywhere else even at times when Rechelle was on her yearly vacation. For the rest of the staff at That Hair Tho, they are all professional, very friendly and extremely helpful with all other pampering our ladies requires to feel like a Million Dollar note when walking out of That Hair Tho! It is my new favourite hair salon. I was pleasantly surprised by how well Martha took care of my very curly hair. It is not emphasised on their website but this place does curly hair treatments well. The treatment and after care was spot on and I left with well defined curls. The place has a very nice vibe and not over the top prices.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. First time at the salon - The hair stylist decided to cut my side fringe without asking me if I wanted this cut. After she cut my fringe so short that it was above my eyebrow, half way down my forehead in length (for reference it was previously below ear level). I asked her why she did this and I then stated I didn’t want a fringe this short, she then shrugged her shoulders and said “well there nothing I can do about it now” and stated it would grow back to the original length in a few days… which is obviously ridiculous.The hair stylist was incompetent, rude and lacked professionalismThe overall cut was very disappointing, my hair was completely different lengths all over - it looked horrible and not at all what I asked for. The end result was a frizzy, uneven mess, and wasn’t styled at all. If you had seen me, you really wouldnt of thought I had just been to the hair salon.I will now need to pay to go elsewhere and get another hair stylist to fix this.Also tea/coffee was only offered to select customers, if they’re giving complimentary drinks, this should be for all paying customers.Will not be back and I would not recommend this salon.

Had my best nail session, I must say this was one of the best experience I had so far in Dubai . So I love doing extension and explore all design and colour . Cecile who did my nails was very nice , she was doing each nail so nicely to make sure all nails look same and neat . I did before usually they try to finish their work fast , but I must say she left me speechless. M going to suggest you salon to my friends , bcoz of her great work. Oft or place it’s ppl who work their make the difference 🙂🤩
Visited THT only twice and absolutely love it! ♥️the ladies are sooo welcoming and nice that it truly makes all the difference in the service you’re expecting! I‘ve never got any more bad lash Extensions in my whole life. I‘m doing it since 3 years and travelling around so world so I tried out a lot of lash extensions artists. Some are more good some less. But this lady was horrible bad. My whole lashes were glued together. It was like a big amount of glue everywhere.It was so bad that I let her take them off immeadiatly after cause they would broke my natural lashes. It was hurting and burning a lot cause she used so much glue that it took a long time. Would never recommend that service in this salon.After that they wanted to give me a discount and do my lash extensions from another lady at the salon. But no thank you, i don‘t trust your service anymore.They did my nails as well at the same time. These lady’s did a great job! But trust in service is broken so I will definitely not come back again.
The Spa is fantastic, the whole team is very friendly and welcoming , had a wonderful co massage and a special Thanks to Angie Was very caring and definitely helped with some pain in my shoulder I had before, My facial was fabulous Archie did an awesome job and she is super sweet! Booked last minute for a gel manicure here, and Ika did such a great job. The team was very hospitable and gave me coffee with my name on the cup. The design was a collaborative effort and I’ve been getting non-stop compliments on my nails 💅🏽

I went to see Louise for a balayage and haircut after a friend heartily recommended her. Louise was really friendly and professional and immediately understood what I was after. She confirmed by showing me some photos of similar balayages she had done to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Before getting started she also showed me a detailed breakdown of what my visit would cost, which I think was a great touch since often when you go to hairdressers you are told it depends and then you sometimes get an unpleasant surprise at the end! I absolutely loved the result, the colour was perfect and my hair was revitalised and healthy. The whole experience was great from start to finish, with staff at the salon also being super friendly and very responsive via WhatsApp. I highly recommend THT :)
I regularly visit this salon for massages and nails and I highly recommend it. Ms Joyti is such a knowledgeable and considerate massage therapist, she relieved me of days worth of pain in a single session, magic hands!The nail services performed by Ms Alma and Ms Archie are top notch, always beautiful and neat manis and pedis that last a lifetime!The admin ladies are extremely polite, accommodative and kind. Hands down, best place in JLT!
All the girls are professional, warm and accommodating. I have been using this salon for the past 2 years. They always have a great range of deals and use the best products. Most recently I had a skin treatment with Hayley which was fab. I really enjoy getting my mani and pedi’s at THT as the girls pay special attention to detail and it has always been an enjoyable experience.
I went to another hairdresser last week who coloured and cut my hair terribly and completely ruined my hair. Thanks to Louise at THT who fixed my hair today. She gave me the most natural looking balayage with the most flattering haircut, completely fuss free, amazing communication skills, and in a very lovely environment. Cannot recommend them enough!

Did a hairstyling/hair curling service with them for a party I was attending that night. I am not happy with the result because the stylist didnt seem experienced, I felt like she was just an assistant. She couldnt style it the way I hoped. The result looked okay, I didnt have enough time to address my disappointment as I might run late for the party. But my hair felt so stiff and damaged with all the hairspray she used. My hair the next day felt even worse and could barely brush my hands through it.The place looks nice, the receptionist was cordial. I would just say to always have experts around even if its just a hairstyling service.
Erica cut my hair for the first time and I loved it. She cut my hair in a way that it sits nicely when left natural. She really knew my hair type and was able to give me tips on what’s best for my hair. I will definitely get my hair done again.
I was new to this salon today, and this is the only salon I will be going to from now on! I highly recommend THT. They did an amazing job on my hair and made me feel pampered the entire time I was there; I couldn’t have asked for more. Great service but my hair was over processed when asked for a balayage, and then toned to a colour where I couldn’t tell if it had gone wrong until after my first wash leaving my hair very dry and brittle. The haircut given was also choppy and asymmetric
Loveee my curly balayage with Erica 🥰 came all the way from ad & it was worth it.She takes her time & doesn’t rush the process which I appreciate a lot since my hair is very curly & not so common here. Wouldn’t trust anyone else! She truly understands my hair type.
I was there for nail extensions, pedicure, lashes extensions, and highlights. The staff was very nice and I’m very happy with the results, I’ll definitely recommend this salon to my friends. And I want to make a especial mention to the lashes service. The lashes are insanely beautiful and natural I love it so much very very happy
They were great. Very clean and professional. Every salon I’ve been to takes 2 hours to 2 and a half hours for gellish manicure pedicure (with removal) and this time I was super impressed with the workflow, the attention to details and it only took them an hour 15 mins! That’s a record for me because I’m super picky. They currently have a promotion for nails, but it might be too pricy for me after their promotion ends. Other than that it’s all great!!!So if you’re wondering if you should try THT, then you definitely should.
I tried THT for a gel manicure and pedicure. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by the staff with a warm welcome. My manicure and pedicure was done with great detail by each technician. I also had a waxing service after my manicure and pedicure. The technician for my waxing made my waxing effortlessly. My waxing was done quickly and neatly. My first time experience was wonderful.
Lea is amazing!! I haven’t had my hair cut for over a year due to a bad experience (all my hair cut off from below elbow level to choppy-above-shoulder-1996-style cut at another Dubai salon). Lea listened, was sweet and empathetic, understood my concerns and I immediately trusted her. She kept my hair long (when she said trim she really just trimmed the dry ends!) styled it perfectly, softened the heavy choppy layers, and blow dried it so well I actually cried! Over the past year I’ve only worn my hair in a bun/ clip in ponytail, and now I can wear my hair out and style in straight or in waves! She also educated me on what products I’ll need to help with the damage from constant bun/pony wearing. I can’t wait to go back!!! Xx
Love this salon! Not only are they the first vegan salon in Dubai they used real aloe in my hair for my treatment. Was great as I’ve got full hair bleach which was really cooling on my scalp after my hair colour.They alway fit around my schedule which is a plus as I’m super busy!! Love love love. Thanks girls for always treating me amazingly.
