My friend and I visited TipTop today for a gel mani pedi. Both of us are super happy! Bella did my friend’s nails and my nail art - such unique designs Im definitely coming back to try another one. Irem did my mani and her technique was flawless - she managed to give me a perfect velvety matte finish. Jane did a wonderful job with the pedi - quick, clean and super comfortable process.

I purchased gelish mani pedi voucher online and was best purchase ever. Very professional and very fast service . Amazing job was done to my nails. I recommend It to all women who don’t have a lot of time free to do the nails

Came for pedi. Its took me 2 hours 20 min. All colour was on my cutical, the Lady removed top and did one more time, however its looks so bad. After all this experience they didnt want to give me even discount. Was very upset with service and pedi.

I’ve been going to this salon for almost 3 years. I really like the service, specially Bella who is a fantastic profesional! However, the quality of the nail polish is terrible. Even with gelish, after 1 week my nails start chipping off. Do not recommend anyone to do the classic manipedi as every time I chose this, my nails do not even reach my apartment in good condition and the problem is not the ladies (they do a BRILLIANT job) is the quality of the nail polish.

Nice ambiance, Clean, very hygienic and they are good at their work. A few steps to where I live, so convenient to visit.However, they are not flexible enough to cater their customer needs. Very poor customer service! You book a voucher online for promotion (usually get mani pedi services), but salon will tell you the offer per user will be good for 3 sessions only and you cant book them at once. My last visit wast 1st week of March.Mani-pedi service was indeed a good service. But Even if I wanted to go book their services again as a regular customer, I wont opt to do so because I wont be able to pay the same price of the exact the same service in future. I’d rather go check other salon that offers better deals to regular clients and much More HOSPITABLE.. I’d like their services, but I wont come back.

I was coming here in the past but unfortunately I had moved apartments, today I found myself in JLT and came to get a full pedicure, manicure, and waxing. The services are always amazing, clean and the staff is always welcoming, professional and patient. Bella, Davender, and Gean were particularly attentive to my needs and helpful. Quality of service is also a 10/10.

I have been coming to this salon for Gelish mani-pedis for more than 2 years now and I cannot commend the services enough. Bella is an absolute legend with manicures and I wouldn’t dare go to any other place for my nails! Also the other girls are great and the staff is lovely overall. Loveeee coming here! My experience with Jean has been truly wonderful! She is VERY good and gentle in doing my brazillian wax. Never been into other spa with this kind of service--so far. They are very accomodating and sweet. Also the receptionist (forgot the name) haha! Shes so helpful in scheduling my appointment. Highly recommend them!

I started going to this salon recently and im really happy with the services.Melita in the reception is so accomodating, Bella and Jane did an amazing job with my mani and pedi. They certainly dont know how to value a customer. I made a mistake and put my appointment in my calendar at the wrong time - my appointment was was supposed to be at 7, I thought 7.30. At 7.10 they called to ask where I was. I said I could be there in less than 10 minutes. They said better not, Id skew their schedule. Considering that every time I go there I have to wait, I thought that was quite unfair. The woman on the phone said that whenever I have to wait, its because a customer was late. Oh...but when Im late you turn me down?I have been a regular customer for months. I dont use vouchers, always pay the full price, never complained about the waiting. But time now to find a new salon - luckily theres no shortage of them in the area!If anyone is still thinking about using their services, ask for Christina. When someone else did my nails, it was a disaster and my shellac didnt even last a week (so their services are not even that great). So remember - Christina!

I booked an appointment for classic mani pedi here and my experience has been good. To start with it is nice to see everyone greeting you with a smile and making you feel comfortable, the service was good with giving their complete time to the Mani pedi and not rushing through it. They tried couple of color of polish to see if i was happy with the color. Marifel and Hilda were my nail beauticians. I would give full stars as it was completely worth the price!

I used to be a returning customer for this salon. Their service is not bad for the price.But attitude to clients is far from satisfactory. I booked an appointment with Groupon voucher, but due to urgency at work and urgent flight outside the country I had to cancel it. I messaged them at 8pm, my appointment was 12pm next day. They replied that due to cancelation notice less then 24 hours, I can no longer use my voucher and have to refund it.This is a huge disappointment. Im working and this is extremely inconvenient and disrespectful that I have to waste my time for refunding and rebooking. Every time I come there, its never full or booked. I dont recommend this salon due to bad attitude to customers and lack of flexibility and understanding. Theres plenty of much better salons in this area.

I used to be their customer for a while, very satisfied with their work. However, they are not flexible at all, and they have such a strict rules when you are using their vouchers. First time when I went there they didnt even explain how to use it. I came on the saloons door and they didnt accept me as my appointment wasnt confirmed because I didnt buy a voucher first. How about you informed me about it before I came? Not going back there never again, and if you want to save your time and nerves you shouldnt either.

Disappointed I had urgent matter to deal with and requested if possible to do facial service on a different day or if I can come back at a later time. They didn’t allow they said it’s on the policy I understand it though but disappointing that there are some unavoidable circumstances that happen and the manager could be more considerate given the fact that my presence is there and just had a urgent thing to deal with. The manager just simply ignore despite me almost begging. Though their service is good they did my nails I’m satisfied. One more thing that adds up on dissatisfaction is I’ve take the service for facial and not able to experience it since a friend of mine have recommended they are good. But has to walk out of the salon feeling sorry 😐

Bella and Davendar are both amazing for mani pedi! Bella always does an amazing shape. Jean did my foot massage - so relaxing! I always come to this salon - it is by far the best I have ever used in my five years in Dubai.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had been coming to the salon for a year and bought their mani/Pedi voucher online. They told me I had to buy 3 vouchers, as I was not allowed to buy 1 at the time anymore, so last time I bought 3! Sadly I missed my appointment today as I had put it in my calendar for tomorrow. The owner wrote to me on Whatsapp that they will charge me for today! She had zero understanding of the fact that I have been a customer for a year and NEVER missed or been late for an appointment. Be aware that if you use their offers you will be treated very bad! I have lost money for 2 treatments now, as I will never come back to the salon again. I even called the owner to have a talk and find a solution but she decided to school me in what she believes customer service is! :O I have never experienced so bad customer service in my 5 years in Dubai.

Really liked my haircut experience here. Got my V shaped layers renewed and trimmed. This was my first ever haircut experience in Dubai. Just had to wait for almost 25 minutes before the job began. Otherwise everything was perfect. Reasonably priced aswell.

The best gelish manicures I have had so far! The manicures turn out so beautiful and are done neatly and with great precision by Bella. And fast. I am a very satisfied customer and this will stay the salon I will go to for my gelish. I have gone to a more posh/expensive salon in between, but they came nowhere close to Bellas work. I definately recommend this place!

My girlfriend had her mani and pedi done here and unfortunately it was a bad experience. The nail technicians cut way too close on both the fingers and toes to the point where her fingers and toes were bleeding in 3-4 areas. She further mentioned that it didnt feel as clean as it could have, especially during Covid. After reading the reviews here, I would caution others to read reviews in detail and filter out any potential fake reviews from users with just 1 review. Anyhow, 1 star as the experience wasnt pleasant at all.

In all fairness It’s my second time to come in this solon they never fail me! When it comes to facial oh lord that is so AMAZING! I would like to thank miss.hilda for taking good care of face she is so amazing. She’s the one who ripped off my PIMPLES and giving me an advice! And for my second time around I tried their wax oh lord it was so clean i dont see any hair in my body! (oh by the way I love the quality of their wax is not too sticky and mess hope they dont change) I love this Pakistani girl I forgot her name, but the good thing is they are using the gloves and mouth mask while shes doing my waxing in my private area which is good I love it!! Very disappointed in my experience. Went for full body waxing including Brazilian and gel Mani pedi. Time allotted for the services was 1 hour each. Either the manager puts pressure on the receptionist to follow these timelines to get more business or the receptionist has very bad understanding of the time needed. It takes at least 1.5 hours for full body waxing. I arrived at 6:50pm, my waxing started at 7:15pm (15 mins late, I have proof), and at 8pm the next client had arrived. Which means for the next 30 mins and literally every 5 minutes, receptionist kept yelling out to the waxing lady to be quicker as the client is waiting. All of which I can hear as again, she was loud. This resulted in missed hair, and faces from the waxing lady when I showed her some hair that was still there. After completing half my bikini, she said we are finished and I can go for my mani pedi. When I said its not completed as my other half is still left, she pretty much begged me to go and come back after my nails and started clearing up the room. At this point I lost it and expressed to the receptionist that the booking problems should not be something a paying customer should be stressed about. How can a job be left half done to accommodate the next customer?! Instead of receiving friendly service, I had to put my clothes back on, go outside, tell the receptionist to stop yelling, go back in to the room and demand that she finish my waxing. What on Earth?! Since when do customers have to demand they receive the complete service?! Even if you made a booking mistake, learn to improvise so both customers are happy. You cant make a customer feel like a burden and pressured because of your poor booking skills. We come to the salon to feel relaxed, pampered and fresh. Instead I felt anxious and frustrated. I have never had this experience and it really ruined my evening.By the way, I finished waxing to find that theres literally 3 customers in the salon. Please get more staff if 3 customers are hard to accommodate.Anyway, the star is for the nails as they were good and apart from the booking fiasco the waxing was fine too. I wont return or reccomend this salon because this was just unacceptable and there are other places with a similar price point and welcoming service that value and appreciate you.

It was my first visit to this salon. I did cladsic mani pedi. The staff is nice, i had my mabi done by Bella, she is professional. She did the shape as i asked her. The lady who did my pedi is good as well ( but i didnt know her name) . For sure i will visit again

Very unfriendly staff and unpleasant experience. I used the nail service and was absolutely dissatisfied. The staff had extremely negative and unfriendly attitude and were constantly talking with each other in their own local language while working on nails and that was strange particularly that most of us go to salon to relax while expecting a good service and unfortunately with negative attitude of staffs, I preferred to leave the place asap.

We purchased Facial, and as a first timer I can say that the technician, Ate Hilda, did a really great job. Im very happy with the service and will definitely recommend to my friends. Kudos to the receptionist for accommodating us.

The staff were extremely sweet and polite and they did my manicure and pedicure well ,but the manager was very rude and cold. She had zero customer service skills and was not welcoming at all. She started to do my nails (since the girls were still finishing with the previous customer) and kept walking away to answer phone calls... when she came back she didnt even apologise. Very horrible and unprofessional...

The owner/reciptionist is very aggressive with strange attitude, zero customer communication skills...waxing was good by noreen.. but lack of friendliness of the receptionist really annoyed me from the first time .. (she called me asking where I am at the time of the appointment, I told her I am at the parking give me 2 mins)I wanted to buy the 3 months voucher after I finished my monthly vouchers but the way she was talking to me made me change my mind completely.. totally not worth it.I rarely complain about any place or service but this kind of communication is really intolerable, I dont recommend this place at all ..

Yesterday I went to the salon for the wax and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I normally have a high tolerance when it comes to waxing but this time it was unbearable. The lady kept waxing me in the same spot over and over again till I was raw. And even then, didn’t manage to take out all the hair. It’s the next day and I’m still in pain. I’ve got raw red patches all over my body, I can’t even take a shower. I’m going to try and attach pictures to show you. I have been waxing for almost 15 years now and I have never experienced this. Please give me my money back and I don’t intend on returning.

I’ve done a deep facial cleansing. The lady didn’t have the knowledge about the products she was using on my face and neither explained the steps. She was rude without any interpersonal skills. I felt uncomfortable as she was applying various creams, lotions and masks on my sensitive skin. As a customer I deserve to know the chemicals or ingredients used.

I’ve been coming to Tip Top for awhile now and the service is always great! Bella and Jean were quick and neat with my mani/pedi! Highly recommend especially for the great price!

Place could be visited just for pedicure.They are still using old manicure techniques using acetone to remove gel. Machine is using just for acrylic nails and only by the owner (which is nonsense).Customer service is quite good.

DO NOT go here for a haircut...The woman who was supposedly the hairdresser, was more interested in selling me products for my hair, rather than actually focussing on my haircut. She left my hair uneven at the front and I had to ask her 7 times to redo it because it wasnt straight or even. She also curled my hair to mask the fact it wasnt even, and then charged me another 160AED for curling my hair, without even telling me there was a cost for it.The manager was useless, she just sat there on her phone the whole time and sort of laughed it off, absolutely ridiculous, will never come back here again.

Honestly the worst booking experience. Don’t use their Groupon voucher, they’ll call you and make you book on their website instead, meaning you have to cancel yours. Otherwise, they’ll tell you they’re fully booked for a week! Why make Groupon vouchers if you don’t want your customers to use them?So disappointing

I’m going to share my bad experience with the salon unfortunately the receptionist is not flexible at all and all her excuse is not allowed by my boss I called and book the appointment and I asked her if there is any promotion she said yes online without any precision if it’s on their website or Groupon so I took the voucher from Groupon when I send it to her she said no Friday not allowed i experienced the worst customer service attitude ever and with a very loud voice from her at the end I said ok it won’t be the last time so I was planning to be a regular customer I bought another voucher from their website and I booked . Unfortunately at the day after I got my period and I have a severe pain I called and send a msg then the lady called me she said no we have to cancel your booking and your voucher is automatically cancelled I was chocked and upset that there is no customer service at all and I asked her to be a bit flexible her answer is always no madame even if I was flexible from my side and the worst part I said I’m coming now and guess what again no your time is almost finish So I hope that instead of loosing a potential client at least you can show some flexibility to your customers .

This is my home nail salon..I go here every couple weeks. I love the people that work here :) They are open 7 days a week. I highly recommend the waxing too.

I went for a facial, they mostly used machines for it which i never prefer. Also, the lady who did the facial continued removing blackheads for more than 15 minutes but when i checked my face after facial, not even a single blackhead got removed, it was the same. Not recommended.

I have been here 2 times for facial and it was great.They are gentle with their hands and they take their sweet time to give you a wonderful experience.
