This place is great for nails, waxing, or laser treatments. Eva is my favorite for nails! The space is super clean and modern, and the armchairs are so comfy. The staff is really nice and keeps things low-key.

Poor communication, disregard to client’s requests. I came with a specific request and clearly highlighted what I don’t want. The master has a kit but then halfway through the service, master decided to change the material used at her own discretion and proceeded to do exactly what I asked her not to, without saying a word to me. Nearly 3 hours of exhausting experience, poorly executed coating, and a cut cuticle as the result. No desire or initiative from the front desk manager to understand or hear out what had caused client’s dissatisfaction. How are you going to improve if you don’t even ask what has gone wrong.

I had a great experience at this salon. The staff were very nice and made me feel welcome even though I didn’t have a booking. The salon itself is lovely and I’m really happy with how my eyebrows were done. Highly recommend!

In love with Hair Laser treatment🌺 Only after one session I live in peace with my outgrown hair which I almost cant feel on bikini and underarm area.My arms and legs are so soft and smoother after laser. Specialist Ekaterina is so fast and enjoyable during procedure. Cant wait the second session❤️Thank you so much!!

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! The level of service here is simply outstanding. During my manicure sessions, I love to unwind by watching TV series in a comfortable chair.

New Salon in City Walk, just next to La Ville Hotel. I loved the lounge area with table where you can have a tea and a very relaxed time. I recommend Iana for waxing and Alexandra for pedicure. I loved the concept Wax & go. The products they are using are high-end. Perfect place to Pamper in Dubai & not waste your time 😍😍 I love it !By the way Daria and Zukra at the reception were so sweet with helping me book my next appointment.

The dissatisfied faces of many masters, it feels like you are not welcome and are waiting for you to leave. At times, they refuse to take an appointment that is too dense for the procedure even if it is the slightest delay. They talk about this after the fact when they have already arrived.Arrive on time and wait 5-7 minutes consistently

I was glad to get to know the new space. It’s good that Marina now hosts here. The most magical hair removal, even before the “days”, takes place easily and calmly.
