Shalie did an amazing job on my soft gel manicure. She was extremely efficient and I love the results. The price was also extremely affordable and less expensive than the salon I was previously going to. I plan to make XXI my new salon!

Informal environment, kindness and smiles welcome you upon arrival. Excellent pedicure service and also foot massage and manicure. The hairdresser is also very kind and good. Salon to recommend!

I am a regular here and I will never go anywhere else. The ladies here are lovely and they are perfectionists with their work, so careful so you have beautiful results. Get the massage with your nails too they are so relaxing!

Glen is a very skilled nail tech and did a fantastic job. Sunita massaged my back while I got my nails done which was very relaxing. Shalie did my pedicure and smoothened out my heels. It was my first time here thanks to a friends suggestion and I’m definitely coming back!

Id been to many salon here in JLT and this is my favorite, staffs are professional, receptionist are very helpful all Fellas are not noisy unlike the other salon where they keep talking about their client which is so rude. My favorite staff is Ate Cris who really amazing in all job I asked she is very professional in manicure, pedicure, massage and waxing, so far am very satisfied to the service and happy I found the salon were am comfortable with.Thanks guys keep it up! :)

I absolutely love this salon! Its my go-to place for everything. Everyone is so professional and friendly but Id like to give a special shout out to Mohamad Anjak, my hairdresser, for always knowing exactly what my hair needs even when I dont know it! I always get such amazing compliments after hes done my hair, especially when it comes to color. Would highly recommend you give this place a try if you havent!

I have given this salon many chances. Why? Because it is near me and I really have little time and because the staff is very nice. But when it comes to the quality of things, I advise against this.I did my gelish manicure and pedicure here in the beginning. In 3 months they have run my own nails to the point that they were so thin and completely cracked and were hurting. The owners Divya called me at the time and of course offered me all sorts of things. This has not happened anywhere and I was only 3 months in the studio. But ok it was one technican - can happen.I had booked a facial at the beginning for about 500 AED, is very expensive for JLT and this salon. First of all, the beauty room is a disaster and looks like a storage room. It was totally noisy during the treatment and it did absolutely nothing.Also then the owner Divya wanted to offer me another facial for free. I refused because I dont have time to run there all the time. My feedback is not that I want to have something for free. For me it is about getting my paid service. We all dont find our money on the street and I just expect respect for that.I tried her Brow- and Lashlift and found it very bad. For this they definitely have the wrong products and no decent training.Mohammed the hairdresser is very sweet. I have gladly colored my roots with him. I tried their current and expensive keratin last week which is around 1000 AED. Very expensive for JLT and the salon. But they say you get what you pay for, right? So I gave them another chance. Only unfortunately, it grabs zero for that. It did absolutely nothing. And unfortunately the owner reacted rather sensitively to this feedback. She wanted a photo of my hair. I sent it to her. I have naturally very straight hair and naturally no volume. I do keratin because bleaching damages my hair structure and keratin restores it. But it did not in this case. Then she wanted to know what shampoo I use. I told her that as well. I have been using these shampoos for years in conjunction with keratin treatments. I do the keratin smoothing 2-3 times a year. The fact is that she then offered me to come back in person. Now that I dont have that time to go in person all the time I have asked her for a solution. She didnt want to give me one and politely asked me not to come anymore. She was now looking for reasons in my shampoo. Whereas, as I mentioned before, I have always used these products and know how to deal with keratin treatments.In this case it is my own fault. This is not a professional studio where you should buy expensive treatments. So cheap quick stuff ok but as soon as it comes to quality they are the wrong choice. But for that it has high prices in JLT. Services with high prices also have claims but unfortunately they do not meet. Here she should buy appropriate products and training for the team.The team is very very nice. This is due to the management.

OMG - the colour treatment here was amazing. I cant recommended it enough !!!I arrived with yellow, disastrous hair, where the colour had gone all wrong and within an hour we managed to come up with a solution for the short term and came up with a medium/longer term plan to go platinum blond next time!Had full confidence in the hairdresser throughout and am beyond delighted Ive found them. Life changing :))

I had a bad highlight experience at some other salon and I was recommended XXI karat Gold by a friend. Not only they fixed my highlights but gave me a fantastic haircut... I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great hair makeover and a feel good factor.

I had a similar experience with hair Botox the product they use is sub standard. On complaining I was told that my shampoo had alcohol content and therefore the result. However They tried to redo my hair but of no avail. They even made me buy their shampoo n mask from theor store but of no avail. My hair is totally ruined. Not recommended for hair

The girl who did my daughter’s pedicure was so unprofessional. She cut my daughter’s toe nail so badly that it got infected and got pus in her nail. She had to go through surgery because the nail started growing under skin because she cut it too deep. She suffered for 2 months. I would suggest please keep experienced and trained people who know how and how much to cut. We could have sue them for doing this to my daughter.

I went 3 times to this salon for classic pedi mani and every times i go they charge me differently/ higher each time claiming their price list has changed , very dodgy staff not sure if they take the extra money as they tried to offer me services in my home paid to them and not the saloneven the time i went because they had an offer they still charged me double the offer price!

The place does not have good quality wax. It is extremely cheap and bad in quality. I literally told them to stop doing my waxing. Highly unprofessional and charged me for full services as well.not at all empathic to customer complaint. I really wish this review goes to management. Would not at all recommend this place .

Meenu was perfect in waxing I did not feel pain and in scrubing her hands was fantastic I like the servise with her and will repeat the visit
