My slimming treatments at HMS were a great experience. I had detox and fat freezing cavitation. Jennifer, the nurse, is the greatest at what she does and is very professional. She handled every session. My treatment went smoothly from beginning to end, and I was very comfortable the entire time. And my weight has dropped to 6 kg. Im really pleased with the outcome and would most certainly go back for the other skin care procedures she recommended. Strongly recommend!

I have been a customer at the centre for various treatments such as Velashape, HiFu, RF, Fat Freezing, EMS and Detox since Jan 2023. I believe I wasted a significant amount of money here. The doctor was pleasant and accommodating at first, but became rude after I paid. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate that the treatment was ineffective and more measures were necessary, the doctor was unyielding and unwilling to listen. The clinic staff only seem interested in your money and provided me with an awful experience. Their customer service is terrible as well. Its too easy for them to take my hard-earned money without delivering any results. I sent numerous personal messages asking for action to be taken since they took my hard-earned money, without provide results. Totally money wasted

It was a terrible experience. Dont mislead people with marketing. When I reached out, the price was different, and they said I needed to take additional sessions to see results. They gave me a diet plan without knowing anything about me and even gave me a non-vegetarian diet plan, despite the fact that Im a vegetarian.

I went for fat freezing and cavitation. I appreciated how straightforward everything was, you just speak to the doctor about your weight loss goals and she creates a plan for you to achieve them.All of the staff were very friendly and made you feel comfortable from day one. Big thanks to Joy and Mary who talked me through the procedures and made me laugh even when the treatments were a bit uncomfortable at times. They also had suggestions on how to improve my results, I really appreciated that.I highly recommend HMS Fat Freezing but suggest that you manage your expectations because the weight loss takes time. I didnt see any changes until about 6 weeks into my treatments and even then it was very gradual. But I can definitely say it works, even if you dont strictly follow the diet plan or do extreme workouts.

My stay at HMS was extremely enjoyable. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Special mention should be given to Ms. Summer and Ms. Afshan Azam, who were exceptionally professional and thorough in their work. Her patience in explaining the service and its effects was exceptional. I had six sessions of hair growth with Ms. Summer and two sessions of RF microneedling with Ms. Afshan Azam. I have done the consultant with Dr. Afshan and it turned out to be the best consultation I ever had so far. She advise me to do the Hydrafacial and some other treatments, but even after the Hydra facial it’s self my skin looks so healthy and glowing and i can wait to have other sessions.
