Honestly I’m happy Moroccan lady now after the Moroccan bath with the sweet girl Halima she very friendly and patient with me it’s my first time in all dubai and I’m soo happy with all other services I did thank you 😊

I had a wonderful time. I walked away feeling very relaxed. I had a much needed deep tissue massage. Robert was very good with his hands and gave good pressure on my body. He knew what he was doing. Robert is a friendly professional. The session ended with a very nice head massage. The receptionist was friendly and helpful with providing directions to the location. The place is also neat, clean and quiet with nice relaxing music during my massage. Its near to the metro station with a short inexpensive taxi ride. I will be back again maybe to try something else.

All the Words cannot describe the feeling when I visit the Ice Queen. I tried cryo capsule to replenish blood circulation and revitalize the body. Suitable for athletes, women and men really An indescribable feeling. Then I did a cryo facial with relaxation music and a cold roller, I felt completely rejuvenating my face .. I also tried the zero gravity bed, Its to lie on warm water with a massage for the whole body with relaxation music,The prices for services are worthStaff are so friendly especially Tatiana

I am a regular customer in Ice Queen salon for Moroccan bath and massage. Very satisfied with their prices, quality of service, free private parking (that is extremely important nowadays in Dubai and specially JLT). Today I decided to try their new nail technician Anastasia from Moscow and was very happy with quality of her job. They have 50% discount now for Feb and March for manicure since Anastasia is new technician for salon. Big value for money!

Overall, I love the experience, thanks Jenny, the way she treated me its really great. Absolutely recommend it 👌 👍 👏 😀.

Nita is a gem! Her massages are done with just the right amount of pressure to release tension from my muscles but still very relaxing. Appointments are always booked smoothly and I never had to wait for my treatments, great service overall!

I have been visiting this salon for several years. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Russian - speaking experts in varios beauty treatments. I took packages for ice capsule, hydromassage, full body massage and happy with results. Im very grateful to Tatiana, who is an amazing and professional in her field, polite and attentive. I will continue doing different beauty treatments there and do recommend everyone to try.

I had a wonderful experience at ICEQUEEN wellness and spa. Tatiana and Biggi were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Cyro facial I had last week was an amazing experience. I notice a fresh and glowing appearance in my skin, particularly around my dark circles.Very friendly staff and smooth booking experience. Dr Marina — wow! One of the best injectors and cosmetologists I have encountered. Prior to injections and beauty she practiced as an actual doctor. Her medical background makes her highly knowledgeable and very skilled. I can’t recommend her enough!

Ive been trying to get an appointment for more than a month and every time they gave a different excuse, and when I finally confirmed an appointment, they were totally unprofessional and they are not friendly at all.Some staff who are non-Arab, they refuse to give their service to Arab/Muslim ladies.Youre in Arab country, and you have the life you never dreamt of having back in your country, so respect where you are or else go back to whichever hole you came from.

Today was my first time at Ice Queen! I did the cryo package which included the cryo chamber, facial and massage with a few other services. Tatiana was very attentive and told me what to expect from each treatment. It was such a relaxing time and I plan to return!

Two ladies in hair and nails department being continuously rude, smoking inside despite polite request not to, administration promised to solve the problem 6 months ago, today same ladies same problem. Really rude…

Thank you for the token reply. I am surprised to get a reply from the owner considering when I rang 24 hrs ago to speak with the owner I was told you were on vacation. I guess you have returned .....???So I am surprised you even refer to your standards and expectations when you cant control the quality in your clinic because the workers dont even work for you as I was told , they are in fact freelance workers? They dont need to care and can easily come and go. Just make a cut take the money and who cares? They get paid , you take your share and thats all they wrote. I actually feel like a lab rat and my experience is just another failed experiment. You have my number and if you do decide to actually make a call I will be happy to share my comments further with you. No need to sugar coat the terrible experience in social media any longer.It is difficult to describe the level of my frustration after visiting ICEQUEEN Beauty & Wellness SPAR. I scheduled an appointment three days in advance and during these days was receiving reminders by SMS and the phone call on top of that. I found it way too much, one reminder should be enough. Furthermore, when I was entering the place didnt get any acknowledgment as the ladies who are working there were sitting and having chitchat. I met the hairdressers and told what needed to be done, the simplest trimming. Even that she couldnt manage right! I explained to her exactly how much to cut and what kind of style it should have been. Motherless, the hairdresser wasnt able to follow my request and for some reason decided to do it her way. It has been the most horrible haircut I ever had! My hair is too short and I am EXTREMELY disappointed!Moreover, the hairdresser was in the hurry to finish me off and customer service is very poor, they have offered me water but forgot to bring it! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I love Ice Queen - I go there weekly for a cryofacial and my skin has all the good signs of going there. Reduces wrinkles and makes my skin so clear. I find the treatment so relaxing and the therapists are friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I cannot recommend Ice Queen enough to my friends.

I have been in Ice queen couple of times.Cryo therapy is Something. You have to try it at least once in your life. So many emotions you will get. And for sure it has a positive effect to body, skin, immune system. You can do it single or after hydro massage - very different feelings.Yesterday had massage with therapist Robert. He is really profeccional. As a women I felt safe and respect and as a client I wanted to fly after massage. He easily found all problems on my back and worked on it. I really grateful go him. Also I did face massage with Tatiana. She is professional and comfortable. Will come again for sure.

I went here for cryotherapy, cryo facial and zero body bath. I felt the instant effect from the cryo, its such a good physio and the effect was lasting for some days after! I will definitely be going for the next sessions. The prices are very affordable and the therapists are very professional. I want to say special thanks to Tatiana. After cryo I went to zero body bath and it was pure relaxation, I even fell asleep and my shoulders finally lost their tension. Wonderfully effective salon 5*

I had facials in Icequeen. It was amazing experience starting from arrival till the time I left. The treatment was pleasant and I have enjoyed with the results. The nitrogen treatment feels cooling and makes this place different from others.

I must say if you really want to waste your money time and you want to disrespect yourself then please visit this shop this is not a salon this a shopIm really disappointed. Only been here once but must say this was my worst experience for any service

Good experience in general. Theres a free parking for Icequeen costumers. Jane did my treatment and was informing me of the products she was applying on my face. However, im not happy with people coming in and out from the room, especially when the main thing was for me to relax.I would still recommend the place

It was my first cryo facial procedure and I’m so impressed of the result it’s the best skin routine you can have, I’m absolutely in love . As well gravity bed is very relaxing , definitely worth trying!

The place its clean and organized.I made a Facial, as well I tried the crio capsule (It was a really new experience) and my favorite part was the relaxation water bed.I will definitely will book another session.

Extremely disapponting. I am very surprised how unprofessional this place is. I HAVE MALAR BAGS AFTER BOTOX. Went for botox for my forehead and a tiny drop around the eyes. Instead Dr Marina injected below the under-eye, which completely left my lymphatic system around the eyes not working. She offered to dissolve the botox around the eyes and said that even without dissolving it, it will be gone in 3 weeks. Of course I dont want anyone who messed up my eyes, inject me another time with something I have never heard of.IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS BY NOW and I still have malar bags. None has ever called me to check if the issue is still there or not. Did not offer any financial compensation for this damage or at least offered weekly massages to help the lymphatic system to work so I can feel more comfortable in my skin again.

Not very neat manicure. Some of my cuticles hurt a lot the day after the manicure and the nail plate is not as smooth as it should be.
